I am thinking of getting my first ever manual car which also means I will learn how to drive manual on it. I am tiptoeing between fk8 type R or VA STI. It would be my winteDD car to complement my dream car (c6 z06) which I am planning to get in the distant future (5-6 years from now). I live in eastern Canada where we get deep snow during winters.
Which of these cars resemble what it's like to drive a c6 z06 (i.e. how heavy or light the clutch is, how much feedback does the steering wheel gives?) I want to practice so I can properly control the c6 z06.

Barry Allen, also known as The Flash, had encountered many dangers in his time as a superhero. He had fought against enemies with incredible powers, aliens invading his Earth, and even transcended through different timelines. But nothing could have prepared him for the horror that was the zombie apocalypse.
Barry had been on a mission to save Central City from an experimental virus, but things had gone terribly wrong. The virus had mutated and spread at an alarming rate, turning people into ravenous flesh-eating zombies. In a matter of days, the city was overrun with the undead, and Barry found himself in an impossible situation.
He zipped through the city with lightning-fast speed, dodging hordes of zombies and searching for his friends and family, including his wife Iris. Barry had lost count by now of how many times he had to save her from danger. Despite her strong will and determination, Iris was no match for the undead.
The once-busy streets had been reduced to a wasteland, with rubble and debris littering the way. Buildings had collapsed, leaving survivors stranded and vulnerable to attack. The smell of rotting flesh filled the air, making it difficult for Barry to keep his superhuman speed and focus.
As he weaved through the city, Barry saw a group of survivors huddled in an abandoned warehouse. He recognized a few of them, including Cisco Ramon, Caitlin Snow, and Dr. Harrison Wells. They had barricaded themselves in and were passing around weapons to protect themselves.
"Barry!" Cisco shouted, relieved to see him. "Good to see you, man! We thought you were dead for sure!"
"It's not over yet," Barry replied, breathless. "Do you guys have a plan?"
Dr. Wells, the one who had created the experimental virus, looked defeated. "Our transmissions to the outside world have been jammed. We're trapped here. We have some supplies, but we don't know how long they'll last."
"Let's focus on what we can do," Barry said, pulling out a map of the city. "We need to find a way out of the city and get to the CDC lab. They might have a cure or something that can help us."
The group made their way through the city, avoiding the hordes of zombies and using their weapons to fend off any that got too close. Barry's superhuman speed proved to be a huge asset, as he was able to dodge the zombies and clear a path for the others.
They made it to the outskirts of the city, where they found a military blockade. They were denied access and told that the area was under martial law.
"We need to get past this," Barry said, determined. "They have to listen to us."
Before anyone could stop him, Barry zipped past the checkpoint and approached the soldiers. "Please, you have to let us through. We're trying to save lives."

- Constant server crashes
- Slow menu loading times in MUT next gen
- Opponent quitting before kick off results in auto loss for you in MUT
- Ultimate Legends 99 OVR UL set is bugged in MUT
- Teams wearing the same uniform crashes the game in MUT
- EA failed to release color rushes in the store or sets in MUT due to this glitch that was never fixed
- "You could turn abilities/xfactors on during the halftime adjustments and those abilities/xfactors still wouldn't be active. And yes I made sure I was within the limit
- Entire team disappearing after a solo battle or H2H game. There were 222 CCS charge points added or refreshed in May 2023, which is up from 171 in April. For comparison, there were only 74 new CCS charge points in May 2022. Things are speeding up.
"What about CCS charging at Tesla superchargers?" Tesla is in the process of rolling out their "magic dock" for non-Tesla cars, but so far in very few locations. If they start doing this at scale and reporting it to the Alternative Fuels Data Center then it will be reflected here.
"What about Ford vehicles with NACS (Tesla) plugs?" They are not on sale yet. Current-generation Ford vehicles have CCS plugs. The next generation will have NACS (Tesla) plugs, but will also support CCS via an adapter.

