First of all, apologies if I don't express myself correctly. English isn't my first language and I am intoxicated as of now.
He's the most amazing person I know. I genuinely think that meeting him was one of the best things to happen to me. We live in a place where everyone has problems, maybe economically or socially, but he got the worst of them all: family. He's never got along with his family and he has grown to develop depression and other problems that make him susceptible to be disappointed in people often, which makes him go into a loop of self doubt and anxiety, spiralling into pits of even worse depression. He is very sweet, always caring for others, even though he often tells me that the only person that he's sweet to is me because I'm his best friend, I've seen that he naturally can get along with people he doesn't even like, that's just who he is, amazing. At one point he was addicted to Clonazepam (I don't know if this medicament is the named the same in other places, but it's basically a depression treatment, that's highly addictive) but he managed to get through it due to sheer will power. He often doubts his own capabilities, and I consider that to be his worst flaw, because he and I both know he can do anything he set himself to do. Honestly I wasn't even planning to be his best friend, I met him through another person who I thought I would get along with more than him, but one day he came to my house a day where me and my friends got drunk/high and he guided me through it since it was my first time smoking pot, and I am forever grateful for his company. We grew closer since he often hang around my school (he stopped studying during the lockdown but when students returned to the school, he was there since he hates to be alone a lot because solitude makes him spirale into bad thoughts) and he was honestly pretty chill. As we grew closer, I noticed we shared a lot of opinions in the world, but still kept ourselves in check and were honest to each other. I first found out about his suicidal thoughts when one day he was drunk told me that I should get used to the idea that one day he wouldn't be around any longer, because he didn't saw himself any future, but at this point we had grown so close that I broke down in tears in front of a pizzería. Do you know how fucked up is it to be comforted by a person you love about their own death? It's horrible, I must've been the one making sure everything would be okay. I knew he was my best friend rather quickly and the idea of him killing himself made my stomach hurt. It was one of the few things that made me cry like a baby. Fortunately, after a lot of time together (he's slept at my house after running away from his) he's confessed to me that he is trying to get better, and if I trust one person's word, it's him.
I love him with all my heart, I've always been very open about my love, which is weird for a male where I live since we all grew with the macho idea of a man, but I've never been afraid to kissing and hugging people that I love, thing that I do often with him. I spent almost all of our time together speaking of deep stuff and hugging him freely, kissing his head to comfort him. I am good being open about myself, but not so much about being vulnerable, but with him it doesn't matter. He's comforted me through heartbreaks, something he knows about a lot.
He is my other half, and I don't ever want to live in a world without him. I am not attracted to him, I know, I am pansexual and I'm not ashamed of admitting who I am attracted to, but my love for him is more strong than everyone else I've loved outside of family, and I... I don't even know what to say anymore.
He's been living in his workplace, friends houses and everyone he can find a place to sleep, he can't bare to live with his parents since they don't understand him, despite of their love.
I don't know what my point is, I guess my dream is to get a place to live (probably an apartment, I'm pretty minimalist) and I want to live with him. Hi friends, I’m going to try my best to make a long story short, I got a kitten two years ago and moved her into my house with my parents, teen brother and three cats. While she adored everyone and the cats she made it clear I was her favourite person. In September a school placement took me away from home and I was moving into a house that had two cats and a dog and made the decision to leave her with my family as I felt the moves would be too stressful on her. Three months turned into 10 and I move back home in July. She is beyond happy with my family and has grown extremely fond and attached to them, she recognizes me when I come home but I can tell her new found attachment for my family exceeds the attachment she has for me (understandably). My family is also in love and attached to her as well as the three cats have taken her in as part of the pack. They have also turned her into an outdoor cat which she seems to very thoroughly enjoy. I plan on being home for about 2-3 months and then moving out with my boyfriend. She is used to always having someone home, that won’t be the way it is if she comes with me, my boyfriend is out 4/7 days a week for around 8 hours and I am out 3-5 days or nights a week for 14+ hours. Hey guys! I've been seeing a lot of "how do I pick a school" related posts and thought I'd drop some advice, as someone who didn't know any of this stuff when picking a med school (first gen in med woohoo)

