Needed to leave country to see dad for the last time and I've been learning how to cope with my ibs-c recently. Another words I've finally found the right diet and meds to make everything run smoothly. It's a 2 week trip but I'm broke so could only take one backpack with me as personal item. Here's the bad part, I couldn't fit all meds, clothes, safe snacks (13 hr flight), etc so I figured I'd buy mirlax when I get there. Here's the worse part, they don't sell it here or any kind of Osmotic laxatives, they sell regular kind only. I thought well I "should" be OK as long as I eat extra fruit and drink lots of water. Wrong. Here's the ouch, I had to take dulcolax and it gives me terrible painful cramps. It feels like I have diarrhea but nothing comes out so just bad bad cramps. Now it's 2am here and I woke up in a hot sweat NEEDING to go and had to struggle to get started. I've finally got some relief but at what cost? Lesson: throw away clothes to make room for all your other meds because where you go won't always carry the kind of meds you need.

I adopted this male kitten it was two months a day old and he seemed healthy when i adopted him. They told me that they had just rescued him that same day and gave him the vaccines and was healthy. That was Thursday of June. I’m concerned about his behavior sometimes and some things that had been happening. For instance he doesn’t want to use the litter box i’ve bought a soft litter box and put not too much because they want something flat to just poop on because he’s been peeing and pooping on the floor. Second is food. The night before this day he threw up around 4am and then this morning he threw up again and didn’t want to eat the food i gave him so i gave him IAms after serving the food in the morning and he started eating it. he only tends to eat in the morning and doesn’t eat much throughout the day I saw that kittens his age are supposed to eat 4-6 times a day. secondly sometimes he just sits on the floor looking around but he sleeps a lot too which scares me but i also saw that kittens usually sleep between 18-22 hours a day. He does play when he’s awake which is good or he’ll sit on the window. We do have stray kittens that are older and their mom out on our yard but they are no where near or have touched my 2 month kitten. I also havent let him go outside bc the shelter told me that he has to stay inside for a bit. I also went to a check up on monday and the doctor says he’s all good and told him about my concerns about the litter box situations and gave me tips on how to make him potty there but it hasn’t worked. Then his meowing is weird. it’s inconsistent it’ll be raspy and cutty but i think it’s when he’s trying to be sad and show he wants attention then it’s a loud regular cry. I don’t think it’s one of those throat things because he doesn’t show any symptoms. Please I need help/tips that could possibly help me figure out my kitten

I am looking to replace my Eero system with Unify. Primarily because my Eero system is great when it's great, and terrible when it's not.
I will eventually want to setup a few VLANs - Private, Guest, IoT (maybe an additional one for kids). I unfortunately have 2 areas where my cat5 is bundled and I have 1 cat5 running between 2 switches to connect them. I have 3 Eero pros right now, and 2 beacons.
After reading through the sub quite a bit and doing some research online I am thinking my setup will include the following
Fiber - Firewalla gold(already own this) - Unifi Flex Mini Switch (I will need 2 of these due to having 2 areas where cat5 runs to in my basement.
I THINK I want to use the Cloud Key G2 Plus controller and have 1 In-Wall AP's, and 2 U6+ APs. The reason I ant 1 in-wall AP is because I like to hard wire devices near this access point. The other 2, I do not care as much about hard wiring in those areas though I do have a Cat5 there so the AP will be hardwired. I might need 1-2 U6 extenders to extend wifi to areas like my detached garage where I currently use a beacon.
Can you experts tell me if I am on the right path here? Am I wasting time/money moving away from Eero? Am i completely off in regards to my setup? Are there better ways to do this?
Also - Is this interface for Unifi easy to setup and navigate? I imagine I will do most of my setup within firewalla once I am up and running.
I tried to do as much research before posting as I could. But Unifi is very new to me, I am tech savvy but I am not a network pro by any means.

