So a friend and I have been looking over the Song of Ice and Fire books, only to learn that the system is no longer supported, it is no longer played. My friend has regaled me with many tales concerning the system and learning this was incredibly disheartening, but I learned to live with it. In our own time we learned that system was taken down due to copyright, but was revamped as a full fantasy series called Sword Chronicles. Having read the rule books and determining that the system is still appealing to us both, we have now set off on finding a game we can play in We are hoping to find a group, or a game master with which we can build a group, to make a game to play in the late night or early morning of most days. We both are nocturnal people and just stay up into the late late morning(like from 6 PM to 6-9 AM), and as such we need people who are either in timezones that are active in those times, or people who are likewise nocturnal We are EST and CST timezone for reference to the rough time in which we are active, although to make this work, we do have some ability to bend schedules

Hello, my name is Conner, I'm 20, I've been playing 5e for a bit over 5 years now, and I'm looking for a new game to join. I have a preference for games that have a somewhat heavier focus on RP and story driven content, so I'm hoping to join a group that shares those same preferences. I also prefer homebrew settings/campaigns as I find them easier to get invested in as a player over modules.
When it comes to my schedule, I'm available pretty much any time in the evening (after 5 or 6pm works best for me but you could probably persuade me to start earlier) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (Time zone is PST). As for what class/character I was thinking of potentially playing, I was mostly leaning toward a Rogue but that could easily change, as I tend to build my characters with the setting, lore, DM input and party composition in mind.

Mods do not make a distinct USA WMTM drop thread like we do for Tuesday new item drops because the drop happens to early in the morning, so links are posted in the comments. Sort comments by new as the drop is happening to see any new WMTM releases.
Tips and Tricks:

• The new WMTM drop has generally been happening between 7-7:15 a.m. EST in the U.S and a bit later in Canada, but sometimes it can vary. WMTM restocks typically happen earlier — between 3-5AM EST.
• Best methods to find new items are to search the name of the item you're looking for in the search bar and using the edit in cart trick. Sorting by "new" on the WMTM page is laggy and not recommended.
  • Edit in cart trick: Add the item in any size or color to your cart and once it's in your cart edit it to pull up the color you want.
• If something isn't showing up for you when you click on the link, search by item/color name, open the link, delete everything after "MD" in the URL and refresh. you may need to do this a couple of times. if that doesn't work, try clearing cache and cookies and try again.
• The app is laggy, use the website.

J'adore Irlande et j'aimerais aller là-bas avec mon mari et deux amis très spécial. Lorsque j'irai, j'apporterais una petite valise avec légèrement vêtues pour desplacer plus facile dans le pays. Donc, je peux visiter différent châteaux, les forêts et les différent historiques lieux.
Irlande est un lieu qui m'attirer beaucoup pour l'histoire environ l'alchimistes, magie, fées et le mystères qu'y à (there- I'm not sure how to write that in French). Aussi, le vert of ses paysages créent une image de tranquillité et de fraîcheur.

I recently posted about how my company was making me redundant. I tried to drag my heels and get them to keep me employed as long as possible so I could find another job in the meantime. One of the suggestions i posed was that instead o fpigeonholing me in some shitty department, why not let me do my magic across all departments and really help the clients out? It took them less than 24 hours to come up "As a search first agency we rely on PPC and SEO.." blah blah fucking blah. Essentially the said they don't need me. That was at 4pm, yesterday.
I wake up to an email from one of the big wigs asking me to do my magic, for a client, in another department. It's literally the opposite of what they said no more than 30 minutes of work related time ago. And bizarrely enough the EXACT thing i suggested.
I'm very very tempted to reply with "As a search first agency this type of analysis isn't required by the business..." I think I'm ready to let the internet take control of my life for a few hours. What shall I respond to this email?

I have arranged for an amazon delivery to my nearest post office. It was scheduled to arrive this morning and I physically waited at the office all morning. When it became evident that no one was coming, I left for lunch. Later at 4pm, the amazon tracking updated to show that delivery was attempted at 12:30pm but failed due with this information: “ Package held by carrier as the delivery address is incomplete. Please contact the carrier to update your address information.”
I spoke to the post office staff who said they did not receive any package delivery. Should I reschedule to tonight 7-10pm and stand outside the post office, or should I try 8am-12pm tomorrow again? This is frustrating as I am leaving Tokyo on Saturday and need to receive this latest by tomorrow.

Note: I am a 16 year old female and live in Australia.
I will basically just note down the main points, feel free to ask questions in the comments.

• My interview lasted 5 minutes. The assistant restaurant manager asked me very simple questions (describe your self in 3 words, what school do you go to, what year are you in, whats your favourite and least favourite subject and why, why do you want to work at mcdonald’s, and whats your availability). I wore all black clothing.
  