1. Prestige - yeah it matters, it's not a nice thing to hear but thats the truth. The days of "pick whatever school you like and get a high Step 1 score" are gone. Names matter. Connections matter. This is not fun to hear but its way less fun to find that out the hard way when you're applying to residency.
2. "But I want to do IM/Neuro/Path" - A LOT of people change their mind in med school, to the point where doing what you decided to do in Undergrad has become the exception not the rule. Do not close doors for yourself based on something that is so subject to change. And keep in mind that if you decided to do a competitive IM field (cardiology or something) down the line, name/prestige will definitely matter. Hell I would say even if you would like to land in a certain location for residency, being competitive matters - people with more competitive apps get more options.
3. Research opportunities - goes along with name. The bigger names institutions usually have more and better developed research opportunities and more connections, better mentorship etc.
4. NBME exams in preclinical - If you have no clue what this means - NBME is the company that makes Step 1 (and the other steps). This means that the curriculum and exams in M1 and M2 would teach you based on Step 1 material and your block exams will be Step 1 style questions. The alternative is called "in-house" curriculum and its not NBME. This is significantly worse for quality of life IMO because your schools curriculum may or may not overlap with Step 1, so you're left to prepare for that somewhat on your own while having to waste time memorizing whatever random molecule and antibody your teachers think is cool for the in house exam. Not fun.
5. P/F - exams in preclinical are pass/fail, usually have to hit some predetermined score like 65 or 70 and you're good. I think it definitely makes the environment less competitive and helpful. Some say it reduces the pressure to prepare for Step 1, but I think the type of people getting into med school already have enough internal panic about the repercussions of failing step 1 that they will have the drive to prepare for it.
6. Curriculum - this doesnt matter that much because the vast majority of med students sit at home and study from the same 4-5 resources on their own in preclinical. The only thing that could matter is preclinical length which many schools are cutting from 2 years to 1.5 years to increase clinical time which could be a bonus. Other than that, the best thing you can do is pick a med school with minimal mandatory bullshit. PBL/TBL/whatever sounds great in paper but usually ends up being a colossal waste of time in practice. They will take 3 hours to teach something that can be covered in a 30 minute video at 2x speed. Less intrusive curriculums allow for more flexibility in studying methods and in personal life in general.
7. On site rotations - This means clinical years will mostly happen at the med schools hospital or on the med schools campus. This means you don't have to drive far away in clinical years which saves you time. Schools that don't have this will send you to farther away places to do rotations and that takes your time up in commuting. I've seen some bad cases where clinical sites are like over an hour away and students need to spend money on temp accommodations because the commute is undoable. Not fun to deal with I'll bet.
8. Location - My advice is that unless it's SUPER inflictive on your quality of life (eg: you get depressed if not in the sun, area is extremely racist) this isn't super important (see exception below). Maybe I am biased but I think the factors above in relation to free time are more important than location itself.
9. Family/Spouse/SO - exception to the above. If you have your own spouse/kids you want to remain near that will have to be prioritized over the other things in this list. Same with if you want to remain near your parents. That one's up to the individual person. I'd be wary basing school choice off a boyfriend/girlfriend, med school is hard and SO many relationships ended in the first year at my school. IMO if you're not at the point of stating relationship permanency is guaranteed, it's not worth it. Or try doing long distance. But maybe I'm biased since my marriage is long distance.
10. Tuition/COL - Obviously this is very much up to the individual how much they want to prioritize this. I'd say up to a point its not worth penny pinching but seeing some schools with a 6-figure tuition...looking at you Illinois OOS. Also very much dependent on how much outside financial support you have coming in and all that.
11. Vibes/get along with class - This seems to be emphasized heavily but I think its not as important as the things at the top of this list. Every class is different from the previous one, so its tough to predict this. Med school changes people anyway, nice people can turn not nice under the pressure. Unless you make a concerted effort not to, you can probably find 2-3 good friends at any school. There will be gunners and toxic people at every school, just avoid them if you don't like them.

How do I find all this information out? IMO unless you know someone personally who goes to that school, internet/reddit/SDN is your best bet. Current students are hesitant to say negative things about their school in front of the admins during those meet and greet things.

