To get past the black screen, I need to disable my iGpu in device manager
After I disable to get the oculus working, Oculus Home and SteamVR home work fine, I also tryed a museum game that worked fine too. My problem starts when I enter a 3d game, BeatSaber, Nomansky, Night of the living dead VR are what I've tried to get working. It's like as soon as the game starts it goes into slideshow mode. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've taken so far:
-Disabled Game mode
-Disabled Nvidia Overlay
-Rolled back Nvidia Drivers to 471.41
-Updated the drivers
-Updated Windows
-Played with SS
-Tried various different options in Oculus Tray Tool
-Used different USB ports
-Moved windows to the back and foreground
-Switched audio devices
-Forcing High performance modes for specific apps
-Globally forced high performance mode in Nvidia Control Panel