hey all i just wonder, lately i see more and more people coming up and claiming that there Garolite plates are the best
so i wonder how many users are there now that sell those plates and i really love to test them out so i can compare them to my own but i only want to test the real stuff , so keep a few things in mind
Now there are a few things if you do sell them 1) if thickness of the garolite is more then 0.5 mm then do not bother with it , heat transfer is far from optimal ( mine are 0.4 ) 2) black color is not garolite , the natural color is okegreen, so it also works differend because of the color coating, black color and LIDAR does NOT work on the bambu 3 )if you buy the stuff from ali/amazon then do not bother me with it either, selling cheap stuff for expensive stuff is just a waste of quality and ruins the good stuff 4) there are iso norms you need to follow to get good garolite, so if yours do follow the iso norm then send me one, else do not bother as it wont be able to withstand high temperature with out melting
eather way , it is just a post to know how many users are now really selling garolite plates and what users are just want to make a quick buck of it instead doing there homework
if you read this far and want to know why i post this ? it is because i spend a lot of time in research and development to provide good quality plates. and it would be sad that the good quality material get ruined by others who claim to know what they do and offer 1.5mm thick plates that does not even have proper heat transfer in first place
i personal tested out a lot of different plates from differend places to know the difference between the quality, and i like to keep it that way i am not against that others sell plates, but atleast i try to keep it at a certain quality norm so it wont ruin the experience for every one that got those plates
and for claiming to be first, if it is offered before 01/14/23 ( 14th januari 2023 ) then there claim is valid, else it is just a big lie
i hope to get some feedback here as i really wonder how many there are now selling those plates :D

A relative gave me their old camcorder but i don't know why i does not work. I have charged both the camcorder and separately but when i attach the battery nothing happens. I am assuming its the battery pack because when i plug the camcorder in it is fully functional.
Is there a way to fix the battery pack. if not does anyone know where i can buy one online or find one in London? Any help is much appreciated.

1. 120 capsules, extract powder - 500 mg per capsule - 2.5 times more expensive than other options
2. Tincture, Lion's mane - 30 ml (it says on the label:"1:1, 25% ethanol, V/V")
3. Dried and grinded (powdered?) lion's mane - 30g of powder (label says amount of fresh fungi that was used in making this dried powdered package: 370g)

My question is what option is the best one, which gives the most of the good stuff, considering absorption, etc ?

