2023.06.10 01:48 oldtreecutter13 I had ChatGPT predict tonight's setlist...
Last night I was messing around with ChatGPT and decided to feed it every setlist so far from the tour and then asked it to generate a predicted setlist for tonight.
Here is what it predicts will be the setlist tonight based on the tour so far:
SET 1:
- Shakedown Street
- Bertha
- Feel Like a Stranger
- Cold Rain and Snow
- They Love Each Other
- Brown-Eyed Women
- Mississippi Half-Step Uptown Toodeloo
- Jack Straw
SET 2:
- Sugaree
- Scarlet Begonias
- Eyes of the World
- Estimated Prophet
- Drums
- Space
- The Other One
- Franklin's Tower
ENCORE:
- Touch of Grey
Will be fun to see how correct it is tonight. I'm going to feed ChatGPT the results of how it did tonight after the show to see if it can predict tomorrow's show as well!

2023.06.09 23:05 Clean_Possibility_83 Final Setlist prediction!
| I know tonight is a bit of a one-off show but I feel like they will generally stick to the same setlist for the majority of the NA tour with FiR and AoF so here is my prediction for what we’re gonna hear! Quite similar to what they’ve played at the few festival dates but with a couple of additions obviously without making the set too long, let me know what you think! submitted by Clean_Possibility_83 to avengedsevenfold [link] [comments] |

Phish, Tuesday 06/09/2009 (14 years ago) Asheville Civic Center, Asheville, NC, USA
Gap Chart, Tour: 2009 Early Summer Tour
Set 1 : Kill Devil Falls , The Moma Dance , Sample in a Jar , Stash , Dog Faced Boy , Gumbo , Tube , Lengthwise , Divided Sky , When the Cactus is in Bloom 1 , Bold As Love
Set 2 : Backwards Down the Number Line > Ghost > Fast Enough for You , Halley's Comet > Maze , Alaska 1 , Theme From the Bottom , Golgi Apparatus , Possum
Encore : Loving Cup
1 Phish debut.
Jamchart Notes:
Backwards Down the Number Line - "Type I" version with great strumming by Trey and a short outro jam that > to "Ghost."
Show Notes:
This show featured the Phish debuts of When the Cactus is in Bloom and Alaska. Before Dog Faced Boy, Trey explained that while living with Fish, he wrote Dog Faced Boy, Tube and Gumbo based on entries in one of Fish's journals. During Dog Faced Boy, Fish left his drum kit and lay down in front of the stage because he didn't need to sing the song. Lengthwise (performed a cappella ) was played for the first time since July 28, 1998 (233 shows). Bold as Love was played for the first time since October 6, 2000 (74 shows).

Phish, Friday 06/09/2000 (23 years ago) On Air East, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, , Japan
Gap Chart, Tour: 2000 Summer Japan Tour
Set 1 : Axilla > Taste , Billy Breathes , Poor Heart > Golgi Apparatus > Funky Bitch , The Moma Dance > First Tube > Chalk Dust Torture
Set 2 : Tweezer , Bouncing Around the Room 1 , The Mango Song , The Squirming Coil > Gotta Jibboo > Meatstick 2 > Tweezer Reprise
Encore : You Enjoy Myself
1 Brief outro solo from Trey, which replaced the usual closing guitar lick. 2 First Meatstick to feature Japanese lyrics.
Jamchart Notes:
Funky Bitch - Atypically improvisational must-hear monster.
Chalk Dust Torture - Winning fans in Japan. This huge first-set-closing version raises hell and ends, but then there's a second ending that concludes cacophonously.
Tweezer - Atypically slow but monstrously improvisational version that has several peaks and valleys before speeding-up and concluding in a melodic, triumphant, must-fucking-hear manner.
The Mango Song - Ending jam segment stretches the limits of the basic jam with some nice rhythmic variation, but still stays "in bounds."
You Enjoy Myself - Deeeep, funky jam/groove, and the return of the B&D; segment!
Show Notes:
The Moma Dance included Funky Bitch teases and Tweezer included Funk #49 teases. This was the first ever Meatstick to feature Japanese lyrics and Trey flubbed the words while attempting to sing them. Bouncing included a brief outro solo from Trey, which replaced the usual closing guitar lick. This show was re- broadcast on Japanese television.

