Firstly, this set has beige/pink/reds only ("classic" colors), while the other set is pastel rainbow colors. I really like all the colors and think they're all pretty neutral/wearable. The one I'm wearing in the picture is Sweet Prince. For shipping - I ordered on a Wednesday and got the package the next Monday. The box was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. The only issue with the packaging was that one of the bottles apparently wasn't closed tightly enough and spilled a bit into screw-top on the handle. That bottle's polish was clearly thicker than the rest from drying out. The rest of the bottles had a relatively thinner consistency, but they were still a little bit thicker compared to my base coat/top coat (Sally Hansen Double Duty). The scent is just regular nail polish scent. They brush on really smoothly even if you don't use a base coat (my nails themselves are smooth though). The opacity is great too - the darker colors are pretty much opaque with one coat, and the lightest colors (like Glazed Bun, RJ's color) are opaque with two coats. Once dry, even without a top coat, they're quite shiny. Any streaks texture-wise from the brush even themselves out; streaks opacity-wise/color-wise don't even out. Drying time is about the same as most other nail polishes. I let dry about 20 minutes in between coats (aka the length of one anime episode lol) and had no problems. As for lasting power, I used Sweet Prince with a base coat and a top coat, and it got the first chip over a week after I first painted it. It also survived all day at an anime convention. However, I tried Glazed Bun without a base or top coat, and it now has a small chip after three days. For reference, I'm not careful with my nails and my job requires a lot of typing, and I usually chip nail polish after about two to three days. This particular chip on Glazed Bun was more because I got my finger caught on something. You can use normal nail polish remover to remove the polish, but it's easier to remove if you hold a cotton round with remover on the nail for a bit so it can soak in (like you would with gel polish, but not as long). I admittedly haven't tried the darker colors without a base coat, so I'm not sure if they would stain your nails after removal. Lastly, are they worth the price? Personally, as an ARMY and a fan of BT21 as mascots, I think so. It's $25 for the set of 7, and each bottle is 10mL. With how often I paint my nails (a couple of times a month tops), they're not going to run out for a long time. Plus, the bottles themselves are super cute and deserve to be on display. The only caveat is that they're only available online, and The Creme Shop does free US shipping at $50 minimum. I think the BT21 stuff is also excluded from coupons/discounts. I also bought the sheet mask set since I needed sheet masks anyways and The Creme Shop has good ones in general. So, final verdict, if you're already making a makeup/skincare purchase + need/want some cute nail polish + have >$50 to spend, I'd recommend this set. |

I couldn't help but notice the example Cam provided is wrong. I am now seeing that he tries to correct it, but I'll still explain how to do it properly. To illustrate this I've screenshotted a frame where they show the sketch of what 3% looks like, and made some measurements. The image is 1807 x 992 pixels, working out to 1.792.544 pixels. The area Cam highlighted is 57 x 34 pixels working out to 1.938 pixels. To get the percentage of area covered by the box, we do 1.938/1.792.544 which is 0,00108, or just about .01%. That's why the area seems unreasonably small. The actual size can be found by doing 1.792.544/100 * 3, which is 53.776 pixels. To find the side length of a square with this area we can do sqrt(53.776), which is 232 pixels. I'm currently weighing up moving to Sonos from my existing AVR + 5.1 speakers system and am looking for feedback if it may be worthwhile. My current system comprises of a Marantz 1607 with Monitor Audio fronts, and cambridge audio rears. It's not high end by any stretch - but is better than the basic 5.1 in a box setups from the likes of Yamaha/Onkyo etc.
I'm pondering changing to an Arc + Era 100 surrounds and Sub (currently listed as Premium Immersive pack by Sonos). Also considering the Sony HT A9 for what it's worth...
There's a few reasons behind me looking at this, but the main thing I'm looking for is feedback from people that have moved from similar 'separate' systems to a Sonos based system. Anyone care to comment? I think my main worry is that I'll be disappointed with the sound and won't sound as 'full' as I'm used to.

I dunno if I'm using the term slice of life correctly, but I like anime like Naruto, which are about battle and a quest for power, but are grounded by a life the characters live within a familiar place, and with different contrasting relationships. Like the MHA being set in a school with the different dynamics. Or naruto being set in the hidden leaf with wholesome relationships like Naruto and Jiraya. A random one to throw in is Mob from MP100 and his unconventional dynamic with the body improvement club. When there's battle, but in the setting of peers pushing each other so it brings an extra level of excitement when certain people exceed. Even though HunterxHunter has enough adventure you couldn't say it has any slice of life, it has that element of diverse relationships that ticks the box for me. And power is a big one for me, with stuff like the ant arc. HunterxHunter in general is my favourite because of the quality of writing and the characters relationships.
Naruto really is the perfect example though. Someone's journey to become really powerful (again, powerful characters is a big one for me), set in a village with lots of familiar characters

