2023.06.08 20:40 demolition-sydney Expert Tips for Hiring an Industrial Demolition Contractor in Sydney
| Hiring the right industrial demolition contractor in Sydney is crucial for the success and safety of your project. To help you make an informed decision, here are some expert tips for hiring an industrial demolition contractor: https://preview.redd.it/de6eeevd9u4b1.jpg?width=702&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8272838ce6dcee1155608532224d251c767032c2 Experience and Expertise: Look for contractors with extensive experience in industrial demolition specifically. They should have a track record of successfully completing similar projects in Sydney. A contractor with specialized knowledge and expertise will understand the unique challenges and regulations associated with industrial demolition. Licensing and Certifications: Ensure that the contractor holds all the necessary licenses and certifications required by the relevant authorities in Sydney. This includes licenses for demolition, asbestos removal (if applicable), and any other specific permits needed for the project. Valid certifications demonstrate the contractor's compliance with safety and environmental standards. Insurance Coverage: Verify that the contractor has adequate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. This protects you from any potential liability in case of accidents, injuries, or property damage during the demolition process. Safety Measures: Inquire about the contractor's safety protocols and procedures. Safety should be a top priority, and they should have a strong safety record. Ask about their safety training programs for their workers and their commitment to adhering to local safety regulations. Equipment and Resources: Evaluate the contractor's equipment and resources. They should have modern, well-maintained machinery and tools necessary for industrial demolition projects. Inquire about their fleet size, availability of backup equipment, and their ability to handle any specific requirements of your project. Environmental Considerations: Discuss the contractor's approach to environmental considerations, especially regarding waste management and recycling. An environmentally conscious contractor will prioritize recycling and disposal methods that minimize the impact on the environment. Inquire about their experience in handling hazardous materials, such as asbestos, and their compliance with relevant regulations. References and Portfolio: Request references from previous clients and ask for a portfolio of their past industrial demolition projects in Sydney. Contact these references to gather feedback on the contractor's performance, reliability, and professionalism. Reviewing their portfolio will give you an idea of their capabilities and the scale of projects they have handled. Cost Estimates and Contracts: Obtain detailed cost estimates from multiple contractors to compare their pricing structures. Ensure that the estimates include all relevant expenses and clearly outline the scope of work. Additionally, carefully review the contract terms, including the project timeline, payment schedule, and any warranties or guarantees provided. Communication and Project Management: Effective communication and project management are vital for successful collaboration. Assess the contractor's responsiveness, clarity in communication, and ability to address your concerns promptly. A reliable contractor will provide regular updates on the project's progress and be proactive in resolving any issues that arise. Reputation and Reviews: Research the contractor's reputation and read online reviews or testimonials from their previous clients. Online platforms and industry-specific websites can provide valuable insights into their reputation, reliability, and customer satisfaction levels. By considering these expert tips and conducting thorough due diligence, you can choose a reputable and experienced industrial demolition contractor in Sydney who will deliver a safe, efficient, and successful project. 2023.06.08 20:31 frauenarzZzt After an exhaustive investigation that took at least the past hour, our team uncovered the real reason behind the MBTA's systemic failures, safety violations, and mismanagement at the T.
In the Winter of 2015, Boston experienced our highest snowfall totals in history, from January through February the city received several walloping storms which closed the MBTA for over a day at a time on multiple occasions.
For many commuters in Boston, this was the beginning of the rapid downfall of the MBTA. We can point to some other signs such as the underfunding of public transit, failure to have forward-thinking transit-minded policy from the Baker administration, and the backlog of maintenance efforts required, but many people point to this time period as the beginning of our beloved T's downfall. While it's nearly impossible to note all of the T's quirky safety incidents, here are a few notable ones:
2015: A
runaway train leaves Braintree and travels over five miles without an operator.
In 2016, the MBTA raised fares again. They continued to offer cost-effective transportation but many commuters took safety into their own hands, as that year a
commuter rail train was severely damaged in a collision with a pole at South Station and still attempted to make a trip to/from Worcester before being pulled from service mid-commute with passengers on board. --- Think about the audacity of taking a knowingly-damaged vehicle into service, and just who might do something like that.
In 2017, a
"sharp increase" in deaths occurred, with 22 people losing their lives on the MBTA system in their most recent fiscal year. Trains
split apart mid-journey, and it was reported that the
MBTA had the most derailments in the United States. What other transportation authorities could make passengers fear for their lives, like the vehicles they're on aren't safe?