I’ve been an iPhone user for as long as I’ve had a phone (I’m 23 now, USA), and I have never even looked at what exists for android. When it comes to phones, I see all the new ones with all these fancy features or new top of the line tech, and honestly I don’t think I need any of it. I don’t need 20 of the flashiest most perfect AI camera or whatever apple and all the android based phone companies are doing. I honestly don’t care about the customization stuff, as I never find that sort of thing important. I don’t need a bendy screen. I barely really use any apps either. My phone is mostly just for call, text, email, discord, web browsing, a little social media on the go, and not much else. I keep hearing all this weird supremacy or elitism talk about different kinds of phones and what is better and I really don’t get it. I just need to communicate with people and use the internet.
I used the iPhone 4s(?), 5s(?), SE, and right now 2020 SE. I don’t like phones being too big. This one is probably the largest I’d be ok with, maybe only a little larger if it had to be. What kind of phone should I use? Is there an android option I could use that wouldn’t be expensive and overloaded with unnecessary features? Most important thing to me is getting a strong connection through wifi, cell, and data. I’m not currently planning on getting a new phone, but I at least want to know what to look for, and if there is something worth switching sooner for.

First the question then the vent off my chest: Is It fairly common or normal to feel a very deep pain (even after some months) due to the loss of a pet? I feel like I lost a family member, and I never felt this much pain/sadness about a family member passing away. I'm not at my worst anymore but it's still painful. Should I, by this time, have to already be completely over the death of my dog?
My parents and I had to put our 12 y/o dog to sleep because he had a terminal illness, the vet said that even if we allowed for the surgery to remove the tumor, there weren't many chances of him surviving because of his old age.
This happened on January, after 5 days of my dog feeling unwell. It was very sudden, he seemed perfect before new year's eve and then everything went downhill really fast. We never really felt he was too old, let alone think that he may have an illness. My dog was always very cheerful, energetic and affectionate, he didn't have many white hairs. We thought he was gonna live until 15 or 17 years old. The last few days he was (barely) alive was like the 12 years suddenly made their appearence.
I wanted to know if other people ever felt this much pain after losing a pet. It's been almost 6 months since he passed away. I (sometimes) have something that's best described as a ghost feeling of him being there in my backyard. I still dream of him from time to time. I have this pain that comes from the inmense love I felt for him. He wasn't just a pet, he wasn't just a dog. He was part of the family.
My father is still hurt by this like me, he said It feels kind of close to losing a child (of course losing a child is worse but you get It). How can we feel this amount of love and such strong bond with a little animal?. I really do feel like I lost a family member, I feel even worse than losing a family member because I lost my grandmother a few years ago, and I lost my grandfather this year too. Their departure didn't feel as painful. This was sudden for us because we really thought he would live longer. But he lived the exact life expectancy for his dog breed instead. The vet told us It wasn't our fault, this problem is common in his dog breed, and told us that if this dog lived normally this long without showing symptoms or pain is because we did the best we could, and we gave him a happy life.
I still feel a little regret. What if we catched the illness before? Could we have saved him? Maybe he could've lived longer? But I'll never know. Maybe this was the best way. For us and for him. Enjoying our company to the fullest, being happy.
Two friends of mine also lost their elderly dogs this year. But It seems like I'm the only one that still holds on to my dog. I don't think it's necesseraly unhealthy because I do not cry every day, and I don't think of him 24/7. But It hurts from time to time, I cry a little sometimes because I still miss him deeply.
I miss hearing his paws walking on the floor, I miss petting his soft hair and looking at his beautiful eyes. He was part of our daily lives. It doesn't feel like something is missing as much as before, but the knowledge that he's gone still hurts. He was the best dog, never hurted us, never misbehaved terribly. Before we knew what was wrong with him, I f*cking picked him up in new year's eve when he was feeling bad, to give him some affection, and he did not cry in pain or made a noise, he didn't bite me despite having a painful tumor on his belly. He was way too much of a good boy, the biggest smallest good boy there could ever be. I loved him and I still do. I grew up from child to adult with him. Last year he saw me graduate from university, and he (and I) met my LDR boyfriend for the first time (he adored my dog and always wished to play with him, which they did). I was even thinking of bringing him with me when I move out. It feels like my dog was waiting for the perfect time to go. When both my brother and I were adults, with me about to get independent, and when my parents both began to want to travel more.
I was not emotionally and mentally ready for his death, but could I ever be? Probably not. And I'm grateful I was able to be by his side on his last moments, even if It was painful. I wanted him to feel loved by us, and die peacefully, without any pain. Because he deserved that. The last day (without knowing for certain it would be the last day) I had the urge to take a picture with him, I also asked my bf if he would like to say goodbye to him on videocall (he did), and on the way to the vet, this song sounded on the radio: "Let her go" by Passenger. And the line "Only know you love her when you let her go" broke me and I teared a bit in the back seat of the car. I firmly believe It was a message because of the timing. And indeed, 3 hours later, I had to let my fluffy best friend go.
I have my own beliefs, not exactly religious. I have no clue whether there is a heaven or an astral plane or something. But even if we are just energy, souls or information, I want to be that with him one last time when I die.