My partner and I have been camping out of our Subaru Forester when we travel, primarily navigating decent to not-so-decent Forest Service roads in NM, but with the addition of a dog to the mix, I don't think that's going to be tenable moving forward. We're not looking for anything elaborate; we don't need a kitchen or bathroom. We are pretty much thinking a box on wheels that's somewhat insulated to extend our shoulder season camping, quick to set up, and waterproof so we can sleep in it and store stuff while we're on the road. Ultimately, we'd like to get a truckbed camper when we get a new vehicle, but we're not looking to replace the Subie anytime soon. I was initially considering teardrop/squaredrop camper trailers (e.g., Hiker Trailers, Runaway Campers, Tiny Campers), but most of those are a bit out of our price range ($4000ish) new, and used market around me is very limiting. I had previously discounted rooftop tents because they seem to be a pain for dogs and didn't seem to offer much in the way of additional weather protection beyond a normal tent. However, in looking into them further, I am starting to reconsider. I've seen some nice examples of hardshell rooftop tents that would offer some more weather protection and faster setup than a normal tent, and putting it on a cheap trailer would bring down the cost (vs a teardrop) and still be relatively easy for a dog to get in and out. However, I don't see this all that often, so I'm wondering what people think or have experiences with? Or am I missing any other alternatives? Thanks!

I got about £7k to my name. I am a car fanatic so now my question is: do I buy a car and make a youtube channel start uploading videos everywhere(youtube, instagram, tiktok etc) and try to grow? Or do I spend a few thousands get another shit box and try to open a business with the rest? I am still in university got 1 more year. I wouldn't know what business to start. I know the obvious answer would be start a business however I feel like I'm only young once and if I dont get a car to enjoy id regret later on as you never know what life brings you and obviously the car could bring me money from social media.

I think these statues are probably the biggest question the game presents. You can make educated guesses on who the dragons were(if they weren't always dragons), or the timeline placement, but we've got nothing on these statues.
Well, not nothing. Here's a dump of some interesting things about the statues. I'm sure it isn't everything, but maybe if more things are discovered they could be put here.
They ferry lost souls without discrimination; maybe to prevent prevent them from becoming monstrous poes.
They are seemingly able to hijack the goddess statues to communicate and grant boons.
There are none below the gerudo regions, which is a pretty large portion of the map. Maybe the one in lookout landing was in there somewhere.
Some of them appear to be encased in the landscape around them, which sort of makes me think they were there before the depths were excavated.
They mirror the goddess statues in location(but the ones that aren't in a town), and I think they also mirror the comparative sizes. Like the biggest goddess statue having the biggest bargainer statue underneath it. I'm not certain about that, though. It's a little hard to tell, lol.
The plains bargainer statue is underneath the goddess statue in the sky, which is interesting because that was moved from a previous location. Maybe from above where the lookout landing statue was before being brought to the surface. That could mean that the goddess statues were placed with the bargainers in mind.
The wellspring of wisdom and cliff bargainer statues have massive faces on their backs. Since these are the only two with their backs exposed, it's safe to assume this face is on each of them. Some people are saying they look like the giants from termina, and I kinda agree with that. Others say it looks like Ganon and I disagree. I think the face looks beast-like, but not dark-beast-Ganon-like.
So yeah. A tiny bit of speculation, but this is all the info I could find on these guys. Do you think we'll learn more about these statues in the next game? Maybe dlc?

Now, for a few Exotics' fixes. This update will reenable the Vesper of Radius, since it won't have such explosive behavior with certain weapons anymore. Sunbracers will have their increased duration of Solar grenades restored. And after Saladin had a very long conversation with Kephri's Horn, the strange interactions that this Titan Exotic Helmet allowed have been fixed, so it will also be reenabled.
Finally, to name a few other fixes coming: we also have one for the issue that allowed certain grenades to go through Barricades and Wards of Dawn, we are toning down the new Collective Obligation perk in PvP (10% damage buff instead of a 20%), and we are giving the new Mercurial Overreach Competitive Sniper Rifle a bigger reticle when scoping so it's easier to use.

I checked the other day and liquid methane has a temperature range between 91 and 112 kelvins, which makes me think those new Guardian armor sets not only look amazing, but also have some pretty insane heating systems. And speaking of heat, how can Solar grenades scorch stuff under such extreme circumstances, or Stasis crystals even hold their structure under such pressure? Anyway, transmat firing!

Ready for Some Early Grandmaster Nightfalls?
As we mentioned in our ”Reflecting on Lightfall” article, Grandmaster Nightfalls will be available a bit earlier than usual during Season of the Deep. The reason for this is simple: without the seasonal Power climb, and with the requirement level changes we added during Season 19, we believe we can successfully launch them earlier. Grandmasters are coming on Week 4, and that means you'll have a chance to earn Exotic materials and Adept weapons starting next Tuesday, June 13.Note that this is only for the Weekly Grandmasters. The Conqueror gilding node is still planned to open in Week 7. So, get ready to face The Lightblade if you are aiming to get the Adept version of the Wendigo GL3 Heavy Grenade Launcher next week. And in case you are wondering, The Loaded Question Fusion Rifle and the Braytech Osprey Rocket Launcher will be featured in the following two weeks.