I have been working on a business for two years. I have a business partner who is a financial backer.
Over the course of the two years, the following has happened: the first 6 months were spent researching one avenue of revenue, but we ultimately opted for another. I.e., we thought of processing one thing, but logistics and regulations drove us to another (market).
My partner has a lot of money. Has even had gall enough to say “I’m rich”. He has two cars, but only one parking spot.
During the first summer, I drove to Virginia (from Toronto, Ontario) for a two day workshop about the specifics of using the machine we purchased ($27,000 CDN).
When I returned, he told me to keep the car, as I’d need it for business. I asked him, later, what he was going to do with the car ultimately. He said he’d keep it for a few years and then probably give it to me. (The car is over 20 years old, has 150,000 k. It runs pretty well, but it does need work).
At one point he suggested that I should “draw a salary” from the business. He suggested $3,000 / month. I live quite lean, and, as of last years’ personal taxes, I took a total of $17,000 from the business account when necessary. I hold a part time job to offset needing to do so.
Two times during this two year period, my partner was away - once in Cabo and once in Bahamas. He invited me to come with him but both times I had to cancel due to Covid -imposed restrictions.
Late 2021, I experience an issue with my machine, and because of backlogs of materials, I did not receive a replacement part for 7 weeks, during which time my sister died of cancer.
In summer of 2022, he abruptly took his car back for his daughter to give his son driving lessons (?). That was 3 weeks, and I had to cancel social arrangements out of the city (visiting a cottage, summer camp reunion).
In late 2023, more machine issues, and because it is a highly specialized machine, there was a lot of work in finding someone who could properly assess and repair.
In January of 2023, I booked a booth at a trade show as a launch. It was a good start; made some professional connections. No sales. He said he was going to attend, but never did and only told me so when I texted to ask where he was.
In April of 2023, he took the car back again for his newly-licensed 17 year old child to use. Said it would be 3 weeks. It’s been 7 weeks, during which time I have had to pick up supplies, deliver an order, and get other business-related things accomplished. I did these things via transit and Lyft.
In late May, I held an open house at my office for industry people. It was my partner’s suggestion. I orchestrated the whole thing, and invited nearly 200 people. He said he was coming, but by then the second day, with two hours left, I again messaged him to see where he was, whereupon he informed me that he wasn’t coming because he was out of town dealing with a personal emergency. No details on that.
I was supposed to get the car back the next day to make a delivery. When asked about it, he said he’d give it back to me when he returned. No details about that.
I asked “when will that be?” He replied “Sunday”.
Sunday came and went and on Monday I messaged him. He didn’t reply until Tuesday with: Hi l am thinking , the car needs a ton of work, and depending on the amount, may not be worth it. WRT to the business, l am pretty unclear it will work, l can meet with you this weekend to discuss. I am in a very dark and sad place , nothing to do with you, but you should know.”
I wrote “That’s a pretty abrupt declaration. I know the car needs work. I have been making all kinds of arrangements regarding [the business] including hiring a social media pro and we have mapped out a schedule for promotional videos and information to be imparted. If you are without hope for it, well, then you let me know. Whatever you’re going to do to with the car, that’s fine. I’d love to be able to use it until then.”
Not wanting to wait until the weekend, I called instead in the evening, but he was unable to talk. I’m calling again tonight (Thursday).
He has many investments on the go (says he) that are in the millions, that have been in the works for years.

DO NOT BUY IT. Trust me, there's a lot better mythic choices. Heartsteel takes way too long to stack, and is much better on Champs like Cho and sion. Sett is very strong early and mid game, so buying an item that only stacks into late game is only gonna make u go negative. In terms of mythic, either go Stride/gore, or some crazy off meta build.

Even though we have handled our divorce amicably, I have decided to not be in touch with my ex for the time being, except for practical issues. I did not want the divorce. She wanted the divorce, and she started an affair in the last weeks or months before that. I get that people may grow apart, fall out of love (or whatever it is that makes them not want to water the grass on their own side anymore), but to start an affair is a different thing. She betrayed me, but also our sons, especially by walking out and wnating to work on our family. My friend has been there for me, it has been clear that he was and is on my side. But he has also indicated that he does not want to take sides. For more context: I have known him for 35 years, from way before I even met my later wife. He is the godfather of our eldest son. So, when I expressed that I find his close contact with my ex difficult, he said "But she is the mother of my godson, I can't cut her out of my life. I hope you won 't ask that from me, even though I would respect your request.". At one hand I feel petty for not wanting their contact, for wanting him to entirely side with me. At the same time, I am very much aware that I strongly dislike the idea of them spending time.

I have recently switched employers and thus am moving my 401(k) into a rollover account. With that said, I have some spare cash not invested now. I am wondering the pros and cons of doing the following option strategies on BAC.

1. buy deep in the money LEAPS call option
2. Sell Covered call 30-45 days with above LEAPS as collateral with delta between .2-.3
3. Sell cash secured put w/ .3 delta

I am just wanting feedback on how/if this can massively go wrong. I don't mind owning the stock long term and have assumed the loss of the LEAPS (aka wouldn't break me if the LEAPS expired worthless). I just want to make sure that I am not set up in a way that would produce "unlimited" loss or something similar.

I need to buy a modest bathing suit to wear when the kids (2G, 5B, 8B) are in the sprinkler or the backyard pool. DB works from home so the thought of chasing around a toddler while wearing a bikini doesn't sit right with me. I'm going to be moving soon (NF is aware of this) and money is very tight.