In 2018, the trend of derailments continued as the Green Line derailed 9 days into the new year, but as bus and subway fatalities stabilized, commuter rail trespass fatalities continued to increase.
In 2019, the now-infamous
JFK/UMass Red Line derailment happened, damaging a switch box that to this day has not been fully fixed, and the Red Line was crippled for weeks. Three days prior the Green Line derailed at Kenmore, injuring 10, and less than two weeks later the Green Line derailed again. This was a crisis. How could a transportation system have
this many derailments?
Almost fortunately for the MBTA, 2020 marked the global pandemic which decreased ridership on the T and reduced safety violations. 2021 saw
train-on-train collisions on the Green Line, infrastructure problems such as the Back Bay escalator malfunction, and further train derailments (a classic).
In 2022, things got so bad that the Federal Transportation Administration (a division of the U.S. Department of Transportation) needed to step in with an oversight role. Even so, brakes and batteries on the new Orange Line trains failed.
An Orange Line train caught fire which resulted in one passenger
jumping off a bridge and swimming to shore. The situation became so untenable that the T had to shut down service on the entire orange line in August.
In consideration of all of this, we have one question to ask:
How did it get this bad? There can be only one answer. The answer comes from within our fine city, and lies within another organization shut down by another branch of the U.S. Department of Transportation. In 2014, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ordered
Fung Wah Bus Transportation Inc to cease operations. Fung Wah Bus was
a way to get from Boston to NYC for an affordable price. However, with that came numerous and amazing safety incidents of their own, such as buses catching fire, buses 'derailing' from the highway and flipping over, and Massachusetts inspectors eventually found 'multiple structural cracks' in various parts of buses. All of this sounds incredibly similar to safety incidents on the MBTA, and given the timeline of events and the shuttering of Fung Wah (RIP, we truly loved ye) followed by the collapse of the MBTA, we can only conclude that correlation and causality are the same thing. Therefore, it's evident that former Massachusetts Governor and world's most cringe Blink-182 fan Charlie Baker outsourced control of the MBTA to Fung Wah Bus Transportation in a desperate cost-saving measure. Now we are at a crossroads, and it seems that the only way to save our beloved T is to bring back extremely cheap and life-threatening bus service from Boston to NYC.

2023.06.08 20:20 jimbobbypaul Ranking the Top 131 FBS Programs of the Last 40 Years: 78. Navy
Main hub thread with the full 131 rankings Anchors aweigh, my boys, anchors aweigh
Farewell to foreign shores, we sail at break of day, of day

Navy is one of the oldest football programs in the country, having fielded their first team in 1879. With that comes a history of excellence, as it should with the Navy, who as a program is top 25 in all-time wins for FBS schools, has 2 Heisman winners, and a national title in 1926. Quarterback Roger Staubach, known as âCaptain Americaâ, was the winner of the 1963 Heisman and is an NFL Hall of Famer, the only QB in history to achieve both feats.

- 220-256-1 record
- 0 conference titles
- 9-7 bowl record
- 2 consensus All-Americans
- 8 NFL players drafted
No conference titles? Navyâs bad! Kidding of course, they didnât have a chance to win any as an independent until 2015 when they joined the AAC. As you can see on the list above, Navyâs clearly had some bad years, with a whopping 14 seasons of 3 or less wins. To make up for it, theyâve achieved some remarkable highs for a service academy, with 11 finishes inside my top 50. A 10-2 season in 2004 narrowly misses out on Navyâs top 5 seasons because of their 107th ranked strength of schedule that year. Despite some remarkable QB play in recent years from Keenan Reynolds and Malcolm Perry, the 2 consensus All-Americans are both from RB Napoleon McCallum in 1983 and 1985, who finished 6th and 7th in Heisman voting in those years, respectively. Speaking of Keenan Reynolds, he set the NCAA career record for rushing TDs in 2015, accumulating 88 in his 4 year career.
Top 5 Seasons
Worst Season: 2001 (0-10 overall, Independent) Navy gets a pass for 2001. 2 weeks into the season, the September 15th game against Northwestern was cancelled shortly after the 9/11 attacks. The Army-Navy game was more than a game this year, with President George W. Bush taking part in the on-field coin toss. Army prevailed 26-17 on the day. Navy LB Brian Stann ribbed that Navy only got pregame visits from President Bush and Senator John McCain, while Army received an impassioned speech from General Norman Schwarzkopf. The game finished off a stressful year for Navy, who fired head coach Charlie Weatherbie after an 0-7 start. On-field lows were a 7-70 loss to Georgia Tech, a loss to 3-9 Tulane, and of course the Army-Navy Game. Navy hired Paul Johnson for 2002, whoâd turn around the program for good. If youâre an MMA fan, you probably recognize Brian Stann who I quoted above. Stann went on to become a successful UFC fighter and commentator, joining Fox Sports after his retirement from MMA in 2013.