Phish, Friday 06/09/1995 (28 years ago) Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Morrison, CO, USA
Gap Chart, Tour: 1995 Summer Tour
Set 1 : My Friend, My Friend , Divided Sky , Strange Design > The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > AC/DC Bag > Theme From the Bottom , Taste , Sparkle > Run Like an Antelope
Set 2 : Split Open and Melt , The Wedge , Scent of a Mule , Cavern > David Bowie , Acoustic Army , Sweet Adeline , Slave to the Traffic Light
Encore : The Squirming Coil
Jamchart Notes:
Run Like an Antelope - Unusual jam. Sort of off-key. Sort of evil. Dissonant and anti-melodic. No real peak; it just fades into "Rocco."
Split Open and Melt - Improvisational playing in several sections tests the rhythmic and melodic standards for "SOAM" in this solid version.
Show Notes:
Part of the soundcheck's jam consisted of 25 or 6 to 4.

Phish, Thursday 06/09/1994 (29 years ago) Triad Amphitheater, Salt Lake City, UT, USA
Gap Chart, Tour: 1994 Summer Tour
Set 1 : Llama , Guelah Papyrus , Rift , Down with Disease > It's Ice > If I Could > Maze , Fee 1 , Suzy Greenberg
Set 2 : Split Open and Melt , Glide > Julius , Halley's Comet -> Scent of a Mule , Ginseng Sullivan 2 , Mike's Song > I Am Hydrogen > Weekapaug Groove , Golgi Apparatus
Encore : Highway to Hell
1 Trey sang verses through megaphone. 2 Acoustic and without microphones. Fish on Madonna washboard.
Jamchart Notes:
It's Ice - Good rocking jam with excellent Fish and solid Trey (of course Page is great).
Mike's Song - The 1st jam is rocking and ass kicking, with a clever little "Tweeprise"-like walk up. The 2nd jam is basically a non-vocal version of something very "Simple"-like. Just listen and you'll hear it. The return to "Mike's" has more crazed '94 scream-infused power action.
Show Notes:
Trey sang the verses of Fee through a megaphone. Ginseng Sullivan was performed acoustic without microphones and featured Fish on Madonna washboard.

Phish, Saturday 06/09/1990 (33 years ago) The Wetlands Preserve, New York, NY, USA

Set 1 : Possum , Lawn Boy > Reba , Dinner and a Movie > Bouncing Around the Room > Tweezer , Uncle Pen > Mike's Song > I Am Hydrogen > Weekapaug Groove
Set 2 : Whole Lotta Love Jam > Harry Hood , The Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday > Avenu Malkenu > La Grange , Fee -> Foam , The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > Suzy Greenberg > Run Like an Antelope , Hold Your Head Up > Terrapin > Hold Your Head Up , Harpua , Good Times Bad Times
Encore : Take the 'A' Train > Contact
Jamchart Notes:
Foam - -> in from "Fee." Groovy and excellent Page section with solid backing from Mike and Fish. It's all good from there.
Run Like an Antelope - Good exploratory version that gets nicely beyond the standard. Great tension, dissonance and experimental jamming.
Show Notes:
Harpua included Funkytown teases and 'A' Train contained a Dixie tease from Trey. The band launched into the second set-opening Whole Lotta Love Jam as the DJ had been spinning the original Zeppelin version. The opening act was The Aquarium Rescue Unit.

2023.06.08 22:32 Financial_Arugula731 Glastonbury Predictions?
Elton says he’ll be playing a very different Setlist and I was wondering what you’ll think he’ll play. He’s rehearsing the set at the Wembley arena so it’s most likely going to be more than shifting his farewell set around.
I predict he’ll play:
- Honky Cat
- Daniel
- Tonight
- Nikita
- Sacrifice
- Believe
- I Want Love
As for guests, I could see Dua Lipa and Kiki again, maybe Lady Gaga,

