[
[email protected]](mailto:

Techniques for Hacking a Phone Without Access to the Phone
Parents are unable to impose the required security and control measures due to their demanding work schedules. The risks of using the internet are numerous, and there are many societal issues to address as well.
To hack a phone, you must first understand the operating system of the device in order to extract any stored sensitive data.

Hacking Mobile Devices
There are a few prerequisites you must meet in order to hack a phone. Some consumers might want the assistance of a tech and security specialist who can show them how to get over their phone's security measures.
How to Take Over an Android Device
One of the simplest ways to get into someone's phone is by doing this. You can use this app to monitor all activity on the targeted device. You can access messages and listen to calls, record them, and record the surroundings in addition to looking over text messages and chat conversations.
This makes it much simpler for you to gain access to any device you desire. This app will help you whether you want to spy on a buddy, watch over a child or other loved one, or keep an eye on an employee's phone. The intriguing list of functions provided by [
[email protected]](mailto:
[email protected]) make espionage simple and practical.
Hacking Phone Lock Codes
Our phones' apps provide us access to every piece of information on them. They have easy access to our contacts, photos, browsing history, login information, and even account information and location. For technical issues with your work or concerns about our hacking services, email us at [
[email protected]](mailto:
[email protected]) . Keylogger software records the keystrokes before they are encrypted. What we suggested to access a phone's operating system Because more Android phones and more people use the Android operating system than iPhones, there is a greater pool of targets for phone hacking on Android phones than on iPhones.
In other words, iPhones might contract viruses just like Macbooks do. However, because Android's operating system is more open source, it is typically simpler to hack.
On iOS
A closed development environment is used to create the iOS operating system for the iPhone. Apple's devices cannot be modified (except for through jailbreaking) and neither does it make its source code available to app or system developers. Because it's harder for software developers to get apps approved on the App Store and deployed on iPhones, it's harder for hackers to mess with iOS devices.
Google Android
On the other side, there is an open-source operating system developed by Google. Android's source code is available to programmers of apps and operating systems.
Developers will find it easier to produce plugins, upgrades, and other changes as a result of this. While this stimulates innovation, it also makes it easier to hack Android devices.

Unless your family business is a “mom & pop corner store” (which is more akin to owning a job than owning a business anyway), you will need to have a mix of ‘blood’ and ‘non-blood’ people working in it.
As any business matures and grows, there becomes a need for professionalization and systemisation. While owners may put a high value on the people in the business (especially family), the true value created in any business is through systems. A business that cannot function as well without family members is not worth very much to a potential buyer.

Family or non-family CEO? That is a huge question for many family businesses, especially as the founder generation seeks to retire. Even if there is a family member who is willing and able, is that what is best for the business itself?
For a non-family CEO to succeed in a family firm, they must understand the values of the family. The family also needs to be able to articulate those values to the CEO, and monitor their adherence in some way (which is by no means simple).
When family differences get in the way, it doesn’t necessarily make you a bad employee, or a bad child, sibling, or cousin. It’s important for family members to retain their own identity and not become overly subsumed within the family enterprise and its mission.
Having people outside the family circle who can provide objective feedback – whether as advisors to the board or mentors to family employees – can be very helpful.
Consider This: Does your family business have policies around how family members qualify for a position and their performance measured? Do you have a board with externals and/or mentors available so family members can have a forum to discuss issues of concern?

2023.06.03 19:42 tfalesni New synology + active directory setup cross office
Hello, we are using synology in our office with direct user login (users have their accounts directly in synology). We are now going to have another office and we would like to federate the users. We also have a Keycloak instance running that is in front of our internal IT services and we would like to ideally also remove this and replace with something else so we have all our users (employees) in one place and can directly modify access to certain services.
I have seen that active directory could be used for this. We are an IT company, but none of us have any major experience with AD.
I would like to ask if you have any advice on what service could be used and its "price to performance" ratio, or any guidance on where to learn the needed knowledge for the AD setup.