I'm aware that membership costs and subscriptions still carry over character to character while under the same jagex account. However, has there been any discussion at jagex about a single membership fee to cover more than 1 character (main, alt, ironman, etc) if all those characters are under the same parent jagex account?
I'm aware that monetarily it makes more sense from the company's end to keep it as is, but it would make things more accessible for casual and/or returning players.

So I really need some advice guys. I only download my ROMs from archive, WoWRoms, and Virms Lair, and I NEVER had any issues with receiving a DMCA email from my service provider. So my brother recently downloaded a ToTK 60 FPS patch correct? And my mom got an email from FiberOptics stating that the Engineer was PISSED and he wanted to report us to Nintendo for "SAY CLAIMS" etc over a 60 fps patch. Which I highly doubt one exists yet. So I checked my bros PC and found the so called "60 FPS patch" and deleted it off his PC. I know I shouldn't be browsing his PC but ever since then I've been too paranoid to download any roms at all.
Now, for starters. I've been dowloading roms since High School/Middle School. "32 right now in 4 days" NEVER HAD THIS ENCOUNTER until Frontier was a thing. We are planning of switching back to Spectrum. Never had issues downloading roms with Spectrum at all. Etc. My bro never used a torrent so they accused us of using Bit Torrent. "I didn't know Torrents still exist" so had me confused etc. So what are my options? I really want to play the OoT PC Port and I can only get the correct Debug ROM from archive. But I'm too AFRAID to download another rom because I don't want Frontier breathing down our necks and snitching to Nintendo. They accused us of jail breaking our Switch even tho we didn't etc. False accusations, etc are pretty severe. What are my options here?
I even want to download ZELOOTMA.Z64 because of ROM HACKS. I want to play Indigo. Any advice guys? My family doesn't even use torrents and I don't feel like having Frontier email us again over something as trivial as this, I have severe anxiety and I get panic attacks and I dont need anymore stress as it is. I don't know really how to explain 19 years of pain in my life. But here it's goes I feel like I want to die. I feel like I am going to die alone anyways. I feel like no one cares. Man if I had one wish it's would be to start over a very long ways from where I live. I don't know what I am gonna do but I can't keep going like this. The only thing that kept me living was an internet from Europe. I love this subreddit because I meant my best friend here. Hopefully gonna meet him some time next year. But thing keep getting worse with my job an my life. My parents won't let me quit my job. I don't know what the fuck to even do.

In 2016, my then-boyfriend (we’ll call him Michael) and I got our dog, Larry. Importantly, Larry was adopted in my ex’s name, NOT because Michael wanted him more or was ever intended to be the sole guardian, at least as far as I was aware. We've always shared all of his medical, food and toy expenses. I’ve continually had a flexible work schedule, while Michael worked 9-5. I’ve worked from home, had the ability to bring Larry to work, meaning I am free during the day. I'm always free and active with the dogs during the day. I love Larry, he is my dog. Michael and I broke up at the end of 2021. It is important to acknowledge that I was unfaithful. I’ve spent every day since feeling remorseful and horrible about my drunken, selfish actions. Michael absolutely did not deserve that, and I know I hurt him badly. Up until now, we have been co-parenting Larry, informally dropping him off with one another regularly, taking him while the other goes on trips, etc.
Admittedly, I have three other dogs. One is a dog we got together when we were still together, whom Michael didn’t want anything to do with after we separated. The other two I’ve adopted after our split. Larry can be and always has been territorial (re: food and toys) with other dogs, while he thoroughly enjoys the company of other dogs. He and all my other dogs get along, BUT HAVE scuffled in the past.
Last week, I texted Michael about picking Larry up and we set up a time and place to meet. Out of nowhere for me, Michael declared that he thought it was best that Larry stays “with one of us permanently”. I’m sure you can guess which “one of us” he was reasoning: himself. He argued that he’s in a new relationship, wants stability, and feels deeply emotionally connected to Larry. He keeps saying that he’s “open to talking about it”, and that I’ll still be “allowed” to see him, but doesn’t want to share custody anymore.
I refused. Larry is my dog too, and I deserve to spend half the time with him. I live in a 5,000 square foot house with a huge yard and access to hiking trails in my backyard. I have the daytime free. Larry loves me and my other dogs. Michael tells me that I’m railroading him, and not taking his feelings into account. But Larry is just as much my dog as he is Michael’s.
I cannot understand his logic in unilaterially deciding that Larry is his dog, and that their connection is more sacred than mine and Larry’s. I understand wanting to move on and cut ties, but I can’t give Larry up. I would NEVER even dream about asking Michael to do this.

