It's fairly complicated, but I'll try to cut it short:
36 Years old, 0 qualifications, married, no children.
Assets: House in Ipswich, QLD ~$350,000 460 Acre Land ~$1,000,000 2022 Audi A3 ~$55,000 (My daily and our long trips car, great on fuel/safety/comfy) 2010 Nissan Skyline ~$15,000 (Her daily, bad on fuel, good fun) Computer Shop ~$90,000 Assorted motorbikes ~$30,000
Debts: House in Ipswich, QLD~$180,000 Audi A3 - 4.4 years to go at $228/week and $17k balloon at end ($53kish?) Business & Income tax debt ~$75k Credit card debt ~$10k
Income:
~$130k pre-tax per annum (Operations Manager for disability support company.) ~$26k from computer shop being sold to a friend ($500/wk until it's paid for).
Circumstances to note: - Wife currently earns $0, will get back to work soon and earning ~$60k (pregnancy loss, mental health etc.).
- MIL lives with us in small 3BR house in the suburbs, we need to find somewhere to live in 6-9 months else it'll end in a giant sh!tstorm between MIL and wife.
- MIL will rent Ipswich house at $320/week once wife and I move out. $360/wk if she gets a housemate. House currently costs ~$275/wk on variable interest rate, 25 years to go.

Currently trying to sell the block of land, getting a fair bit of interest. Thinking the best option once it sells is to pay out Ipswich house, pay out tax and CC debt, pay out the Audi. The wife's expressed interest in wanting a decently nice house for us to live in on a good amount of land ~45mins west of Ipswich. I like the idea of this too, I'd be best pleased with being out there. Would make for a 45 min commute to/from work daily, but I'd say it's "worth".
Should leave me with ~$700k. Use this to buy 2 x more cheap houses ($350k each). have the rental income from all 3 ($320 + $400? + $400? = $1,120/wk) with 0 debt give the bank a good reason to give us an ~$800k house which will have itself paid for solely with the rental income from the other 3 houses, with cash to spare. With my decent income and hopefully hers, they'll throw cash at us.
I guess the big question is: Pay out the Ipswich house and buy 3 more houses, OR, pay out debts and put cash into other investments?
I lost ~$150k 18 months ago in some terrible trades, so a bit hesitant to do that again....

36 Years old, 0 qualifications, married, no children.
Assets: House in Ipswich, QLD ~$350,000
460 Acre Land ~$1,000,000
2022 Audi A3 ~$55,000 (My daily and our long trips car, great on fuel/safety/comfy)
2010 Nissan Skyline ~$15,000 (Her daily, bad on fuel, good fun)
Computer Shop ~$90,000
Assorted motorbikes ~$30,000
Debts:
House in Ipswich, QLD~$180,000
Audi A3 - 4.4 years to go at $228/week and $17k balloon at end ($53kish?)
Business & Income tax debt ~$75k
Credit card debt ~$10k
Income:
~$130k pre-tax per annum (Operations Manager for disability support company.)
~$26k from computer shop being sold to a friend ($500/wk until it's paid for).
Circumstances to note:- Wife currently earns $0, will get back to work soon and earning ~$60k (pregnancy loss, mental health etc.).
- MIL lives with us in small 3BR house in the suburbs, we need to find somewhere to live in 6-9 months else it'll end in a giant sh!tstorm between MIL and wife.
- MIL will rent Ipswich house at $320/week once wife and I move out. $360/wk if she gets a housemate. House currently costs ~$275/wk on variable interest rate, 25 years to go.

Currently trying to sell the block of land, getting a fair bit of interest. Thinking the best option once it sells is to pay out Ipswich house, pay out tax and CC debt, pay out the Audi. The wife's expressed interest in wanting a decently nice house for us to live in on a good amount of land ~45mins west of Ipswich. I like the idea of this too, I'd be best pleased with being out there. Would make for a 45 min commute to/from work daily, but I'd say it's "worth".
Should leave me with ~$700k. Use this to buy 2 x more cheap houses ($350k each). have the rental income from all 3 ($320 + $400? + $400? = $1,120/wk) with 0 debt give the bank a good reason to give us an ~$800k house which will have itself paid for solely with the rental income from the other 3 houses, with cash to spare. With my decent income and hopefully hers, they'll throw cash at us.
I guess the big question is:Pay out the Ipswich house and buy 3 more houses, OR, pay out debts and put cash into other investments? I lost ~$150k 18 months ago in some terrible trades, so a bit hesitant to do that again....