5. 2013 (9-4 overall, Independent) A season with many highs. A 3-1 start included a 41-35 win over Indiana and 28-10 over Air Force. After losing 2 straight to strong Duke and Toledo teams, Navy went 5-1 the rest of the regular season, only losing 34-38 to a Notre Dame team that finished in the top 25. Wins included 24-21 over Pitt, 58-52 in 3OT over a San Jose State team coming off an 11-2 year, and 34-7 in the Army-Navy Game. A perfect ground game of 366 rushing yards against Middle Tennessee in the bowl led to a 24-6 win to finish 9-4 in Navyâs second to last season as an Independent. QB Keenan Reynolds (more on him later) threw for 1000+ yards with 8 TD 2 INT, but most importantly ran for 1346 yards and 31 TD, setting an NCAA record for rushing TDs in a season by a QB. Reynolds also ran for 7 TD against San Jose State, an NCAA record. Outside of Reynolds, longtime New England Patriots long snapper Joe Cardona was also on this team, and didnât have a bad snap all season long.
4. 1996 (9-3 overall, Independent) Even for as bad as 2001 was, Charlie Weatherbieâs teams had their moments. A 5-1 start featured 3 wins over Power 6 teams: 10-6 over Rutgers, 64-27 over Duke, and 47-18 over Wake Forest. That set up a Shamrock Classic game in Ireland between Navy and Notre Dame. A 54-27 win for Notre Dame set a record for the longest winning streak over an annual opponent at 33 games. Unfazed, Navy won 3 more straight including a nice 36-26 win over Georgia Tech in Atlanta. But even so, Weatherbieâs teamsâŠleft a lot to be desired. Navy watched their 21-3 lead over Army evaporate by the end of the game, stopped at the goal line twice for a 28-24 Army victory. To be fair, this was one of Armyâs best teams of the past few decades, and they finished ranked #25. Navy rebounded to beat Steve Mariucciâs Cal team in the Aloha Bowl 42-38 to finish 9-3. Navy OC Paul Johnson left to become Georgia Southernâs head coach, and would go on to perfect the triple option at Navy from 2002-07 and institute it at Georgia Tech from 2008-18. WR LeBron Butts (no relation to the basketball player) had 14 catches for 179 yards and 2 TD.
3. 2009 (10-4 overall, Independent) Oh look, one of my all time favorite players, QB Ricky Dobbs. Dobbs was a steady work horse all season. He only averaged 3.6 yards per carry, but had the 3rd most carries in the nation with 315 and ran for 1203 yards with an NCAA QB record 27 TD. The record wouldnât be broken until 2013 by Navyâs own Keenan Reynolds. Dobbs led a steady offense combined with a great defense (19.4 PPG allowed), leading to Navyâs 2nd double digit win season since 1905. Navy had a chance to tie #6 Ohio State with 2 minutes left, but their 2 point conversion attempt was returned by OSU for 2 pts themselves, making the final score 27-31. A 14-27 loss two weeks later to Pitt turned out to be another quality loss, with Pitt going on to finish 10-3 and #15. A 10-4 final record included wins such as 16-13 over 8-5 Air Force, 38-35 over 8-5 SMU, 13-10 over Wake Forest, 17-3 over Army, 35-13 in the bowl over 8-5 Missouri, and the piĂšce de rĂ©sistance, 23-21 over #19 Notre Dame in South Bend. Previously on a 43-year losing streak to the Irish heading into 2007, this was now the 2nd time in 3 years Navy had beaten Notre Dame, previously unthinkable.
2. 2019 (11-2 overall, 7-1 American) After Keenan Reynolds left for the NFL, the QB position had big shoes to fill. Following a stopgap 9-5 record in 2016, 2017 arrived. Zach Abey took the majority of snaps, but Malcolm Perry was too talented to keep off the field, far and away the best athlete on the team. Perry had a monstrous year with 9 starts at slot back and 3 at QB, rushing for 1182 yards and 11 TD on 8.6(!) YPC, and was the teamâs 2nd leading receiver with 13 catches for 303 yards and 2 TD. Perry started 5 games at QB in 2018, but dealt with injuries en route to a 3-10 season. That led to a mysterious 2019, with Navy picked 5th in the 6-team AAC West Division.
