Reinstall onedrive windows 10

So recently, Windows kept telling me about HDD errors and then i decided to order another one. I replaced it and then a few hours after using it, Windows kept telling me about the same HDD errors even after i downloaded a single file into it. The strange thing is that i ran programs such as Seatools and Crystal Disk Info and they i said that the HDD is in a good condition. I ran a RAM test using Memtest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostic, but they said that there's no errors with the RAM. I tried everything from chkdsk to downloading an Antivirus to scan for any threads, but nothing helped me. I reinstalled Windows so many times, but the problem still remained. Could it be something wrong with the motherboard or something?

I bought a i5 12400f to upgrade my PC, with a fresh windows install 2 weeks ago. I have not much programs installed, only the basics.
Its happening that the Cooler Fan is performing totally with random RPM's speeds, the Fan is "quiet" in one moment, and by nothing Ramp UP Hardly. The Fan ramp Up, and Ramp down continuously.

PS: and my phone doesn't catch the sound well. I can assure that, in person is 20x worst. And, at night, its impossible to have the PC Turned On. And this Fan Noise, it's with the Silent/Manual (super) Soft Fan Curve, because if I use the Default Fan curve on Bios, its almost an airplane noise.
I've search on youtube for cooler review, and i checked a video precisely with the same CPU and Cooler Fan, and the noise difference and Behaviour, is simply HUGE: https://youtu.be/yhKBABCfmpk?t=240 this is, how is supposed the Fan perform, and noise levels. Comparing with this video, my Fan looks like it was always at Full speed - at noise comparison.
Many times, when i check the Task Manager, i see windows tasks using a LOT of CPU... photos attached. ( maybe its this that ramp up the CPU fan !!??!?! weird ) On my older Setup, a 9400F a CPU with half performance, compared with the actual 12400F, i've never had any issue, neither Fan Noise, neither High CPU usage.
I've made all possible test's, search online, and i've got no conclusion. On CPU test's everything is working good, it passes all test's. I've already have a smooth Fan Curve on BIOS for the Fan Cooler - with the Standard Fan curve profile, PC looks like a airplane. The noise is less, but the Fan its not matching the work as supposed to done, since CPU is getting High usage from windows tasks.
Many times CPU reaches 50-60% of usage, while on IDLE, or using windows only, sometimes browsing also. I think that its not normal, since before this 12400F, i've got a 9400F ( half performance CPU ), but always worked properly, Fan ramping up when the CPU was truly in use, never seen the CPU with High usage with no Reason ( or idle ), etc. Sometimes, the CPU reaches 90/100% only in windows with a browser opened.
Or worst: Many times i have the PC turned ON, without using it, so its totally IDLE. I was sit on my bedroom ( at some distance from the PC), and (by nothing) I listen the FAN ramping up Hard... like !?!? I'm not even using the PC... lol its on idle, there are no programs running. How the Fan ramp up like if i was using the CPU heavily ? PS: I have a PC Case well good refrigerated ( tbh, due to this problem, and to test, the PC Case its even opened - But No differences ).
Could anyone tell me from what to start ? Any ideas about this problems ?
PS: I've tested everything, search and research, but got no solutions. I've checked for Virus, Spyware, etc, and its totally clean. Windows has 2weeks from the Fresh installation, and i have no many programs installed. I also checked every possible Windows errors/problems, but without luck.
Is Windows with any "weird" problem ? or its a Motherboard or CPU Problem ? Is this normal on this i5 CPU ? Noise and CPU Usage ? I presume that this is not normal at all. Since with the exact same kind of usage, my old 9400F never behave like this, with huge CPU usage while on IDLE, neither a crazy Fan noise, and without this spiking fan speeds.

I'm famous for being wordy, so I'll try to make this as brief as possible with the facts.

1. Lived together with my girlfriend (early 30s) for 7 years, through the pandemic. Always got along well, except for tiffs here and there and some lifestyle incompatibility issues (I'm into fitness, she's more into napping...she's more content with her job whereas I'm more ambitious, I don't need sex very often, she wants it much more often).
2. She gave me an ultimatum a little over a year ago that either we get married or I move out, which I did, and we broke up soon thereafter, which severely hurt us both, but I didn't feel right about getting married just to stay together when deep down it's not something I truly wanted.
3. I've been on dating apps for a month, and every time I swipe, I just can't stop thinking about how much I miss my ex. We were so in tune with each other on so many things (politics, religion, both introverts, etc.) and we're both really picky. I've had very little luck matching with girls and have only been on one date, which went poorly and I wasn't very into her.
4. Last time I saw my ex she told me not to contact her anymore because it hurts too much, but I think she moved in with a relative about 50 miles away. Would she take me back? Possibly. Probably, even.
5. She wants a kid now, which was never on my bucket list, but I've been more open to it lately. I think my essential dilemma comes down to the fact that I felt "trapped" in the relationship, but after being "free" for about a year, I realize how much happier I was with her, especially since I have basically no friends and only coworkers to confide in. The thing is, I don't want to go crawling back and propose just because I'm lonely and not having any luck on the apps. If I'm going to get married, I want it to be because I can't see myself living the rest of my life without her.

