It looks like it could be the purge valve or the intake/exhaust camshaft solenoid.
I took my car to the mechanic yesterday and he said that the issue is not the EVAP, it's actually a battery leak which spilt into the neighboring fuse box, causing the EVAP system to fail.
I'm not sure how correct that is. The OBD monitor is showing codes: P0443, P0013, P0018, p0446.