2023.06.08 18:03 pvtherman June 08, 2023, Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON, Canada Tour Thread [Setlist, Media, Discussion]
And we have officially crossed over the 49th parallel north to reach the only Canadian gig on this entire tour! That's right, Paramore, Bloc Party and Genesis Owusu have entered into Toronto for the tour! Now the air quality health index for Toronto is well not great at the moment; readings are coming in at high risk, so try to minimise your time outdoors if you can. So probably best to uh, get into Scotiabank arena as soon as possible. Unfortunately I have no idea when the line-up time is again for this arena. Scotiabank Arena's venue website isn't mentioning when the queuing time starts on tonight's gig page. Do take care Toronto; wearing a mask can be helpful for enduring the outdoors for today, recommended from experts from the news articles I'm reading at the moment. Still I hope the air doesn't put a damper on tonight's mood. Toronto, do not slouch because as the sole representative of Canada on this tour
(because no other Canadian cities exist, nope, none at all) scream extra loud so that you can drown out all the US fans that have been partying it up on this tour. Scream extra loud for all the Canadian blocheads that can't be there as well. Anyways make some noise Toronto and please give a warm Canadian welcome to Paramore, Bloc Party and Genesis Owusu to the Scotiabank Arena tonight! Enjoy the gig Toronto and if you're going out, tell us how the gig went afterwards and grab a setlist on your way out. Enjoy the show Toronto!
[Times - are a rough ETA (symbol ~ means "around that time"/rough ETA)] - Line-up to enter starts at ~??:00pm
- Doors open at ~6:00pm
- Genesis Owusu opens at ~7:00 pm (rough estimate only, based on previous times)
- Bloc Party ~7:50 pm (rough estimate only, based on previous times)
- Paramore ~9:00 pm (rough estimate only, based on previous times)

Phish, Friday 06/08/2012 (11 years ago) DCU Center, Worcester, MA, USA
Gap Chart, Tour: 2012 Early Summer Tour
Set 1 : Free , Kill Devil Falls , Roses Are Free > Theme From the Bottom > Axilla > Julius , Bouncing Around the Room , Maze , Bathtub Gin
Set 2 : Down with Disease 1 > Sand -> Nellie Kane , Mike's Song > Makisupa Policeman 2 > Weekapaug Groove , Wading in the Velvet Sea , Also Sprach Zarathustra , Character Zero
Encore : The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony > Suzy Greenberg
1 Unfinished. 2 Keyword was "Sour Diesel."
Jamchart Notes:
Roses Are Free - A very nice melodic jam that turns dark develops as "Roses" proper is winding down.
Julius - Proving again that less is more (at least for "Julius"), Trey's nimble, amped-down playing provides interesting texture, and creates better suspension awaiting the inevitable re-build.
Bathtub Gin - In a bit of a nod to the old, pre-August '93 days, the jam begins with decelerating tempo and downward sloping melodies. At 7:30, the jam shifts into the more familiar, uptempo "modern" "Gin" jam. Cool version. Check out 11/16/91 if you doubt.
Also Sprach Zarathustra - Stellar 3.0 version. Trey's delicate soloing is inspired and fresh and Page fills in all the right gaps. Simply gorgeous.
Show Notes:
Mike teased Sundown in Bathtub Gin. Down with Disease was unfinished. Makisupa's keyword was "Sour Diesel." 2001 contained Sand teases from Fish and Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine and Mike's Song teases from Trey.

Phish, Wednesday 06/08/2011 (12 years ago) Darien Lake, Darien Center, NY, USA
Gap Chart, Tour: 2011 Early Summer Tour
Set 1 : Nellie Kane , Mellow Mood , Buffalo Bill , Kill Devil Falls , Wolfman's Brother , Rift , Undermind , Ride Captain Ride , It's Ice > Dog Faced Boy , Brian and Robert > 46 Days , Limb By Limb , Character Zero
Set 2 : Golden Age > Mike's Song > Fast Enough for You > Weekapaug Groove , What's the Use? > Theme From the Bottom > Backwards Down the Number Line > Also Sprach Zarathustra > Harry Hood
Encore : Good Times Bad Times
Jamchart Notes:
Weekapaug Groove - "Golden Age" teases are followed by a nice funky breakdown jam with great Page and Mike. At the end, Trey sustains a note which carries into "What's The Use."
Also Sprach Zarathustra - "Golden Age," "Happy Birthday," and "WTU?" teases worked in perfectly, along with a serious syncopated throwdown, make this one a must hear. Play this to impress others.
Harry Hood - A very solid jam, building from start to end, and thus in good company with 5/6/90, 11/30/95, 2/18/97, 8/8/98, and 11/27/09.
Show Notes:
Weekapaug contained Golden Age teases. Also Sprach Zarathustra contained Golden Age, Happy Birthday and What's the Use? teases. In the soundcheck (which was played on Kevin Shapiro's From the Archives #15(b) show on 7/1/11 from SBIX ), Funky Bitch contained alternate lyrics, Dream On contained a brief Stairway to Heaven tease and "Old Zealand" alternate lyrics, and The Pendulum had Two Princes quotes.