I'll try to make this as quick as possible, as this is hard to articulate. My father has been saying signs of dementia for years now and this pass few months they been pronounced more than ever due to his multiple health conditions. high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, copd. Finally after a battle with pnemonia that really had him confused and having memory problems. It was finally time to try and get him tested. His primary along with other doctor suspect some type of dementia and have sent him to go see a neurologist next month. My mother has witnessed his actions and mood switches special since he seems to get or have sundown. My mother thinks he is full 100% back to normal but it really isnt. After the pnemonia cleared up, his cognitive function became much better but not all the way. He still doesn't retain memory very well, he is currently hates me (I'll explain why in a bit) and i am the only other caregiver for him aside from my mother. He has been getting a lot of in and out of hospitals because he forgets to take meds. He doesn't eat much, he got lost for 7 hours just driving around endlessly. I had to get the police involved. We all been thru alot these pass few months specifically. It got to the point that i was afraid he would get into an accident or into serious problems because he usually carries. After his recent hospital stay we had to remove some of his most dangerous items that can cause bodily harm to any one of us. Including himself if this moment repeats himself.
So currently i am stuck between a rock and a hard place. My father is a big man, 6ft tall, not skilly and he recently got mood switch out of nowhere demanding for his car keys and getting in my face cursing at me shoving my mother out of the way in a fit of anger. My mother still thinks this is his normal behavior. My father send me threats to his phone about me giving him back his more dangerous items. We had came to an agreement to wait untill we see the neurologist. So we have time to observe him, keep my mother safe and himself.
My mother is the type that is constantly on him and trying to make him do things he doesn't want to do and maybe say things you should be telling with possible dementia and is not making things easy for anyone. I know getting out of denial is a personal process but i can't help but feel very stuck. I have my own health issues and live with chronic pain so i can't be in my parents house everyday. But every other day my father forgets we had agreement to wait till his neurologist appt before we can take the next step of possible him having his (🔫) or possibly not. ( I don't tell him that but i try to use language that isn't so discouraging to him) I have a partner and kids that are also witnessing my father acting out of place for a while now and my daughter saw his grandfather cursing me out in the street because of his fit. I don't know how to make things better, i don't know how to keep my father calm till the his appt. Because it's constant repeating to him that we had an agreement but then he goes off threatening me. I know he isn't right mentally. So i am trying not to make this personal but now i feel like i have 2 against me. Crazy part is i ask my mother, "so you think he doesn't have any cognitive issues ?" "So then i should return all his (🔫) back into your home? And she actually doesn't want them in the home. So I am like the saying goes, "can't have your cake and eat it too".
..... I am about to give up and just clean my hands but i don't want my mother in danger. It's the only thing keeping me in this.
I look all over the internet looking for a situation with one parent possibly or having it and the partner being in denial....... And how other family members can deal with double denials......