I (F20) have moved to a new place thanks to my mom (F43) convincing me to. We are living with my great-grandmother and it's been almost a year now. e live in a small village and I don't drive so I relied heavily on my mom to drive me if I wanted to go somewhere that wasn't within walking distance. Almost a month ago, there was a big argument with my great-grandmother who made a racist comment which I did not agree with. This resulted in me staying with a new friend for a bit. When I came back, my mother accused me of drug use; I don't do drugs. I've had a puff here and there from weed and I rarely drink any alcohol. I don't party, I pretty much am a hermit. My mother had said that I need to be aware of the drugs I may be around in which I responded with "no I do not. If others are getting into drugs, it is not my business to be asking about it. It makes it look like I'm interested and I am not." She blew up at me and told me that she "cannot keep an eye on me 24/7". I then responded with "you don't have to, I'm 20 years old, I am capable of looking out for myself." This was the line that completely threw her off her rockers. She said that if I'm such an adult and if I get arrested for hanging around druggies to not bother calling her because she could care less. That as an adult I should "figure it out". My mom, needless to say, has never been a good mom. She neglected me and my siblings growing up to chase a sugar daddy who wasn't really a sugar daddy but a drug dealer. Now I don't know if he got her into it or if it was already something she was doing before she met him (she was a stripper before I was born so it wouldn't surprise me if she was into drugs during that time). All I know is that he encouraged her to get into it more heavily. I grew up never seeing the drugs but I saw the effects. The fighting, the forgetfulness, the fatigue. From a young age, I told myself to stay away from drugs in fear I'd end up like my mom. There's no way in hell I'd ever do drugs, I saw how it made her. Eventually, my siblings and I were placed into foster homes. I was 8 at the time. I was in and out of foster homes, group homes, and even at one point went back to live with my mom. I had attempted which landed me back in my group home. My mom couldn't care less and said I only attempted for attention. I struggled with self-harm from when I was 12, always wearing long sleeves and big baggie sweaters. I was embarrassed. Still, my mom said nothing about it and pretended to act as though she didn't see. A big incident at 17 where I was assaulted by a boy in a group home and was kicked out for it, it had seemed to bring us closer. She was on my side and acted as though she really cared about me. Almost even comforted me. Finally, I came home when I was 18, I was then again assaulted brutally and had to spend time in the hospital. This was when things started to go downhill. She didn't believe me and thought I had staged it despite my being physically shaken up, bleeding, and bruised/in pain. She had even taken me to the hospital where they treated me and gave me a rape kit basically. She kicked me out a few months later, it was November. Wouldn't let me come back to get a jacket or anything. Just a blanket. I couldn't charge my phone either and it was close to dying. Thankfully a friend and her family let me stay with them. My mom eventually allowed me to come home, and I made plans to leave. I stayed in a housing program but it lasted about half a year as the girls were eating my food, not cleaning up, stealing my stuff, etc etc. They were not doing anything to help me truthfully and my mom started to convince me to go back to live with her. So I did. There were more fights, more having to leave the house over and over and over and over again. My mother is my only support system, I had nowhere to really go. So I told myself to just stick it out. Now back to the present day, I've literally had enough. My mother started spreading a rumour around that I do porn. It's a small village so everyone knows everyone. That could ruin my chances of getting a job. She's aware of this. I tried to talk to her to resolve this issue but she doesn't want to talk. So, like a highschooler, she spreads rumours about me and talks shit. I have no car pretty much, no job for the time being, and no place to go. My grandmother has had enough of my mom's attitude and as a result, wants me to leave as she deems me to be the issue. I don't understand why my mom hates me so much and I think our relationship is irreparable at this point. I've tried, given it my all, I have no more to give to my mother and now I'm not sure what's next. Any advice?

