Every since Citibank's purchase by Ahli has happened it's become insanely difficult to make payments plus I'm being charged extra for a payment I've already made I'll probably lose my perfect credit score too because they weren't even acknowledging a payment I have PROOF of until I showed it to them. If I had not noticed it, I would have just paid a lot of extra money. Once I got in touch with the bank they said it's their mistake and they will try to sort it out after half an hour of arguing and explaining how basic math works. Amex seems to have randomly put a charge too on my card When I have already pre paid everything because I'm paranoid. All of this happened on the same month lol. Time to clip a few cards, I finally understand why my father hates them.

I frequently buy stuff in Amazon and I usually use my Citibank card to pay. Experienced no problem with Citi naman as the amount reflected in Amazon when I select the Exhange Rate Guarantee Fee is the same as in my Statement. I bought again in Amazon a few days ago but this time using my BDO card naman, since I got a text that they have a cashback promo when I reach 80k, I get 5k back. Not bad right? Anyway, all the items have been shipped already and nagreflect na sa BDO Online Banking App yung charges. Pero iba yung amount! Tumawag ako sa BDO agad. They said the difference in the amount is because of the Cross Border Fee. Sabi ko naman it was charged in Peso as I have selected in Amazon to be charged in Peso by availing the Exchange Rate Guarantee Fee feature. Applicable pa din daw yung Cross Border Fee since the merchant Amazon is in the US. Huhu.

I just want to preface before I post it all that I have looked through the previous posts about this and picked what I think is the best use of my visit with the 10 days that I have. I have never been WC before, and I mapped out each thing to do/see in order by location so I’m not ping ponging back and forth during each day. I am staying one block south of the Hollywood strip, I know most of it is barren, and it’s not as safe, and there’s probably a bunch a crackheads, but I managed to find a police scanner online to geographically see what areas of the Hollywood strip have cops go to mostly, and picked my Airbnb in the areas where cops don’t really go to. I picked that area because I’m close to everything I’m kinda in the middle, and even if it isn’t as safe there’s always a lot of people there, so I’m not expecting much just a lot of lights and witnesses. And before anything else yes I have a car for my whole stay I’m picking it straight from LAX the day I arrive.
So here is my list, I’m a big foodie, im big on pop culture, and I love blink so some of these landmarks that I’m going to eat at/see are definite. Today I tried to call Lvnv, which directed me to resurgent, who then referred me to the law company currently suing me. I tried to reach a settlement but they wouldnt budge below 80%, I'm filing the answer later today with the court but when should I file the motion for arbitration? Also if anyone could point me in the right direction on how to file the arbitration. Any information would be greatly appreciated. This is for a $3600 debt from Citibank from best buy.

That is 5 days in a row except for the day where there were 17 new contracts written and then 17 delivery notices immediately issued. That was almost certainly CitiBank customer accounts who sold and delivered the same day. So there's an asterisk to the 5 day in a row number. However, the original 431 contracts have been sitting there undelivered since the beginning. Although someone bought 2 more yesterday, so now 433 await delivery. Those shorts can either close by buying a long contract (which would probably push the price up) or they can buy silver and issue delivery notices on that metal. They could also cut a side deal with the longs and bribe them to settle. Even if all that failed, the short's broker is ultimately on the hook. The broker could then go through all those possibilities. My point is ... the positions will close and all will seem happy on the June contract. There won't be a headline in the newspaper saying that comex defaulted, partly because there are no newspapers anymore. What is revealed is what is happening behind the scenes. Hi everyone. I am at my wits end and would appreciate if anyone can help me on this issue. I am a very small b2c tea exporter with average order value 20-50dollars and i receive payments through PayPal. And ship through indiapost. Paypal receives dollar in its Citibank account and converts it to inr and sends it to my account. PayPal issues the FIRC which Indian banks don't accept because they say they received the money in INR and cannot issue ebrc. My issue is how do I correct this issue. Currently PayPal issue FIRC free of cost and Indian banks are asking me to receive dollars directly in my indian account and then they will charge me for conversion/ FIRC /ebrc. Since my business is very small and my order value is so small i cannot afford to add on the exorbitant costs of what the banks want me to do. If i don't get the ebrc what will happen.