Set 2 : Simple > Rift > Free > Bouncing Around the Room > Tweezer -> Lifeboy > Poor Heart > Julius
Encore : Good Times Bad Times
1 No whistling. 2 Debut.
Jamchart Notes:
Runaway Jim - After some "Third Stone From The Sun" (Hendrix) teases from Trey, this one gets out beyond the norm.
Prince Caspian - Debut includes a short instrumental bridge. The ending jam section and closing chords were added in 1996.
Tweezer - Another wacky "type II" version that is worth hearing if you're an aficionado of Phish improv.
Show Notes:
Runaway Jim contained Third Stone from the Sun teases. Reba did not have the whistling ending. This show marked the debut of Prince Caspian. Page teased The Sabre Dance in Tweezer. This gig was originally scheduled for the outdoor Wolf Mountain Amphitheatre in Park City; due to a late spring snowstorm, the day before the show took place it was moved to the indoor Delta Center.

2023.06.08 03:44 JamesC_777 Opinions about tonight’s setlist
I don’t think it’s bad. I think it’s fairly good. The songs on it are great (purity, eyeless, blister) but the order of the songs seem weird. No way Slipknot plays people=shit straight after purity then surfacing. Then comes back to play duality and spit it out. It just seems off. I’m really suprised their encore didn’t start with sic since they haven’t played it in a while. I’m also extremely suprised and never would of thought that they’d open with the blister exists. I thought they’d open with the dying song.I think it has to grow on me for a bit. What do you guys think?

2023.06.07 22:41 Comfortable_Fix_4177 Call it quits
Half of the self titled line-up are gone now, it doesn’t feel like Slipknot anymore. Call it quits whilst you’re still on top in my opinion. I love the guys but I’m so so gutted about the Craig news…
EDIT
Now that it’s cooled, albeit having the announcement removed? They’ll go on and they’ll do well, because of course they will. I’m just deeply disappointed with the news. A slight overreaction? Of course, emotions run high. I love this band, I love their music. I just hope we have some more information this time and they don’t hide it away and make it vague, like they did with Joey and Chris.
All the best to them, the setlist tonight looked killer.

2023.06.07 16:13 philip-lurkin Denver show
It was so good! After "Want" Robert smirked and shrugged at the crowd:
"It's a weird setlist tonight... sorry... it's a bit silly ... but it's a good one!"
If Only Tonight We Could Sleep, Kyoto Song, Prayers for Rain... (!) Lots of strange surprises.
Saw so many 50-ish year old parents with their teen kids. Warmed my heart. Took a video of Just Like Heaven for my 3 year old ("Showme showme" is one of her favorite songs). Will bring her to the next US tour in 2032 or whenever they come back... (!)

2023.06.07 09:35 dontqq June 7rd, 2023 Malieveld The Hague, The Netherlands [Setlist, Media, Discussion]
General Info The European stadium tour continues, with tonight's stop being in the beautifull dutch city of The Hague. At Malieveld, Muse will give their biggest outdoor show so far in this tour. Around 60.000~tickets are sold for this concert. In the past, the dutch got some nice suprises in the setlist from muse (the void with the simulation theory, liberation last year in Carre Amsterdam). Will tonight be the same and maybe Euphoria makes a debut or will we get the standard setlist with the rotation spots? The weather looks nice, around 18-22 degrees with sun and sometimes a bit cloudy in the evening (better for the lightshow)
Enjoy the gig and stay safe to those of you going!
There will be no official livestream of the show.
Discuss the gig in real time in this thread and on the