Fist of all i love the latest chapters seeing more of the 3 other yonko crews. all of them have something really cool about them (especially BB&crew)! :) But in this post i want to talk about the Cross guild which is a kinda funny constellation but has potential if they keep going.
i like that they're some kind of catch basin for all kinds of pirates, ex shichibukais etc. and i love that one of my favorites the badass Sir Crocodile is back and part of it! :)
they're already a cool crew with many known members but not rly heavyhitters except for mihawk and sir crocodile. do you think they will grow and collect some of the above mentioned people storywise? let's say all or most of these lonely pirates decide to become a crew member or ally of the bigger parties. who has a chance of joining the cross guild?:)
BOA HANCOCK (most likely SH grand fleet?!), DOFLAMINGO, WEEVIL, EUSTASS KID (really dead?), TRAFALGAR LAW/BEPO (one of my favorites too, probably SH grandfleet too although the cross guild could need a heavyhitter and doctor in the crew?!)
one of my dreams for the cross guild that i hoped has a little chance of becoming true most likely hasn't any chance anymore after recent chapters :( i was hoping for PERONA to rescue GECKO MORIA on Hachinosu. Then they escape with the thriller bark and join the cross guild because of the relationship/"friendship" to MIHAWK and as a result the thriller bark becomes the main ship of the cross guild. it could have been perfect imo. it's like a swimming island and moving HQ and huge enough that all corners of the crew can have their own space (mihawk can live in a castle again and buggy is safe from being beaten all the time by mihawk and sir crocodile :D ). they could give it the classy buggy clown/circus theme while the old mouthgate gets replaced with a HUGE RED BUGGY NOSE and the chains can look like rope like in a circus tent!!^^
but now they already built a buggy themed ship for them :'( (they could still leave that at the coast of thriller bark but now chances are zero if there were any to begin with)

TOKYO - North Korea has notified neighboring Japan that it plans to launch a satellite in coming days, which may be an attempt to put Pyongyang's first military reconnaissance satellite into orbit.
Japan's coast guard said the notice it received from North Korean waterway authorities said the launch window was from May 31 and June 11 and that the launch may affect waters in the Yellow Sea, East China Sea and east of the Philippines' Luzon Island.
Earlier this month, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un reviewed a finished military spy satellite at the country's aerospace center and approved an unspecified future action plan on its launch.
North Korea's past launches have demonstrated an ability to deliver a satellite into space, but there are questions about the satellite's capability.
A launch to put a satellite into space would use long-range missile technology banned by past U.N. Security Council resolutions.

First let me start by saying I do not want to be a mean stepmother. I grew up with stepparents and I was treated different and with that I want to do better for my stepdaughter. However, she is so rude when she comes to visit. Her mother also is rude to me and when we go to visit her in the state she lives in and pick her up she just rolls her eyes and ignores me. With our other daughter adopted out of foster care she is cruel and tells her how much she sucks at everything and how much she wishes she has a big sister so they can actually know how to do something right. Our daughter did not come from a great background and has not had the opportunities my stepdaughter has. Her mother spends thousands on activities for her from ballet, to basketball, to drawing, to art. Any activity there is she does it. Her mom is chinese(tiger parent) and tells her that she has to work hard or she will ruin her reputation for college(she’s 12). Whenever she comes I have to watch her full time because my husband has a job with long hours and I’m currently in online school. Whenever I have her though she is extremely disrespectful. If I try to take her to run any errands or see my family because once again I have her full time while she’s here she complains and tells me she tired of waiting. Last time I went to pick my stepmother up who is a senior and needs help getting to her doctors appointment. We wait d 15 minutes outside her house while she was still getting ready and his daughter said she was going to punch her in the face if she took any longer. I tell my husband this and whenever they have a conversation she breaks down in tears and he just melts and never actually gives any consequences. I told him this last time her HAS to take time off of work while she is here for the first month of the summer because it shouldn’t all be on me and her behavior is out of hand and she has NO MANNERS. He has decided not to and I told him I will not be watching her so he needs to figure something out. Please let me know your opinions.