2023.06.03 08:36 JoyfulJourneyman Public Journal To Fix My Life Day 4 of 90
Hello, everyone! As always, here's a summary for new readers:
This journal is intended to keep me accountable on my journey of healing and self-improvement. I'm determined to climb out of a deep hole, and I believe this journal is a crucial step. I can't promise that reading this will be interesting or fun, but it will be real.
With that said, let's begin. Today was awesome! I woke up early and, as usual, refrained from using my phone for the first hour.
Then, I went to the interview, which was quite far (1 hour and 5 minutes away). When I arrived, I was a bit confused because I couldn't find the elevator. However, one of the perks of arriving early is that you can allow yourself to get lost without worry. I spent around 10-15 minutes looking for the right office and still made it on time.
The interviewer was a friendly lady who put me at ease and boosted my confidence. I also applied the communication tips I learned yesterday, such as delaying my smile, maintaining great posture, and making direct eye contact.
I spoke calmly and confidently, and I showed her my work, which she really liked. She expressed excitement about the possibility of me joining their team. Everything happened very quickly, and in just 15 minutes, everything was set. She told me that the company is interested in having me and that I should return in a couple of weeks to discuss the details further.
I was REALLY happy and excited. I couldn't believe that my first-ever interview went that well. It suddenly sparked a feeling of hope within me because securing an internship (which is a graduation requirement for me) is a big step. Of course, my next goal is to do an outstanding job during the 2-month internship and hopefully secure a job afterward.
That was basically the first half of the day. Afterward, in the afternoon, I went to buy some snacks and challenged myself to apply for a part-time job at a supermarket (since the internship is unpaid, I still need to work part-time, at least). I entered a supermarket and asked an employee if they had any job openings in the store. Sadly, I noticed some attitude from the employees, but I still filled out the form. I guess they were just tired, so maybe it was nothing personal.
Anyway, after returning home, I had my weekly meeting with my therapist. I told him about the changes I've been implementing in my life, and he was really happy and told me I'm doing great. We discussed control, emotions, habits, and self-regulation. I realized that I don't have (yet) any self-regulation or control with certain things, so I'm forced to take drastic measures to control myself in certain activities (for example, I had to give away my Steam account to a friend and asked him to change the login credentials because it was the ONLY way I could find to stop wasting my entire day playing video games. I'm not capable yet of setting limits myself and sticking to them). I'll definitely work on that because ideally, I should take the promises I make to myself very seriously, which I usually don't.
That was basically today's journal entry. Tomorrow, I'll be going out in the afternoon to take pictures and I can't wait to share the experience with all of you. My aim is to go once a week to take pictures, firstly to explore the city I'm in and also to put my skills to work again and get back to my previous level.
Thank you all for reading, and I wish you guys the absolute best. See you tomorrow!

2023.06.03 07:06 LylethLunastre Did I just buy a demo unit?
Got a secondhand P40 Pro from the FB marketplace. Everything is good, actually, looking pristine and all, but one thing just bothers me. There's an app called "Sample Mgmt" that looks like an employee login. Also, in My Huawei app, my phone is just named "手机" or phone instead of "P40 Pro."
I can't update it, too. Tried updating to HarmonyOS but it just says "Software up to date." Basically stuck in EMUI 10.
Is this a demo phone?

2023.06.03 01:26 sagepetaltothemetal Can’t get into old business account because disgruntled employee changed the logins after being fired
Title says most of it, but I’m trying to get back into the business Instagram account for the small local restaurant I’m running social media for. The old employee a few years back who ran it changed all the logins and locked everyone out after being fired and the owners of the company haven’t done much social media since then.
I’ve recently taken over the position and was wondering if there is anyway to regain access to the old account to hopefully keep all of those followers.
I would rather not start a new account unless absolutely necessary because there are already two old accounts for the restaurant and we have access to neither.
Another solution could be possibly getting Instagram to delete the old accounts so that there is only one if we start a new one?
Looking for any and all help or advice!

2023.06.02 22:35 ContinuumofConundrum Financially complicated
Hello all. I’m reaching out because I am currently 29 years old, and finishing my second bachelors degree.
In order to get into this nursing program I got a 90k personal loan. And still have about 35k due from my last degree.
Personally I am in a position where I’m not paying rent (living with my family) and the only bills I pay are for my car payment & car insurance.
I feel at a standstill. My family has been using my identify and with my gullible consent a couple years back I agreed to allowing them to purchase a house under my name. Im calling it gullible but I trust my aunt in this regard since she’s proven to be adequate.
Just recently as a student I tried to file for food stamps; I got denied. Discovered my name is under my family’s business as an employee. Paychecks that have never been sent to me since technically I am not working.
In addition I signed up for a credit card and had found out there was already one under my name. Had to personally go into a bank to recover the login & password. Have been monitoring it since. It’s being paid off but im not comfortable addressing it.
Living at home and not being pestered to pay rent I don’t want to trigger anything. But im mentally ready to be independent. I want to impulsively move out and create that distance.
I don’t know how to budget plan. I don’t know how to gage savings/ create a plan once I graduate. I don’t want to pursue any legal measures instead I just need a numbers plan. Once I’m situated with that I could better equip myself for a discussion with my family.
This is not to be mistaken for fear to face them. Although I must admit there is a level of fear; I just would love some pointers to where I can go for advice.
Thank you all for your time & support in advance. (First Reddit poster)