2023.06.07 08:47 pussywsn my portals concert experience! (san francisco show)
hey guys so my show was today and i just wanted to give you guys a little rundown of my experience.
for context me and my friend arrived at the venue at 11AM and there was about 30 people ahead of us in the GA line.
PROS:
- they let us get merch early instead of after doors or after the show. they divided us in sections and groups and let us get the merch like that. i would like to say the merch was limited so if you wanted more options you would have to go inside. this was great though because we got what we wanted and didn’t have to wait in a line after the show.
- the opener is AMAZING! the band is so great and main singer sounds like heaven. the sf show seemed really into them as well so it was great for all of us to jam along with them despite not knowing the lyrics.
- melanie was amazing. despite people’s concerns with the setlist, to me the concert felt very much worth my money. she is such a good performer when it comes to stage presence! while i would have loved to see her face i applaud her for really sticking with the theme. seeing songs like; pluto, nymphology, battle of larynx, live is a DIFFERENT feeling. i could feel the songs vibrate in my bones no lie😭
- the sf crowd gave wonderful energy. when you guys watch videos you have to understand that a lot of these videos/lives don’t pick up the crowd as well as you’ll hear it in person. even with my earbuds on they were so loud and the energy was just remarkable!!
- SHE HELD UP A PRIDE FLAG WOOO!!! i know it’s not like a pro as in experience but it was still so great to see her do this during pride month. it means so much to me & the rest lgbt community so thank you melanie!!
CONS:
- unfortunately there was a lot of cutting in the GA line which sucks but is exactly what i expected.
- the shoving… i was in the pit with my friend, we were frontish middle of the pit. the shoving was CRAZY. i get everyone was excited but it was way too much. i was constantly saying sorry to the people around me because i was getting shoved from behind into them. someone ended up passing out during powder and the girls around me looked very nauseous and distraught. i’m not saying this happened from the shoving but i definitely think it was apart of it. we were all stuck against each other, body to body and it got extremely hard to breathe.
- phones!! now i don’t have a problem with recording i really don’t mind. you paid and you have every right. what i do think is that it can be kind of shitty to the people around you when you have your phone out the ENTIRE time, the entire time. because that’s exactly what happened tonight unfortunately. while i do think you have every right to record, be considerate of the people around you as well!
- ears, hair, fans, hats, posters, etc. this ties into the last one but just be considerate of the people around you. take off your hats and if your ears are big take them off as well. it’s hard enough for a lot of people to see even without all these things but with these things in the way the view can almost be impossible.
regardless of the cons i had the best night EVER! melanie was so great and even my friend who isn’t a melanie fan enjoyed it so much. thank you for reading !!

2023.06.07 08:08 pvtherman June 07, 2023, Little Caesars Arena, Detroit, MI, United States Tour Thread [Setlist, Media, Discussion]
And Paramore's tour rides into Detroit tonight, how are you doing Detroit? Doing well I hope. From what I've been reading off of Little Caesars Arena's webite, tickets should've already been picked up fans several months ago, followed by the general public. But hey, if you somehow haven't picked up one yet and still want to go, there seems to be some resales still available from the venue's website via ticketmaster (again, pricing might be higher than initial face-value). Anyways Detroit I hope you've cleared out your evening for tonight's gig, because I don't even know the line-up/queue-up time for tonight's gig from looking and reading at Little Caesars Arena's venue website and twitter. Perhaps they'll say it in the morning? In any case, I suggest coming to the venue a little early. I also have no idea if there are going to be early morning GA (General Admission wristbands) like at all the other previous stadium gigs so far. The venue's website is so fucking useless (no actual hate intended, I swear it's relevant, keep reading). But Detroit, I hope you're ready to welcome and rock out with Paramore, Bloc Party and Genesis Owusu tonight at the arena! Just plan ahead, in case anything comes up. Also something interesting to note for the Blocheads. Bloc Party actually pulled out Positive Tension for Indianapolis's gig a couple of nights ago. Positive Tension which surprisingly, they haven't touched since 2019 (the end of the Silent Alarm anniversary tour). Yes Bloc Party have only just played Positive Tension recently for this entire tour (2022-2023) at the request of Paramore's frontwoman Hayley Williams herself! That's just really cool of Hayley to convince Bloc to bring Positive Tension back onto the setlist, great choice! An original Silent Alarm single classic (you see what I did there?
okay I'll go back in the corner with my jokes). So who knows what might happen on Bloc Party's setlist for tonight's gig? Again, thanks to Hayley for the PT request! Anyways Detroit, enjoy Paramore, Bloc Party and Genesis Owusu tonight, and if you're going out to the gig, tell us all about it below and see if you can grab a setlist on your way out!
Also just a heads-up, careful while out tonight. The air quality index (AQI) is poor atm, so try to stay safe tonight!