• I got the acceptance email the same day (I done the interview at 4pm and I got accepted at 9pm)
  
• My orientation lasted around 2.5 hours and we just did online modules which took around 1.5 hours for me to complete. I also filled out documents about my personal information (address, number, TFN etc) I wore all black and so did the other people. I got paid for the orientation.
  
• My first training week was on fries, I got 2 training shifts then one actual shift. I got trained for dining & fries during this week.
  
• My second training week was on front counter, I got 2 training shifts for front counter then one actual shift at the end of the week.
  
• My third training week was on drive thru. I got 2 training shifts for drive thru and one actual shift at the end of the week. All training shifts were paid for.
  
• My drive thru trainer told me that after training we will only get shifts on fries for a few months, then we will only get shifts on front counter for a few months, then we will get drive thru shifts for a few months.
  

Additional notes:

• A very common question they would ask you is “why do you want to work at mcdonald’s” so I recommend preparing an answer for that beforehand.
  
• You don’t need to worry too much about your interview, theres a lot of turnover in fast food restaurants so they usually hire 10-15 people a month. In my case, they hired 6 people in the same week.
  
• I recommend checking out Stephen Patula on youtube because he has a lot of videos of himself working at mcdonald’s so you can see what kind of tasks they do, how to make and prepare the food and kind of what it’s like to work in the fast food industry.
  
• I was worried about learning the register and the menu so I kind of familiarised myself with the different menus (breakfast, lunch, happy meals, dinner boxes, mccafe menu etc) and what foods go in each menu. This helped me when learning the register.
  
• Fries is the easiest station to learn. Front counter might seem stressful in the beginning because you’re learning a lot of tasks at once but the more you do it the easier it gets. Honestly front counter is really fun for me now. Drive thru is probably the easiest station for me now.
  
• Drive thru person does the cashier job using a headset. At my restaurant, they also prepare (not cook) the hotcakes and wipe the walls when its not busy. Drive thru person will also occasionally help out on front counter and bring might bring the orders to the cars in the waiting area.
  
• When I first started I thought I wasn’t gonna last there because it was a bit stressful multitasking but I promise it gets easier. If you’re new you’re allowed to make mistakes! my trainer said it took her 2-3 months to learn the register and she is now a trainer so if you’re struggling do not worry, you will get it eventually.
  
• My trainer said once you get used to everything and you’re good at every station you were trained in you can ask them to train you on McCafe if that’s something that interests you.
  
• The most important thing to remember for your interview is to be confident, sit up straight, use hand gestures and don’t touch your hair or face. If you’re nervous it’s okay, just try your best and don’t overthink the negative stuff.
  
• I got paid for every shift (including training & orientation)
  
• The floors are wet so you must have non slip shoes. In terms of what to wear to your interview/orientation, I just wore a black button up and black pants, for orientation I wore a black long sleeve and black pants.
  
• If you plan on working long term (6 months+) it’s probably a good idea to make good friends there. Personally the crew members make every shift worth it! to make friends you just have to make an effort of talking to the team. In my store everyone gets along so well and they mess around a bit even near the managers (joking around, singing, casually chatting etc) You just have to make an effort to make friends.
  

tl;dr: (Ex?) Best friend stops responding or doesn't follow through after saying they'll get back in touch. Is frustrating. How to approach?
Backstory: She and I have known each other for 5-6 years now, and have been/were best friends for 3 of them. We had our first big fight ever a few weeks ago, and it got pretty ugly. Since then, we've had intermittent contact, and usually only about surface level things. Last week we hung out online and had a good time. Then earlier this week we've hung out (again, online) and continued to have a good time.
The problem: She and another friend of ours are currently planning to visit me this weekend (this will be our first in-person hangout since the fight). To coordinate ourselves a group chat was created ~330-4pm today. The other friend was quite active and was asking her about carpooling, leaving/arrival time, etc etc. My (ex?)-best friend said one thing, which was at least positive, but then she went radio silent in the group chat. Meanwhile, she and I were having our own (surface level) convo before she headed out to an event ~5pm (meaning, she wasn't super busy before heading out). Before she left she said "I’ll definitely let you know when I’m headed home 😉." Spoiler alert, haven't heard from her since, even after she came back online.
I'm debating whether to let these things slide/act like I'm not bothered, or talk to her about it. Normally I'm laidback, aren't bothered by the small things, easily forgive, etc etc. But a big value of mine as a person is communication (which she knows), so when she suddenly stops engaging, or says she'll reach out and doesn't, it does bother me (again, which she knows). However, she tends to take any sort of confrontation as an attack against her, so if we do talk about it I'm worried of pushing her away when we have both expressed a desire to remain friends.

I had bought out almost the entire store a few hours after the update but it’s now past midnight pst of the next day and Scrooge’s shop didn’t refresh like it usually does for me.