A 2-1 start showed potential, with a 42-10 win over East Carolina and close 23-35 loss to one of the conference favorites in Memphis. A 34-25 win over an Air Force team that would finish 11-2 showed Navy was back to their winning ways, with a real chance at a bowl as long as Perry stayed healthy. Navy reeled off blowout win after blowout win, eventually getting up to #23 before losing to #16 Notre Dame 20-52. Now at 7-2, Navy still had a shot at making the AAC title game. Perry showed up big against #25 SMU, rushing for 195 yards and throwing for 162 in a 35-28 win. After beating Houston 56-41, Navy just needed Memphis to drop one game, but the Tigers won out to make the AAC title game at 11-1. Navy played Army in the last game as usual, and Perry WENT NUCLEAR. He didnât throw a single pass, rushing for 304 yards on 29 carries with 2 TD in a 31-7 win. In the bowl against 8-4 Kansas State, Perry again went for 200+ on the ground, winning 20-17 on a last second FG. Navy finished the year #20 in the country.
Perry went off all year long, winning AAC Offensive POTY with 1084 passing yards 7 TD 3 INT with 2017 rushing yards and 21 TD on 6.8 YPC. Perry legitimately was one of the quickest athletes in the country, if you watch his highlights he looks like a quicker but slower Kyler Murray. Because of this he was drafted in the 7th round by the Miami Dolphins as a WR, and has caught 9 passes for 92 yards and 1 TD in the NFL.
1. 2015 (11-2 overall, 7-1 American) 2015 was a magical year not just for Navy fans, but for college football fans following Navy. QB Keenan Reynolds was the darling of football, and went down as arguably the greatest option QB in college football history. Reynolds became one of footballâs biggest stories as Navy kept winning throughout the year, starting 9-1 with wins such as 33-11 over 8-6 Air Force, 29-17 over 8-5 USF, and 45-20 over #13 Memphis. Navy got as high as #15 in the nation and was one of the favorites to earn the Group of 5âs spot in a New Years 6 bowl. After a loss to Houston the dream ended, but they still had the Army-Navy game to tend to. The game earned its biggest rating this century with a 5.1 overnight, mostly due to Reynoldsâ star power. Reynolds finished 5th in Heisman voting, and when he wasnât invited to the ceremony, people protested and lobbied for changing the invitation rules. A 44-28 win in the bowl over 8-4 Pitt capped Navyâs first ever 11 win season, and their highest finish in over 50 years at #18.
Navy announced the retirement of Reynoldsâ #19 jersey after the season, joining a short list of Roger Staubach (12), Joe Bellino (27), and Napoleon McCallum (30). Navyâs 36 wins in Reynoldsâ 4 years tied the class of 1909 for the most ever by a 4-year Navy squad. Reynolds finished as the NCAAâs all-time leading rushing TD leader with 88. In 2015 he threw for 1203 yards 8 TD 1 INT with 1373 rushing yards and 24 TD. This was the 3rd straight season he finished top 5 in rushing TDs in the country. He earned 3rd Team All-American status, won the AAC Offensive POTY, and won the James E. Sullivan Award given to the most outstanding collegiate or Olympic athlete in the United States. After the season, he was drafted in the 6th round by the Baltimore Ravens, the first Navy QB drafted since Roger Staubach in 1964.
5th Quarter
What do you remember about Keenan Reynolds and that 2015 season? How about Malcolm Perry? Who was the better passer, runner, and overall player between the two? Is Reynolds the greatest option QB of all time, even over Tommie Frazier? What other Navy moments/games/plays/players do you remember? How does Navy look to fare in the upcoming seasons? Does Ken Niumatalolo get enough credit in the college football media for what heâs done at Navy? What else is on your mind about Navy?

2023.06.08 19:22 MycologistDry4270 Survival Guide on Asians living in the west. A-B Guide
Hi guys, so unfortunately it has come to me making this thread after I've seen the last news article I can handle of another Asian person being dehumanized in the west especially crowded cities like NYC and LA. So I've made this guide, I'm sure some of you already know/ and or follow these rules already but this is really the only solution we have to this kinda problem that we somewhat have any control over.
Plan A PERMANENT SOLUTION : (Move out of you can, its not worth it to live in a country that doesnt value your lives little as much as they do value your existence, what is the point in living in a country where they actively deprive you of your human right to live?)