At this point, I can definitely see me 5, 10, 20 years down the line always regretting this decision to let her go...our little fights seem so petty in retrospect. But at the same time, a part of me thinks I should just be patient and date around and find a girl who I desperately want to get married to, without being "talked into it" or pressured in any way. If she would take me back, that time window is rapidly closing. I'm trying to find a therapist to talk to about it soon, but after talking to a few, I've learned they can't make that decision for me. I'm just terrified I'm going to end up unhappy for the rest of my life either way because I couldn't make a decision. Any advice here?

The issue I am having is that my USB2 and USB3 ports are resetting very frequently when I have a powered usb hub with any number of devices attached to one of the ports.
The issue only exists when I have my monitor (or multiple monitors) plugged into my graphics card via Display Port. When I connect my monitor to my motherboard via hdmi, the issue does not exist.
To reproduce the issue, usually running multiple instances of my browser while performing some high cpu/power intensive operations and running a window with a high res video stream usually triggers it. Its still a little bit random but those steps usually cause it to happen eventually.
To try and diagnose the issue I have tried -

1). Replaced the motherboard with a new board of the same make/model (MSI B550M VDH WIFI).
2). Replaced the motherboard with a new board of different make/model (ASUS B550-F WIFI II).
3). Installed latest BIOS firmware and Chipset drivers for each motherboard.
4). Reinstalled windows multiple times.
5). Replaced 500W PSU with 650W PSU.
6). Tried using powered hub on 3 other machines (2 laptops, 1 desktop)
7). Tried using other powered and non-powered usb hubs.
8). Tried using the hub with a single device attached, and with multiple devices attached.
9). Tried all the usb ports on each motherboard.
10). Tried multiple graphics cards (Geforce 1070 ti, Geforce 3060 ti)
11). Changed PCIe port to use GEN3 instead of GEN4 (tried on both boards).

None of these fixed the issue. The only way I can get my devices to stop resetting as often is to plug each one into the ports on the motherboard rather than the hub, or to not use my graphics card.
My best guess is that this is some issue with the processor + pcie as I have either replaced every other part or tested with other machines.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or should I just RMA the processor?

It was an all in one package that allowed you to make Bootable install disks for every single version of windows, from xp all the way to every individual update of windows 10. I haven't been able to find it in a while. I remember it being a pain to find back then, but I'm having no luck now.

Anyone else getting random crashes with an error that the graphics driver has timed out? I've updated my graphics and motherboard drivers and updated my bios to the latest firmware.

The game will freeze and about 10 seconds later crash to the desktop. Anyone else having the problem, any suggested fixes? I also uninstalled D4 and reinstalled it, that didn't work either.

Hi, first time mom here. Can someone please help me improve my LO’s sleep (and mine) before I go crazy? I’m overwhelmed by all the sleep content out there, sleep deprived, and becoming unhealthily obsessed with my LO’s sleep yet ready to just give up on it all.
Since he was born (12 weeks on Sunday), I’ve been following age appropriate wake windows (60 min - 75 min), which has somewhat worked and resulted in decent night stretches (3-5 hrs) and naps (30-2 hrs).
But recently, he’s refusing naps, taking 30 min naps once he’s finally down, is fussy the moment his head hits the crib, and is waking up frequently at night (5 or more times) - ravenous to eat, or fussy bc of gas, or just wide awake. He also has bad gas/trouble pooping (not constipated but will take a couple days to poop and seems to cry out of discomfort right before), which can extend his wake windows to several hours. And sometimes, he’s totally fine staying up for 2-3 hrs, especially before bed.
If sleepy cues are unreliable as they grow out of the newborn stage and he doesn’t always follow normal wake windows, what do I follow?? How can I be consistent with a schedule I can’t figure out? We’re trying to set up good sleep hygiene until we sleep train at 4 months when he can consolidate sleep — but does that mean we’re stuck in this cycle until then? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Here’s everything we’ve tried to set up good sleep hygiene: - Keeping him awake during feeds and giving him full feeds during the day - Tummy time, massages, probiotics, and gas drops to help with gas - Following eat/play/sleep routine - Consistent wake time approx. 8 am - Consistent bed time (10 pm) despite efforts to move it up earlier — he protests until he finally falls asleep around 10 pm - Good sleep environment (noise machine, dark room, nap/bedtime routine) - Putting him in the crib awake at much as possible - Pacifier to connect sleep cycles (although now in a cycle of replacing pacifier but hoping we’ll correct that once he gets better sleep) - Adjusting naps by 15 min based on how short they are and his mood waking up (except they’re usually 25 min and in a decent, sometimes tired mood)