2023.06.01 19:32 AshamedIWorkHere Finally got the courage to quit three days ago, got a call this last night offering our print supervisor position. Looking for information and opinions?
Hey there guys,
Let me preface by saying, being passed over for this position for the eighth time in nearly seven years is why I put in my notice effective immediately.
For the past two years I've been making $16.75 in a services advisor position and I've been told countless times that I've hit a pay cap for that position, which was a major deciding factor in my quitting. What's the point of staying if my income will only decrease with inflation going forward and I have yet again been passed over for one of the only things that would increase my income?
I've effectively been running the print center at this store for a cumulative five years, and one year at a different location. I was training all new employees in print, doing the print supply sheets, managing equipment, I even took it upon myself to learn how to fix the xerox through years of talking with our xerox tech who grew to trust me and our xerox call-outs have dropped by at least 60% in the last three years. I even have the logins for the service menus on our c70s, and convinced him to show me how to fix registration issues. About the only things I wasn't doing was cash office and the weekly print call. Outside of those responsibilities, I was also frequently creating in store signage and fixing things sent to us by corporate or just flat-out not provided.
Upon quitting, another member of the management staff explained this to our DM, who now realizes that I've trained every print supervisor the store has had since the beginning of my employment at ODOM.
I will be meeting with our GM in the coming week to discuss my demands.
I've already gotten my foot in the door at a Trader Joe's, who would be starting me at $18 for a non-managerial position, which also has benefits for part-timers.
I am just trying to see if it is even worth it for me to go for the position outside of being able to finally put management experience on my resume, and considering all of the chips are on my side of the table, what a fair request as far as benefits of this I could reach for.
Any insight on pay ranges, benefits or just opinions would be fantastic and I thank you for it.

2023.06.01 19:05 Comfortable-Appeal92 Camera app - Time stamped and location
Hi guys!
I'm looking for a camera app but I'm only finding gallery management tools...
I have some external employees that provide service to customers, and I want an app for the employee to take a picture at the service site, to prove they were present at the agreed day and time.
Ideally this app would have:
- Save the timestamp and coordinates (metadata);
- Avoid inputting photos from gallery, permit camera only;
- Send those pictures to my server;
- An way to login, to identify who is sending what photo.
This ir ranked by what I deem important. The last two are optional, but it'd be great.
I know there's timestamp apps that basically do the first two, but they are full of ads, and sending those images trough some app (eg whatsapp) removes the metadata. So all I end up with is a time stamped photo.
Thanks guys!

2023.06.01 17:30 FearThisGinger 2 factor app setups for End Users
Does anyone else get massive backlash from employees and staff whenever you need to assist them with setting up a application or something that requires 2 factor MFA logins now, then the user freaks out about now needing a application on a person device since they don't have a company device complain and get really frustrated over it.
Like you should be using 2 factor already personally but the fact you try to argue your way out of it scares me sometimes. Like everyone in the company has to do this in order to login to a application, let's say Microsoft Office or Teams. If you don't setup the app on your smartphone for security backup login code then I guess you can sign in till you are ready to work with IT on it.
I recently got a excuse on how I have a flipphone and cannot install apps, idk how to find my cell phone number to provide you that either. Then a few moments later said they have a smartphone and can go into app store, funny how a flipphone turned into iPhone a sentence later.

2023.06.01 13:53 Abirdii94 Weird ADP issue retirement linked to old account. How to fix?
In December of 2022 my employer gave me a signing bonus that was paid through my old ADP linked to my personal email. This account was from a previous job.
Then when I started officially in January of 2023 - ADP made me set up my new account due to having a new employer and this ADP account is linked to my employee email at the new company.
Everything was going great until I enrolled in the retirement plan in May and ADP linked the retirement to my OLD account (from my old employer and where the signing bonus was paid). I can't login to mykplan through my current ADP account and it keeps saying there is no retirement account under my Jan. of 2023 account.
So to make this clear:
Account 1: Old no paystubs coming in from new employer but somehow got linked to my current employers retirement plan.
Account 2: New account for my new employer where I can see my paystubs but has no retirement option. I can't login to mykplan under these credentials.
This is really strange and I'm not sure how to resolve. My employer called and to no luck. ADP doesn't have a live human and said they can't merge the accounts. Still, how am I supposed to save for retirement if it's linked to an old account with no money coming in.
Please HELP. My company just switched to ADP and we've really been struggling.