I've been planning to get into the rental car business for a few years now but got held up by the pandemic. Right as I was ready to begin purchasing and running a fleet used prices went haywire and I certainly wasn't about to start a business in that environment.
Fast forward to today and the upshot is I find myself getting started a few months ago in a very good spot with 3 very good in demand EVs ('23 Rivian R1S, '23 Bolt, '21 Kona) that I have tremendous deals on, and they're renting well! I got each for a song because while I wasn't buying the fleet I got a few of these deals going, but I digress. Kind of.
The point I'm trying to make is, you'll notice I keep saying I've been planning to get into the rental car business. You'll notice I didn't say, "I'm planning to work for Turo or become a professional Turo renter." Turo was just an easy avenue to help me get started as I was eyeing things like weddings.
So here I am, happy with the arrangement, all is going well, all of the sudden, bam, daily renter tells me her trip fee is double the cost of the trip. What. The. Hell. Then I really got started to look at trip fees around the internet. Why, in the, again, hell, am I learning about this shady shit for the first time in a conversation with a guest? What the hell kind of company is this? How the hell am I supposed to have competent conversations with customers about their receipt if I can't even see it?
So, back to the topic. We have fleets. We have rental companies. Turo, as they like to keep reminding us, is a middle man listing agent we don't need. This isn't Uber, they don't really own anything like Uber owns the demand for taxis. Just like if AirBnB goes belly up people can rent their apartments out monthly I can continue to diversify into weddings or some other local niche.
So as Turo takes as much as it can and figures out how much more it can take and then takes a little more to get gussied up for its IPO, are they going to lose both hosts and guests in the process? Do they not understand they're completely unnecessary in this entire arrangement? People with small fleets can go get a Hertz franchise, even.
So, what is Turo, and where is this going? They're going to lose every host like me and be left with people making bad decisions they're not thinking through.
Again, how in the world do we set pricing for what we know about demand or talk competently with guests about their receipts? This is asinine at face value. Double? Really? Double? I knew this fee existed, I had no idea double. Insane.

Hey everyone, I'm not really sure where to ask this so hopefully this is the right place. To me Im going to be very vulnerable and try to provide context. TLDR at the end.
I am a cis white male that grew up in a very conservative christian household. A lot of the religious trauma I been working through. Came out as gay when i was 16 and my parents found out i was also pagan about a year ago. Ive come a long way since my upbringing but its left its mark. Now I am wondering about my identity but am struggling with my thoughts.
My thoughts are, I been very male passing all my life. I struggle with coming across as feminine at all and the gay community doesn't help with this. I feel I have absolutely no ability to claim she/her pronouns because: 1. Biological I am male. 2. I only have a guys perspective on life.

1. I will never be able to experience what its like to be a girl. The oppression, patriarchy, worrying about my safety at night walking alone, cat calling, and so many more situations.

Im bringing these up because I feel if I take on this identity, being a guy, Im watering down women struggles. I just flat out had the privileged to never have these adversities because I am a dude. Thats the only perspective I have. In no way am i trying to be bigoted at all, Im being very vulnerable and I dont know how to express myself. I apologize if I say or doing something offensive, that is not my intent, Im trying to get help. I feel I have no room to remotely identify as a women because I am biological not one. Like i just got my nails painted for the first time last week and that was a big step leaning into this because Im scared. I know how deep my harmful upbringing has influenced my perspective. I cant empathize on critical issues which is how I approach things a lot. The thought of taking on she/her in addition to he/him sounds so freeing, but i feel like i cant for reasons above. I just dont know what to do about my identity, ignoring my feelings identifying with more feminine characteristics isnt helping. But to embrace them feels personal disrespectful because I wont ever be able to have the perspective of a girl. I fully support trans and nonbinary people and not meaning to sound like a TERF which I feel I might come across and Im not.
I am badly educated in this area as you can probably tell. I think I dont have room to speak on this subject and only can look at my experience and they are all of a cis male. I wont be able to have the view of a cis female to know am I non binary, trans, or something else on the spectrum. I just want to be respectful of everyone's lives. Being cis male, I am part of the problem, but i dont think I am cis male. I dont know what to think or feel. Imposter syndrome plays a huge role into this and other areas of my life. I hope everyone sees my intent of meaning to be inclusive of everyone's lives. I apologize ahead of time to those I may have offended or angered. I would love to hear your experience in discovering your identity and your journey :)
TLDR: I am a cis male and questioning my identity of being a cis male. Dont feel like I can be anything other than because thats all I can ever know. My parents recently built a massive house and my room is all the way across from the modem and router. My room is the only one that won't connect to my PC. After having a guy come twice to figure out what's up he said the ethernet cable isn't pushing enough power to get to my room.
Been two weeks on 0.2 KB Haha
What are some solutions? Is there a way I could contact Spectrum to have the modem upgraded to produce more power?