Today on my doorstep I received a huge stack of papers and the top one said I am being sued and the Plaintiff is LVNV Funding LLC. The amount is $3600, but I had a few questions, if anyone can help. I seen some other post but am confused on how to proceed? I think I am within time to file an answer to the claim but how does one do that? I am really low on funds so ideally I would like to fight this on my own, but im not sure how to answer the plaintiffs suit and also how to file a motion to compel arbitration in Texas where I am located at. The original Debtor is Citibank, N.A.. If anybody can guide me or give me any advice at all I would be immensely grateful.

it all started when i went on reddit and wondered how my buddies and pals yeast and waddychan69 were doing on this app. i went to the “friends” tab on my Apollo app (rip) and couldn’t believe what my peepers saw. a whole subreddit for the ranchobuddies????? and i, notorious reddit user kolinskyfeet, didn’t know??? it couldn’t be. but, alas, it was true. the subreddit has been around for about a month and no one told me and upon discovering this i shit my pants so so so hard that i had to just throw them out and dump ‘em. are you all happy??? are you happy that i did a gigantic mudpie in my pants and it got everywhere and now i have to buy a new pair of pants??? it’s real REAL stinky too. my midpies stink really bad. i actually won stinkiest mudpies last month!! is this really what you wanted? really?? cuz im trying to figure out what the hell’s going on, just like you all. fuck. this whole time… i still can’t believe it. im truly bewildered. flabbergasted. it sickens me to have this much midpie in my pants as i type this up. truly. yuck. it’ll take at least a few hours to wipe it all away too. multiple rolls of slices of TP too. money down the drain right there. i can’t make this stuff up. it’s kind of insane. really really wild stuff.
anyways i gotta go find myself a new pair of pants that don’t stink so bad that my whole neighborhood can smell it. going to have to report it to biohazard waste because i soiled myself so hard that it ruined my day

2023.06.08 20:53 BreadMan137 First time at Original Disneyland - rope dropping, vegan food, 12 minute Rise wait
Reached rope drop queue at 7:45 and was pretty far back. From there until around 9:30, times for everything were very reasonable so 1000% recommend rope dropping. We watched “In a Magical Mood” videos on Youtube to see which area we wanted to do. Honestly the deciding factor was Space Mountain photos being free at the moment.

Huge bummer about having to pay for Genie+ given that my previous visit to Disney World was during the free physical FastPass era. Unfortunately it seems pretty mandatory for a trip - saved us like an hour each time, and we could have gotten A LOT more use out of it if we wanted to. If you’re coming a long way and/or only staying for a short time you’ll really appreciate the convenience.
Vegan Ronto-less wrap and Keftas (meatballs) at Galaxy’s Edge were SO good. Really delicious and I’ve read that meat eaters love them too! Cauliflower tacos at Rancho del Zolcaro were fine but nothing special, as was the cheeseburger at Hungry Bear. It was amazing having vegan options everywhere.
Was keeping an eye on Rise times throughout the day, but it was only switching between 90 minutes, 105 minutes, and broken down. Someone on here wrote that it takes them approx an hour to reset the ride so we headed over to see during a breakdown and it reopened soon after. Arrived at the entrance at 17:45 and saw Rey at 17:57, couldn’t believe it. The ride is the so immersive thanks to the cast members.
Final thoughts: Indiana Jones was my favourite while I personally think Pirates is better at Shanghai. Didn’t feel a lot of magic with how much preparation and strategy and dollars required, but it was truly so much fun and I can’t wait to come back and do DCA as well. Lastly, shout out to the woman who changed her baby’s diaper in the booth next to me while dining at Docking Bay 7. 😭
