Oh bromos. I don't know what to do. I got back with my HS sweetheart after 30 years - 6 years ago. Last weekend I made him leave. He spent 4 days at his moms and I let him come back. He mumbles constantly...I would say that 80% of the time that it is nasty shit and 20% of the time it is about whatever he is doing. It makes it hard to concentrate or think on my own. I can't even read a paragraph without my mind hearing things and "Is he talking to me?" I say "What's wrong"? and "What (Insert his name)"? Now hes trying to play shit like How can you hear me some of the time etc? *Sidenote: His coming back was on the terms that he would get therapy. A week has gone by and no appt. We've had ups and downs. Drinking. (I hardy ever drank before him) verbal and physical abuse. I am not that way. But I will stand up for myself. SO it regards to this - it has been both of us. The verbal part is him and I have put down to my lowest. Other than that we are soul mates. We share creating art and ideas and humor.
My son. Is 23 a great kid in heart and kindness. But living at home. Got a DUI. Got through that. And should be going back to work but hasn't yet. Not functioning as he should. Only doing what I ask and make him do. And sometimes not even. He has 2 rooms on the other end of the house. He has had over 3 months off of work and both rooms are still shit. He pays his inurance/phone part of those bills. He pays 200.00 on top of that and that includes laundry, food, eveything he needs, including him in take out orders. I pretty much see him when I ask him to take our dog out or when meals are made. He eats in his room. In his defense, we eat in our office and I usually check out MSN and what is going on in the world. He also lost a lot more than I have at 23. 4 majorly close relatives. A few men i dated and theor famiilies we tried to incorporate.
I need help. I don't have anyone. No family. Friends...um distant...
We did have some drinks tonite. We enjoyed each other and watched a final episode of a show we were watching. I F*ed up my hip and needed to get out of bed and sit at my desk which is when he started. He was falling asleep during a show. I turned it off and and an hour later, I had to close my office door and play some music because he is still going on. And now he is just mumbling louder and I can still hear him (Not exactly what he is saying) through the door.
I'm gonna lose my shit. And I am so trying not to. Any advice is welcome. Please. Before I lose my mind. How do i deal with this all?

I (20 F) found out a few weeks ago by looking at my boyfriend’s (21 M) Apple Watch that he went out to ice cream with a girl (19 F). He never told me about this, so I confronted him about it. He said that it wasn’t a date, and that he believed she knew he had a girlfriend. I messaged the girl later that day and asked if she knew, and she said she didn’t and he had made no mention of it. Could this have just been an honest miscommunication? She said that nothing happened between the two of them and he wasn’t trying to like many moves or anything. She also had invited him to a baseball game, but he backed out at the last minute. I’m not sure what to do with this information. There was an instance in the past I suspected him of something because he had sexually explicit messages with a different girl (20 F), but said he was just trying to get back at her by making her believed he liked her so he could hurt her the way that she hurt him previously. I’ve tried to give him chances, but I don’t think I can go all summer with us living 45 minutes away from one another now that he’s moved home for college without wondering if he’s talking or seeing some other girl whenever he’s not responding to me. I told him how all this really broke my trust and he said he understood, he loved me and never wanted to hurt me like everyone else in my life had, and he would prove himself to me. I feel like I’m going crazy, and I really love him, but I just don’t know what to do with all this. Am I overreacting, or is this valid concern that I should break up with him for? We’ve been dating for about 4 months, and we’ve also been having disagreements for about 3 months about him not telling his parents about our relationship, despite the fact that he has now moved home for the summer. Looking for any and all advice, thank you.