These are not in any particular order - some may have come a few weeks ago, some today.
But I do have good news: I did NOT work on cards at all this weekend, because I spent Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday all doing amazing fun things with my wife as we kicked off our celebration of Pride month. For those who don't know, we currently have two houses, in two different states, one where she mostly lives (in the U.S. Pacific Northwest) and one where I mostly live (in the U.S. Southwest, known as the Cactus Cathouse). We are gearing up to sell our northern outpost house and live together in the Cactus Cathouse, and this was sort of our "last hurrah" weekend before showings and whatnot really get started.
But now, I'm trying to get cardthings caught up so that I'm not trying to deal with them during the eventual relocation, starting with these thanks and hopefully progressing on to a request and an offer tomorrow as time permits.
Also, someone in this (long) list sent me a lovely, large rainbow snail vinyl sticker, but I couldn't tell whose mail it came from. (Maybe u/amyt13?) Anyway, whoever you are, I appreciate you immensely and I'm sorry for not organizing myself better.

I also loved your separate letter talking about the things you make. I do journal, sometimes, but I suffer from the problem of all notebook and journal-havers... I hate to USE the beautiful books I have lest I "mess them up!" What really helped me get out of that mindset somewhat was actually the Happy Planner notebooks, because I felt like I could always remove pages and rearrange! And now I am getting into bookbinding and I feel like that helps too because I can more easily make things "modular" and not have the fear of ruining a whole gigantic book right off the bat. I know that's perfectionism talking and I am working on getting rid of that mindset altogether, but for now, baby steps. And HUGE congrats on what you've sold, you definitely have a customer in me if you get an online store set up! Finally, thank you for the lovely oracle reading, which (unsurprisingly) was just what I needed to hear now, tonight, as I write this! But I do have good news: I did NOT work on cards at all this weekend, because I spent Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday all doing amazing fun things with my wife as we kicked off our celebration of Pride month. For those who don't know, we currently have two houses, in two different states, one where she mostly lives (in the U.S. Pacific Northwest) and one where I mostly live (in the U.S. Southwest, known as the Cactus Cathouse). We are gearing up to sell our northern outpost house and live together in the Cactus Cathouse, and this was sort of our "last hurrah" weekend before showings and whatnot really get started.
But now, I'm trying to get cardthings caught up so that I'm not trying to deal with them during the eventual relocation, starting with these thanks and hopefully progressing on to a request and an offer tomorrow as time permits.
Also, someone in this (long) list sent me a lovely, large rainbow snail vinyl sticker, but I couldn't tell whose mail it came from. (Maybe u/amyt13?) Anyway, whoever you are, I appreciate you immensely and I'm sorry for not organizing myself better.

We live in Texas currently and I really want to relocate. My husband has suggested Virginia. I honestly don't know much about this state so I guess I'm just looking for some insight.
I want to move because we have a 1 year who loves to be active and play outside. Texas is so hot in the summers. It's early June and we went to the park at 930am but it was already like 90 outside and we didn't even last 30 minutes. I feel like if we relocate somewhere that has more of the typical four seasons of weather, he would have a better life. I love to be outside; hiking, rafting, fishing, skiing/snowboarding (don't know how to but would love to learn!). I would move to Colorado in a heartbeat for the outdoors but it's very expensive...
I'm also done with the Texas politics. I can't stand the absurd book bans, the abortion and women's rights chaos and the gun situation is out of control. The shooting that happened in Allen, TX was 8 minutes from our house and it's really freaked me out. I don't think I can handle sending my son to school in Texas. The whole country has a gun problem but I think Texas is one of the worst.
I would just like some advice from those whom live in Virginia on whether it's a good place for a young family. Schools, outdoor activities, best areas, weather, safety, etc. I don't really know what to ask.
I will say, your state looks beautiful and I think I'd love to live there.
UPDATE- updating based on the comments. Dang y'all are so friendly, I already love this idea more! A little about me, I was born in Scotland and we moved to Texas so that's all I've known. But looking at Virginia, it feels like I'd love the forests and having my son grow up a little more like I did. Cost of living wise, we can afford a decent area, but Colorado you're looking at million+ and that we definitely can't do. Politics..I mean no state is perfect, as y'all noted but from the comments it sounds like it would be just less of the constant trump, maga, religion shoved down your throat and the 2nd amendment above kids lives BS. I'm also not opposed to some heat and snow. I actually really like the cold, but I don't want blizzard level all winter long. Summers are meant to be hot, so that's fine, it's just Texas it's either hot as hell or freezing. There's no spring or fall expect for like MAYBE two weeks of the year.