-I've come to the conclusion that even if I wanted to move out of the west especially NYC which I will when I have the money I would think of places I needed to live those including -Sinagpore, Malaysa, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, safe areas where those people actually look like you with technology on par with the west to make a decent living there. (For those of you who want to live in a western society here are some countries I can name of that are a LITTLE nicer to asian people a.k.a Australia, New Zealand, etc.
PLAN B ALSO PERMANENT SOLUTION: PSA DO YOUR DILIGENCE DO NOT MORE THAN WHAT IS NEEDED THATS HOW YOU LEAD TO EXCESSIVE STUFF WHICH RUIN YOUR LIFESTYLE YOUR HERE FOR BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY NOT FRIENDS REMEMBER THAT THOSE ACTIONS INCLUDE (WHEN YOU HAVE A GOOD JOB OR ANY JOB ONLY GO OUT FROM HOME WHEN NEEDED STAY INDOORS FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN AS LONG AS YOU LIVE HERE IN THE WEST ITS UNFORTUNATE BUT I KNOW ITS ALL WE CAN DO. TO BEGIN: IMPROVE YOUR LIVING SITUATION IF YOU PLAN TO LIVE HERE IN THE WEST A.K.A Your housing situation, get wealthy so you can stay at home in the comfort of your own home in a luxurious 5 star mansion home its unfortunate but for as long we live here in the west this is all we can do, to improve our situations here to live as comfortable lives as we can here (if you do plan to stay here atleast) by getting good jobs and high paying degrees we actually have some power to help ourselves out we can move away from these ghetto communities and into places where we dont belong such as conservative states say what you want it might be racist a lot less however infact it is safer than living among democrat run NYC with crime running rampant everywhere, so money situation does increase your standard of living to get away from these hoodlums that dehumanize us for their own personal liking. I'm sure as you know the realistic reality of China improving its living standard to compete with those on the global atmosphere, I want you to think of the world around you as if its a chess game if China can do that on a greater scale how can we the CHINESE and or ASIAN COMMUNITY cant do that on a smaller scale IN THE WEST? WE CAN WE CAN TURN THE LIVING SITUATION AROUND OUR COMMUNITIES BETTER through the means of MONEY. All those NPC's are just a digit in the system and they're just pawns (its dehumanizing I know but its the only way we can achieve higher in this life) we need to think of the greater good. We cant control the people around us dehumanizing us as asian people such as hoodlums in the black community or racist bigots in the white community latinos suprisingly leave us alone as long as we dont fuck with them which i really like. HOWEVER THATS BESIDES THE POINT im sure if you're aware if you live in the NYC area that modern day chinatown is far comparibaly better than it was 10 years ago, everything is updated, modernized we have boba tea shops that look like they came straight out of Taiwan. That right there is an example of chess pieces moving in real time compare how China brought 800 million people out of poverty in a single lifetime and how Chinese in NYC raised their living conditions due to work and community. Thats an extreme example of how we can change the situation around us, we cant control the hoodlums in the black community chasing us out or dehumanizing us or the white community dehumanizing us also however we can raise the living conditions to such an extent where its necessarily MORE safe, theres no such thing such as perfection but it certainly is MORE safe than what it already is. Lift the situation around to a modern state so it is transparent about the crimes commited to us by other POC/ and or white people. such as the Italians in NYC living next to the Chinese in CHINATOWN NYC. Truth be told we cant stop these people from doing what they do I do suggest if your life is in imminent threat to fight for survival like all natural human should carry whatever weapon you can, I know in the state of NY it is hard to carry anything because the democrat run libtards dont let you do shit. However its for our survivial fuck the rules.
- Now to achieve this result i states above^ if you're still reading I've thought of the following solutions
-The chinese community anywhere abroad always stick together thats how we even created these chinatowns in nyc, boston, sanfranciso, canada, etc, so the workforce is there. It is quite progressive to work for your own community thats the only way to improvise your own community. But our talents are solified within our own community now we need to expand outwards and bring the chinese economy further through our own actions and those of whoever want to help us. The plans I thought of are listed below
-If you are relatively young college aged student like me try to look for jobs outside our own community that pay well we can basically leech off those jobs and fuel the money back into the Chinese economy in the West. Those job's including jobs we can naturally do with our talents, Including (Tech, information technology, coding, accounting, business, finance, etc) get jobs outside of our already existing degree of influence and fuel the money back into the chinese/ and or asian economy help asian communities out however you can i suggest you only do this for asian businesses because we all know what its like to go through dehumanization in the west and no i am not racist i am a realist, thats alll there is to it.) And if you can save up enough money to leave, once again i suggest places like singapore hong kong and south korea and or japan give or take but australia seems like a very nice place also still apparently racist but atleast less than the USA.