Some Fixes Coming Next Week
The Destiny 2 Update 7.1.0.2 will be deployed on June 13. Although we'll have our usual patch notes available the moment it's available, we wanted to give you a preview of some of the implemented fixes.First, a reminder that the extra reward awarded by the weekly Last Wish quest, the one handed by Hawthorne, was not intentional, so it's going away. TRIALS OF OSIRIS EMBLEM
The Dazzling Iridescence Trials emblem was meant to be rewarded to the best of the best, those who could go Flawless while earning a Flight of the Pigeon medal (lead in score for the entire game) in every win along the way. Ultimately, an issue caused this emblem to be awarded to anyone who made it to the Lighthouse at all which, while still a challenging endeavor, made seeing the emblem a little more common than we had hoped. In this upcoming patch, we will have a fix for this which is two-fold:- Starting with Week 4’s Trials (June 16) the emblem will no longer drop from the Flawless chest for those who have not achieved the requirements on their way to the Lighthouse.
- Those who already have the emblem (meaning those players who went Flawless in Week 1 or who go Flawless in this upcoming weekend) will be able to retain the emblem in their collections but will not be able to equip the emblem unless they complete the requirements AFTER the patch has gone live.
ADVANCED FOCUSING
Due to an issue causing Exotic focusing to not grant intended rewards, we have temporarily disabled Advanced Decryption focusing. Precision Decryption focusing will continue to be available as we investigate.EVERVERSE INTERFACE

- Players can get stuck outside of the final boss arena after self-reviving in the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon.
- Spending Salvage Keys after a Salvage activity is not providing progress toward the "Spend Salvage Keys" Triumph and is instead progressing the "Spend Deep Dive Keys" Triumph.
- The Bump in the Night Weapon Pattern Triumph requires the Season 17 Season Pass.
- The Standard Fare bounty does not gain progress on Kinetic weapon kills.

- The Verity’s Brow perk “The Fourth Magic” is not functioning correctly in PvP.

Looking for a resource that will explain everything on the character sheet. The one that is really bothering me is under "melee strikes" there's a weird battle axe looking box with no indication as to what it actually is. Also, no explanation as to wtf the weapon:_____ axe head shape = STR:___ PROF___ TEML ITEM___ like I get what str, prof, teml, all are, but what the hell is item? And why is it set up like an equation, it's indicating there's a formula to go there, but no explanation as to what the hell it is.
Neither the book or any videos seem to be explaining it. I don't need to know what weapon traits do what, I need to know what the stupid unlabeled box in the character sheet is for, and why I can't find anything on it in any videos. I also can't find a single pre-filled 2ed character sheet online anywhere either. Seriously, how hard is it to just explain what is actually on the sheet? CoC did it, it's not impossible.

Late at night on Monday, the 5th of June 2023, I tried to kill myself. This wasn't some rash or impulsive attempt nor did I really want to die – I just wanted all the pain to stop. After taking a few weeks to grapple with my personal ethics, my spirituality, tying up some loose ends, etc.. I gave myself permission to surrender to my mental health. Late at night I walked to a 60ft tall bridge locally. Climbed up the rail, verbalized my sorries to the few who cared, broke down and jumped.
As soon as I stepped off, time slowed down. This wasn't in my hands anymore. Everything almost stopped and falling felt like an eternity. Then suddenly I was overcome with snapshots of moments in life – all the bad memories, then all the good memories, and future. All the negative emotions washed away as I fell and I was overcome by peace. Multiple realizations hit me – I am not as bad of a person as I thought I was, my life had meaning, I will be remembered positively by someone, and everything was going to be ok. I hit the water and felt like I was thrown to wait in this tiny box. Then this warm feeling came over me. Never saw the light or anything, but this presence told me it wasn't my time yet. That my journey is not done, and this isn't over. After some time I woke up underwater and managed to get my head up, float for awhile as I caught my breath, and got out. Walked home to my apartment and checked the damage. I was bruised something awful and moving hurt.
I've shown up to work since and realized my coworkers like me. I hang out with my friends tomorrow. I've told nobody anything and don't think I can yet. But this experience is crushing me and I have to get it out.

As soon as I stepped off, time slowed down. This wasn't in my hands anymore. Everything almost stopped and falling felt like an eternity. Then suddenly I was overcome with snapshots of moments in life – all the bad memories, then all the good memories, and future. All the negative emotions washed away as I fell and I was overcome by peace. Multiple realizations hit me – I am not as bad of a person as I thought I was, my life had meaning, I will be remembered positively by someone, and everything was going to be ok. I hit the water and felt like I was thrown to wait in this tiny box. Then this warm feeling came over me. Never saw the light or anything, but this presence told me it wasn't my time yet.
