I got bottles of EH Taylor from barrels 01, 09, 22, and 50 but was unable to find any picks of Blantons, BT, or OWA. If you could drop the barrel we can do the math here.

Many Giant Eagle stores (mostly in Columbus and now in the Northeast) and Ale Wine and Spirits have an arrangement with the state to delay visibility of certain products in their online inventory until Saturdays even if it was delivered to the store earlier in the week. These stores may also hold back some of the rare bourbons that they receive in their weekly delivery to release on Saturday mornings.

Usually around the first of the month we have a batch of price changes and this month is no different. According to the "How to Become a Contract Liquor Agent" document, "The Agent must also complete price changes that occur at the first of the month..."

I plan to reply to this post throughout the month if I notice other significant changes happening or at the end of the month before the next update to keep the changes in one place. For each category I've sorted by the amount of the price increase or decrease. New products are shown first, then price decreases are shown in decreasing order followed by price increases in increasing order. At the end are products with other changes unrelated to price.
Current product status is indicated on each line as follows. OHLQ hasn't publicly explained what these things mean but I've included my best guess below.

It seems that stores that are NOT Gold Rush Lottery stores are getting in OHLQ SPs like EHTSiB, BT, OWA, and ER this week and last. To collect some data, could you respond if your local stores participating in Gold Rush have also received OHLQ SPs?

Last year it looks like OHLQ released the Elijah Craig Private Barrel Barrel Proof the 3rd week of June. I see it is posted on the OHLQ website with a slight price increase for this year. Any idea if/when this will be released?

Thanks for folks that take the time to read this and share their opinion/wisdom. I’m looking for a wedding gift for my brother who loves bourbon. I’d love to get him something that is less frequently found in stores, I am reading the term allocated on here? If you had to get someone a gift, (allocated or not), what would you recommend?
As far as the process to get them, is waiting in line for a store to open the only chance for something along those lines? The OHLQ website doesn’t seem to do a great job updating where I can find things so any advice for where to go is welcome.