Brief Summary: For those living in the west
-Make your money improve your standard of living in your home so you can stay at home all day in the comfort of your own home also if you have enough money to move to get away from these hoodrats that dehumanize us and dont work for them if you dont have to (sometimes you have to kiss ass to get what you want so play your cards right) <--- this really only applies to jobs etc.
-Funnel the Asian economy such as give good tips and support local asian businesses however you can so they can lift their living standards as well, this goes into PAN-ASIANISM after all we know what its like to go through the same things here in the west, filthy dehumanization.(fuck them if they're assholes though not every asian person is a good person).
-Create communites with one another to exchange details for survival and goods and services we have alot of power on our own thats why everybody wants to be apart of ASIAN culture now cuz we are strong on our own. Just help each other out however you can. And remember all we have is ourselves so we gotta look out for one another and pls pls pls, stop self hating I want all non self hating asians to recognize the self haters aka boba liberals and such who just bash on asian people and asian stuff for no reason as if they're not asian theirselves, you/ or them are just insecure about who you are just be yourself fucktards.
Brief Summary for those who move out of the west to such locations as - Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia,Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, South korea those are a list of options to look bullish for good places to live and you can help us out by making these countries stronger after all they're asian after all if you dedicate your talents towards your own people/ asian countries you'll attract after all this is the most progressive thing you can do to support asian people in this world. help out however you can. Anyways since you decided to move out of the west you should be gucci after all you're in a relatively safe space for asian people, you're asian after all. Not much to say here.
But in summary This is my guide on how to save asian people in the west. I hope you enjoyed it.

Is it just me or did people travel further out just for their medical exam? Its been quite an experience having to schedule mine out of state which is wild as I reside in Boston & there are no providers in Massachusetts.
Also, does the exam have to be conpleted 30 days from receiving the email or 30 days from when a provider is found?

2023.06.08 18:27 Watudom8 Question regarding transfer
Me and my family are moving to South Carolina this coming week, and when I initially made my transfer request, I set it for June 11th. However, our moving process has been pushed back and, while I only live a couple of hours away in NC, I can't drive and I don't know if I'll be able to make it on the day of. Do you think it's okay if I show up on the 12th or 13th, even though I've called personal multiple times and no one answered AND the new store hasn't scheduled me yet?

2023.06.08 17:32 steeniel Transportation to Gillette
Greetings! I just moved to Boston in January and love soccer. I was thinking this weekend might be a good time to check out the Revolution. So I was gonna buy a single ticket and ship it.
Is the only way to get to games via car? Was reading that there is a train from South Station for Pats & some concerts/big sporting events, but didnât know if Revolution games were included in that? Thanks everyone!

2023.06.08 17:28 azeltroth Lotte Duty Free Family Concert on June 17
Hey everyone,
I'm headed to South Korea for the first time next week, and I saw on a schedule for the KSPO dome that Itzy (one of my favorites) will be playing at the Lotte Duty Free Family Concert on June 17.
Can anyone tell me the best way to get tickets for it? I'm from Canada, and looks like I can buy some on stubhub but the price is a little high. Should I just wait and go there the night of the show?
Is there a site where I can buy tickets to the show that's not too confusing (I only speak/read english)? Any tips would be appreciated, feel free to message me direct if you want.

(TSX.V: WGO, OTCQX: WHGOF, FRA: 29W ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has filed a technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 â Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects to update the Mineral Resource Estimate (âMREâ) on its 100% owned flagship White Gold Project (âthe Projectâ). The technical report entitled â2023 Technical Report for the White Gold Project, Dawson Range, Yukon, Canadaâ and dated May 30, 2023 (effective date April 15, 2023) has been prepared for the Company by Dr. Gilles Arseneau, P.Geo. of ARSENEAU Consulting Services Inc. (âACSâ). The technical report is available on SEDAR ( www.sedar.com) under the Companyâs issuer profile. The Project is located approximately 95 km south of Dawson City in west-central Yukon, Canada, and comprises 16 million tonnes averaging 2.23 g/t Au for 1,152,900 ounces of gold in the Indicated Resource category and 19 million tonnes averaging 1.54 g/t Au for 942,400 ounces of gold in the Inferred Resource category. Gold mineralization at the project remains open for expansion along strike and at depth, and opportunities exist to upgrade a significant portion of Inferred Resources to Indicated. Exploration programs supporting the MRE have been backed by partners Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (TSX: AEM, NYSE: AEM) and Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX: K, NYSE: KGC). âWe are very pleased with the significant increase in our mineral resources, which remains open for expansion, ranking the White Gold Project amongst the largest primarily open pit deposits at such high grades in Canada owned by an exploration company. We look forward to continuing exploration on our district scale land package in the prolific White Gold District which hosts several multi-million-ounce deposits along with an extensive history of placer gold production. This updated and increased resource is a testament to the success of our technical team and the effectiveness of our systematic data driven exploration methodologies in exploring and demonstrating the expansiveness of gold mineralization in the White Gold District,â stated David DâOnofrio, CEO. Highlights: - Updated MRE includes four gold deposits (Figures 1-5) â Golden Saddle, Arc, Ryanâs Surprise and VG, within 12 km of each other, and comprises:
- 16.11 million tonnes of Indicated Resources averaging 2.23 grams per tonne gold for 1.153 million ounces of gold, representing 55% of total resources.