This has been an issue for a while now and we've been trying for so long, so this is kind of a last resort. So one of my friends used to play on xbox and more recently switched to pc, and since he switched over to the windows 10 version of the game none of us have been able to join him. The world we've been trying to join was a world we played on when he was on the xbox version of the game. We also recently figured out that he can't join us either. Every time we try to join him it just says "Join Failed". I have no clue if this has to do with him switching to pc or not (I assume it is) but it's been months since we've been able to play together on our world. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Yesterday Messenger was working fine. Today when I try to open it, nothing happens. Looking in task manager, when I try to launch the app, the Messenger process is created, but closes itself after 2-3 seconds.
Here's the thing, though; it's still doing this even after I've tried many different fixes that I can find. I've repaired, reset, and reinstalled the app, I've edited the registry, I've done the windows update cleanup tool, I've restarted the PC multiple times. I cannot get it to launch. Anyone have any idea what's going on? This is the only program on my PC that's been doing this.

1989 my two beautiful boys, age 7 and 9 were playing in the yard when an intoxicated man decided to drive his car, fell asleep and take their lives. My world changed at that moment. Family drama with shame and blame didn't help but I made it through the necessary acts to bury my boys. I froze up. I simply froze up. I took a leave of absence from my job as an RN in a hospital, my supervisor was so understanding and supportive. At home I had paint and covered with windows to let no light in and I sat in darkness for a year never leaving the house. My friends were wonderful, they fed me. They went shopping and brought me food, I ordered pizza. I sat in the dark not knowing if it was night or day. My friends never pushed me to do more than I could, they just fed me, visited, brought groceries and items I needed and let me work myself out of being frozen.
A year later, I was watching a talk show one morning. I didn't have cable so I had to only watch local stations. I was laying on the living room sofa and noticed some sparkling lights up in the corner of the room. I thought it was an electrical fire and sat up quickly to get a better view. It looked like sparklers burning, lots of them, beautiful white lights growing larger and in number until they were about a yard wide and 2 feet tall, a bundle of thousands of white, silver like sparkles flashing brightly. From this light source I clearly heard the voices of two men, maybe both upper 20's in age, very articulate, well educated and professional. They both took turns talking to me, very abruptly, sternly, with force, meaning and impatience with me. It was like I was being severely reprimanded. In part they said, "You have been holding us back from very important business we MUST attend to. We can not do the work we need to do that is so very important as you are constantly holding us back. We can not allow this to continue, you have to let go of us so we can move into our jobs and do the work we are suppose to be doing. Your constant attachment and holding on has stifled our ability to work and what we need to do is so very important. You just have to let go and let us move on. You are in the way of the great work we are assigned to do." I was being sternly spoken to by my two boys that now sounded like young executives. The only 'nice' thing they said to me was one of them said, "We appreciate what you did for us but now you just have to let us go."
I was berated on and on, like I was in court or in trouble at work in an HR meeting. It was not pleasant but it got my attention pronto. I replied, "I'm so sorry, I had no idea, yes, of course I'll let you do what you need to do. I miss you both so much but I had no idea I was holding you back from what you needed to be doing." It was like being pulled over by the cops, and told I did something wrong and I was trying to make it right. I admitted I was holding on to them but had no idea it was causing them grief from where they are now. Their voices stopped, the sparkling light diminished in size and brightness into just being a plain corner of the wall. I put my hand on that spot, it felt like a normal wall.
I got in the shower, got cleaned up, had to call someone to jump my car as it's not been started in over a year and drove to my old work place to put in an application again. My supervisor had moved on. I did a quick interview and got hired again. I started orientation the next day.
The encounter with my two boys was a jolt to my system. I went from frozen to thawed quickly. My deep mourning of my sons immediately changed to missing them, in a healthy way. There was no thinking about it, the stern talking to I got, the lecture, the demand that I let them move on let me move on, too. I enjoyed letting the light back into my house as I slowly started using a razor blade to scrape the paint off the windows. It took months but it was so healing to turn from darkness to light again.
Hospice concepts were coming to America at that time, from the UK. I followed up with a local hospice and soon was the charge RN a 10 bed inpatient unit for terminally ill patients. I was a Hospice RN for 17 years, including 5 years as a pediatric Hospice Nurse. The loss of my children gave me the insight to support others that are transitioning into their next life, or career as I see it now. I had many, many amazing experience with many of my patients spreading their wings and practicing moving on before and after their deaths. My experience with my boys gave me the strength to support my dying patients and the family and friends they were leaving behind.
I've not seen my boys since. I don't want to disturb them from the work they need to do. That lecture I got that day was enough!! Of course I think of them so often but never clinging, but now knowing they matured, grew up, and have important work they do that is valuable to them wherever they are. That makes me smile. I hope my story can brighten someone else. We go on, there is no end.