Honestly I never imagined I'd be alive at this age. I never imagined finally leaving my nparents household. I never would've thought I'd have a full time job by now. If you told me a year ago I was finally leaving, I would've luaghed at your face.
But tonight is my last night sleeping in this room. In this apartment. Most of my things are packed. And the rest will be done tomarrow morning. All these years of dealing with my nmom and the abuse I went through as a kid made me feel singled out from other kids. Im 18(f). Im moving out with my sister in a 2 bedroom apartment. Its expensive but we are somehow able to afford it. I took a year off of school so I could get a full time job and save up for my own home. My first home.
I started preparing in middle school. I knew that if I wanted to leave, I needed to get my education ready. I took many highschool classes in middle school. Once I started highschool I was preparing to start college as well. I am a full time duel enrollment student at my local community College. By the time I finished 10th grade I only needed 2 more credits left to graduate highschool. But I was getting free college so I decided to just take the year off, work, and return senior year to finish my last 2 credits as well as get my associates degree.
Im exhausted. Its finally summer time and I didnt take any classes this summer because it'll be my only time for a break. Im still working full time, ontop of trying to move out, ontop of trying to figure shit out at home, etc.
Im happy im finally moving out. But im dreading senior year. I might have 2 days off from work right now but as soon as I start my senior year ill have no more breaks. Id have to wake up from 5:30 everyday to go to my 2 class in the morning at my highschool, then id spend an hour or 2 for studying, and then id go to work. I am closing shift so I work from 12:30 to 9pm. Then id have to go home and sleep. And im still doing my last two semesters at college so itll be another 4 classes ontop of that.
I guess I feel bummed? Like I cant enjoy my teen years. I never felt like I could. I recently got a boyfriend and every chance I get i try and spend time with him, coming home super late like 11pm or 12am. My mom gets so angry but I couldnt care less. I wanna be normal. I wanna be a kid. To not have to work and not have to move out and just be alive.
But im so grateful. For the fact that I can finally get out. That I can finally feel comfortable in my own home and eat food finally made by myself without being told im cooking wrong or wake up whateve time I want and not be scolded for how late it would be and to wear whatever id like at home without feeling the need to cover up and to be able to come home as late as id like. I have the Leviton scene controller Gen2 for HomeKit. I’ve had it about six months and I am experiencing some ghost scene activations after I press one of the scene buttons. It will activate the intended scene and then 20 seconds later activate a different scene that was not intended. I have read quite a bit about how the Eve scene controller button was having serious issues with HomeKit due to the Bluetooth connection and polling from HomeKit. Apple is mis-reading the Eve signals which sounds similar to the problem I’m having with my Leviton scene controller. Is anyone else experiencing this? I use a HomePod mini as my hub, but I’ve also read that a Apple TV 4K may be a better hub.

Hi all long time lurker first time poster. I really need advice right now. So i (24f) have really had an awful time in love lately. And I mean awful. I got broken up with back in October by my at the time boyfriend of almost a year and a half and I didn’t enter the dating field until early March. Well in March I dated a guy then he ghosted after a month. Then i didn’t date again until April and in April I met this amazing guy I mean he was everything I wanted/could ever want, sweet funny, made me laugh, made me feel safe he likes animals, literally everything I look for in a guy! In the time that we were together we spent almost every weekend together and it was amazing I mean I thoroughly enjoyed it. He did as well, I stayed over at his a couple of times and hung out with his friends and one of his family members and it was all going great! I didn’t bring up the boyfriend word or girlfriend word until we were going to be intimate, when I said that being intimate was a boyfriend privilege. To which he asked if I wanted to be his girlfriend and I said yes. Well last weekend we went out with my friends and his family member that I met and it all seemed like it was going great, we all had a good time and got back to his place at a decent hour and the following day we all hung out. The next day he and I were hanging out and had a little tiny disagreement, but worked it out and cuddled on the couch before going home. Well When he was talking me home he almost said the L word a couple of times when we were kissing goodnight, and everything seemed alright. I went inside to go to bed. The next day everything seemed normal again, the usual texting pattern, the same energy, making plans! I mean we were planning to maybe do the county fair, then on Wednesday he responded to my message from earlier in the day at 12 AM. Then my message from Thursday morning went unanswered. Then today I sent him a video of some shorts I was thinking of buying and he didn’t respond. Until about fifteen minutes ago sending me this long basically break up text. Saying “I wanted to reach out and let you know what's been on mind lately. I want to be completely honest with you because I do care about you. I feel awful doing this over text, but felt this was the best way for me to get my thoughts out as clearly as possible. I think that your an incredible woman and love our time together but as I’ve just got out of a long term relationship just before moving out here. I just think that I’m not comfortable or ready for that commitment again right now. I'd love to remain friends if you're open to it. I'm here if you have any questions or want to talk at any time” I never told him anything about a serious or long term thing, rather I wanted solely to spend time with him and enjoy our time together. I did make jokes about keeping spare pajamas at his but I continually made a point to say it was a joke. At this point it seems like there’s something about me. Like maybe there’s something wrong with me like why else would this keep happening? I understand not wanting to get into a serious thing, I mean my ex and I were looking at rings for goodness sake! I really do think there’s something wrong with me if this continuously happens, all I want is to give someone other than my dogs all this love and affection I have inside. I’m wondering if someone could’ve even said something that caused him to change his mind. I mean that’s the only thing I can think of other than something being wrong with me Can anyone offer any insight?