- 18.99 million tonnes of Inferred Resources averaging 1.54 grams per tonne gold for 0.942 million ounces of gold, representing 45% of total resources.
- Updated MRE includes a maiden resource estimate for the Ryanâs Surprise deposit with an Inferred Resource of 227,700 ounces of gold averaging 1.97 grams per tonne gold.
- The Ryanâs Surprise deposit is located 1.5 km west of the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits, and along the Ryanâs Trend, a 6.5 km long gold-arsenic geochemical anomaly which hosts additional prospective gold targets.
- Inferred Mineral Resources have increased by 41% compared to previous MREâs for the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits (
in 2020 and the VG deposit (2) in 2021. - 94% of the resources are near surface, with open-pittable Indicated Resources of 1.125 million ounces of gold averaging 2.20 grams per tonne gold and open-pittable Inferred Resources of 0.853 million ounces of gold averaging 1.46 grams per tonne gold.
- Mineralization remains open along strike and down dip, with opportunities to further expand and upgrade resources in addition to multiple underexplored targets in close proximity to the deposits.
- The Company is currently planning its fully funded 2023 exploration program, focusing on recent high-grade gold discoveries and undrilled targets with details to be announced in due course.
Maps accompanying this news release can be found at https://whitegoldcorp.ca/investors/exploration-highlights/ Mineral Resource Estimate Details https://preview.redd.it/dijtia13fs4b1.png?width=720&format=png&auto=webp&s=c4314c7da62d6c628e7201cf129b14de57c9a5f5 Mineral Resources which are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. 2) The estimate of Mineral Resources may be materially affected by environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-political, marketing, or other relevant issues. 3) The Inferred Mineral Resource in this estimate has a lower level of confidence than that applied to an Indicated Mineral Resource and must not be converted to a Mineral Reserve. It is reasonably expected that the majority of the Inferred Mineral Resource could be upgraded to an Indicated Mineral Resource with continued exploration. 4) The Mineral Resources in this report were estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), CIM Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by the CIM Council. 5) Open pittable resources are constrained by GEOVIA Whittle optimized pit shells using a 0.4 g/t Au cut-of grade and are considered to have reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction, assuming a gold price of US$1,800 per ounce, a C$:US$ exchange rate of 0.75. an open pit mining cost of CDN$3.25 per tonne, a processing and G&A cost of CDN$27.50 per tonne milled, and gold recoveries of 92% for Golden Saddle, and VG, along with 85% for Arc and Ryanâs Surprise. Underground resources assume a mining cost of CDN$120/tonne. 6) The following bulk density values for mineralized material were used: Golden Saddle (2.62 â 2.65 t/m 3 ), Arc (2.55 t/m 3 ), Ryanâs Surprise (2.63 t/m 3 ) and VG (2.65 t/m 3 ). 7) High-grade gold assay values have been capped as follows: Golden Saddle and Arc (8 â 18 g/t Au), Ryanâs Surprise (9 g/t Au) and VG (3 â 10 g/t Au). 8) The Statement of Estimates of Mineral Resources has been compiled by Mr. Gilles Arseneau, Ph.D.,P.Geo, of ARSENEAU Consulting Services (âACSâ). Mr. Arseneau has sufficient experience that is relevant to the style of mineralization and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he has undertaken to qualify as a Qualified Person as defined in the CIM Standards of Disclosure. 9) All numbers are rounded. Overall numbers may not be exact due to rounding. Mineralization on portions of both the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits is known to extend beyond the limits of the current resource estimate, however, the mineralization in these areas does not currently meet the criteria to be classified as Mineral Resources. Based on drilling at Golden Saddle and current geologic models, there is an estimated 10 â 12 million additional tonnes grading between 1 â 2 g/t Au of material classified as a Target for Further Exploration (âTFFEâ). The reader should be cautioned that the potential quantity and grade of the TFFE is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient drilling to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being advanced to a mineral resource. The current MRE for the Project was carried out by Arseneau Consulting Services (âACSâ) of Vancouver, B.C. and is reported in accordance with the guidelines of the Canadian Securities Administrators National Instrument 43-101 (âNI 43-101â) and has been estimated in conformity with generally accepted Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (âCIMâ) âEstimation and Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Best Practicesâ guidelines. Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. The MRE presents updated estimates for the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits and the VG deposit, and a maiden estimate for the Ryanâs Surprise deposit. The MRE incorporates all diamond and reverse circulation (âRCâ) drilling data completed by White Gold Corp. and previous property owners. Further details on the updated MRE are provided in a Company news release dated April 25, 2023. Qualified Persons, Technical Information and Quality Control The MRE for the White Gold Project was prepared by Dr. Gilles Arseneau of Arseneau Consulting Services (ACS), an Independent Qualified Person (âQPâ) as defined under NI 43-101, who has reviewed and approved the contents of this news release. The technical content of this news release has also been reviewed and approved by Terry Brace, P.Geo. and Vice President of Exploration for the Company who is also a QP as defined under NI 43-101 â Standards of Disclosure of Mineral Projects. QA/QC White Goldâs drill core sampling consisted of collecting samples over 0.50 m to 2.50 m intervals (depending on lithology and style of mineralization) over the entire hole length. RC samples were collected at continuous 1.5 m intervals. All drill core was cut in half using a diamond saw, with half of the core placed in sample bags and the other half returned to the core box. Standard, blank, and duplicate samples were inserted into both the drill core and RC sample streams at regular intervals to meet a designated QA/QC sample insertion rate. All samples were organized into batches, flown via fixed-wing aircraft from camp, and transported via courier to an ISO-certified laboratory for analysis. About White Gold Corp. The Company owns a portfolio of 17,584 quartz claims across 30 properties covering approximately 350,000 hectares representing over 40% of the Yukonâs emerging White Gold District. 2023.06.08 14:22 chutiyatit 25 [M4F] Busy professional seeking an emotional connection and maybe more
Hey
Hope youâre having an awesome Thursday night!
As the title says Iâm looking for someone to emotionally connect with and more.
For those nights where youâre wishing you had someone to talk to; whether thatâs to vent about a shit day at work or share something thatâs on your mind.
For those nights where youâre missing that skin on skin contact and wishing you could feel someoneâs warmth against your skin or their lips brush up against yours.
If youâre someone like me thatâs a bit time poor youâll probably understand what Im searching for. Itâs for that special person in your life that you can talk to when you get a moment to breathe in your busy schedule and loneliness dawns upon you.
Im happy to work out the specifics once we get chatting but pretty much weâll chat when we can and meet up when our schedules allow. For our meetups we could go to a cafe and be productive together; or just go for a walk or maybe do something adventurous or depending on what our respective boundaries are; maybe even makeout and cuddle.
So a little bit about me: -25 years old -South Asian, 5â7 with dark hair -Work in financial services and studying on the side -Outside of work youâll find me at the gym or at my desk at home or catching up on sleep xD -Other than that Iâm into physical and mental health, trying to improve my cooking skills, learning the drums, music (mainly pop and edm but listen to all genres), when I get a chance I catch up on movies, shows and anime, podcasts (mainly health and investing), gaming (not so much at the moment but when I do play itâs mainly first person shooters), trying to broaden my knowledge on tech, history and art.
Thatâs just a few interests I could immediately come up with but thereâs def more things Iâm into so would love to hear what your interests are and see what we have in common.
If any of that sounds intriguing then message me telling me a bit about yourself and letâs take it from there .^
Thanks for reading my post and have an awesome long weekend.

2023.06.08 13:40 Fun-Estate-8773 Southside speedway eludes us
Good morning all, I noticed South Boston made the cut in modded tracks and I'm glad VIR did as well but a recently shut down track (Southside speedway) deserves a digital revival, it's where Hamlin cut his teeth before Dale jr introduced him to Gibbs. With being a local and only 5-10 minutes away from this deceased track I would love to see it brought back to life. I will probably take on the daunting task of trying to create this track but really just wanted to know if anyone in the community has caught wind of mentions of Southside speedway getting created? Thanks again and have a good day everyone!đ€đ