I'll get straight to the point... I've already changed my monitor, mouse, keyboard, power strip, etc... My computer has several problems that are hard to explain, but researching I saw that MANY people out there suffer from the same, maybe some have that and don't even know.
1 - 240hz monitor with high fps but 60-100hz feeling (yes monitor is set to 240hz in windows). Bad image quality in games (I believe it's due to lack of fluidity, it ends up generating ghost/overshoting)
2 - Mouse inconsistency (sensitivity seems to change from one day to the next - it's either too fast or too slow) and feeling heavy and floating.
4 - I change the Windows Energy plan to High Performance, this improves 10% in relation to the fluidity / sharpness of the image.
6 - If I change the monitor colors/increase the brightness I feel that the input lag increases even more, including the nvidia digital vibrance. And if I lower the brightness the input lag reduces, but still the mouse is not consistent.

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

Primarily gaming from all gens, from emulating old ps1 games through to modern releases PC and RPCS3.
Specifically looking forward to Dragons Dogma 2 coming out at some point (using RE engine so I've been roughly looking at RE4 as a guide there with some wiggle room for DD2 being open world), but also Elden Ring which I can't run on my current rig, and Forgotten City which I barely meet the requirements for. As well as heavily modded minecraft with shaders.
I'm aiming for 1440p 60fps, as I mostly game on a TV in the same room connected via HDMI. The TV is 4k capable, but I don't really have the budget to make that my primary goal and I'm happy with 1440p. I also don't mind dropping back down to 1080p if things get too intensive, I'm really not fussy.
Side uses would be photoshop, though not heavily, and I would like to get back into 3d modelling though I don't really touch the rendering side of things so I'm not too worried about AMD/Nvidia differences there. Minor use of Stable Diffusion is the last point which I know AMD suffers on with windows, but I could install linux if I really wanted or just run the limited install of it. It's still going to be better than my current 1060 6gb.
I also don't care about raytracing

I had originally planned on just getting a new case and moving my parts so some parts I would have needed for that are already brought, as well as peripherals I've already decided on, so while I have a total budget of $3000 AUD, the functional budget left is:
~$2100 AUD for internal parts + monitors

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

Other then that not particularly. I would prefer to stick with intel, sorry AMD, just because it should handle the single core stuff that little better

As I already have a rough build so along with a general review and cost cutting if possible, these are mostly my main points of concern:

• CPU Cooler - Noctua is expensive and doesn't seem to cool that much more than say a AK620 or Dark Rock Pro 4. But I would like some consideration for noise levels, quieter is better, and I also hear the be quiet mounting systems are painful to use. Or I could drop down to a Noctua U12S if it would be enough given I have no plans of overclocking for now? Really have no idea here and I've looked at so many reviews trying to figure out which is the best temp/noise that my head is spinning (note: The Assassin line of coolers is not available in Aus). And I am quite noise sensitive which is why I went the expensive noctua case fans instead of arctic, didn't want to even take the risk of the whine people report from arctic fans.
  
• Motherboard - Seems like overkill, but it's on a huge sale, looks nice, MSI's problem is the least of the three major ones lately, and unless there's something better and cheaper out there it seems fine? (Avoiding ASUS, and Gigabyte have an alarming amount of refurbished boards on aus sites at the moment)
  
• EVGA PSU being reused from my current build, 7 years old within its 10 year warranty (though I don't know where the invoice for it is), is a problem or would it be better off to just bite the bullet and get a brand new one?
  
• GPU - The one I picked is a 2 fan MSI 6750xt for $619 (asus and gigabyte models of the 6750xt have reports of coil whine, which is why I went this), but I also have the option for a 3 fan Gigabyte 6700xt for $529, and I'm not sure if that's a good trade off for cost/performance as well as quiet operation, as they seem very close in performance but not sure about noise values. Seems like it would be but just doubting myself

Currently my laptop (AMD Ryzen 9 CPU, Nvidia Geforce 3070 GPU) is only running Team Fortress 2 at 5-10 FPS, and generally running quite slowly even when plugged in. Even just 4 days ago, it was running the game at a perfectly respectable framerate, so I have no idea what changed.
I've heard some folks blaming Armory Crate for performance shortcomings, and some even suggesting a full reformatting of Windows. Will that be necessary to get my laptop back to running properly again, or is there another solution?

I resurrected an old PC to use as a file server. Windows 10 Pro is the OS. This boots without a password and I haven't used this machine for years. I want to be able to map a drive to this old PC from my new PC (Win 11). The new PC uses my Windows login. It asks for the old PC login. Nothing I tried works. I tried to setup using Windows login for the old PC, but need a password for the old PC. Long story short, how can I get this working??? Since the old PC doesn't need a password, I am not sure what I can do.
