Im a huge fan of the Dark Elves, I read all the Malus Novels, and its annoying me how CA just throws the old toys for the new ones, the new slave mechanic weakens them, new powerful enemeis like Valkia and that Dwarf i cant remember, why didnt the high elves get that nerf, why surround them by new enemies with every patch while they get worse? Malus was one of the worst dlcs all the work went to Snich and his skill tree while Malus’s look like trash, no actual interesting cold one buffs, just a generic lord when Malus is one of the most covered Characters in the DE Lord.

I am a Sales Manager at a local manufacturing plant. I know and I'm very much underpaid on the current position I'm in (I'm only paid 30k a month for basic and allowances).

1) Building a CRM (FROM SCRATCH) for an ease of communication between department each closed sale.
2) Building their own corporate emails using Office 365 since they've been using free email domains lang before and telegram for comms. I also maintain these programs kasi yung IT department namen is di nila kaya yung complexity ng maintenance so I would rather do it myself instead of having a feeling that they would mess it up.
3) Re-arranging the step by step process of each sales we do to make it more efficient.
4) Creating a chatbot on all channels possible to make sure that all of the conversations within our client would be filtered.
5) Automated email alerts from all people from the organization if in any case they have pending works.
6) Recreating the standards of the company's conversation to clients via Quality and Compliance guidelines.
7) Also have a few roles on marketing specifically creating materials and strategies to boost our sales.
8) Reaching sales quotas with flying colors every month.
9) Ambagal ng computer nila kaya dala ko nalang lagi laptop ko jusko celeron gaming yarn.
10) Handling a team of Sales Chat, Client Visit Reps, Sales Voice Rep and Sales Agents.
11) And the typical reports a Sales Manager would do.
So, I know I've been doing things outside my JD but I would always wants what's the best for the company and I hope they would do the same thing for me too.
I've been here for 4 months na, and on my regularization I would definitely demand a higher salary. The question would be how much ? What would be your suggestion on what rate should I be paid by the company? Thanks!

Hey guys, i have a doubt regarding my mom's last name in some of her documents.
her last name is DEVI in our home registry papers and in the land mutation papers (dakhil kharij), we have our home in her name. while her adhar card and pan card, even bank have her real last name, which is shared by me, my father, and his family, and also my mom's family.
also, her voter id have devi as her last name, because back in the day, people would give devi as a last name to married women. (IG?)
my question is will it ever make matter complicated in future, if she takes a loan or somehing? or in general?? like in documentations or for me as her kid?

In a curious detached way he is always eager for a gossip, and we talked of Yeats and Lady Gregory for a long time, and of our walk round the lake, Edward rousing from my description of the swans to ask me where I had left the poet.

One day he spoke of Propertius, and the beauty of the name led me to ask Father James if I might read him, and not receiving a satisfactory answer, my curiosity was stimulated and Caesar studied diligently for a month.
Shall I know enough Latin in six months to read Propertius? It will be many years before you will be able to read him. He is a very difficult writer. Could Martin Blake read Propertius?
Martin Blake was Father James's other pupil, and these Blakes are neighbours of ours, and live on the far side of Carnacun. I’m only up to chapter 14 in reading Arc 6, but for real this is a good arc so far. But there is one thing that is a bit confusing that I may have read a bit wrong. So far I know the basic summary of what happened was [spoiler] Subaru and co return to the mansion, prepare to go to the Watchtower. Subaru, Emilia, unconscious Rem, Beatrice, Meili, Ram, Julius and Echidna in Anastasia’s body go to the Augria Sand Dunes. They stop at an Inn in Mirula overnight, then set off the next morning. The group manage to get past Sand Time with Meili using her DP to evade the Sand Worms and get close to the Watchtower. But they end up in the flower field which is basically a horde of Courtesan Bears. Subaru get killed twice by Shaula’s hellsnipe from the watchtower, the second time he uses Invisble Providence to wipe away Beatrice’s tears. The third try they manage to evade the bears but get bombarded by Shaula’s attacks. When the group reaches the end of the flower field, they get separated and swallowed up into the underground tunnels. Subaru, Ram, Anastasia and Patrasche try to navigate through the tunnels and encounter the Gabaou (I’m a WN reader and I know that was cut from the LN, but I prefer the raw unedited stuff). One thing I’m a bit unsure about are the ice towers Emilia created. Did she create those to be markers for the amount of land the group crossed and light that destroyed them, was that Shaula’s doing? I just need confirmation is all because I may have skimmed across that a bit
But overall, Arc 6 is super hype and awesome so far and I cannot wait to read the rest

Hello, I graduated two years ago but i am having trouble landing a position anywhere, even internships. So many tell me something will come up but from what I see, all of the animation opportunities are mainly in California or Vancouver, there are even events like LightBox Expo that are held (I remember during the pandemic LightBox Expo was held virtually and I was able to go and it was genuinely a lot of fun) but my concern is do I have to move to locations where the studios are at to get notice? I know I won’t get a position right away if I do decide to move but will it increase my chances?
I know there’s remote positions but those can be VERY competitive and it’s hard to contact recruiters to network with.
Honestly, I’d prefer not to move since in my culture, family is an important aspect and I don’t think I have the heart or courage to got to a different locations hundreds of miles away from my family. Not to mention, i am afraid that if I do change locations, things will go wrong and it will all be for nothing. I’m afraid, actually. I’m very passionate about the industry and animation but i fear that i won’t get notice, even with my portfolio.
I would love advice from people who have been or are in a similar situation as me and what did you do or what do you plan on doing.
