TLDR Gf of 3 years has to move out of her parents house, wants me to do so too with her but I’m conflicted about it.
Me and my gf of 3 years, both live with our parents. she is a student and I’m working a full time job, we live a few minutes away from each other.
She was basically told to find her own place since she can’t stop arguing with her parents about politics and veganism (her parents take everything personally in those fields, and she can’t hold herself from taking baits on those topics), bottom line she has to move out.
She told me she wants me to move out as well and if I don’t we are over, because she says it won’t workout between us if she rents alone or with roommates.
Thing is, this is a very big deal for me for multiple reasons.

• I make a very decent wage but I hoped to save as much as I can while I’m young and making money to afford my future house and what not, and it’s expensive to start renting a whole apartment and bills etc.
  
• I wanted some more time at home with my family before moving out, idk if that’s me being childish but I just feel like that’s what I want
  
• big commitment. Yes we are 3 years together but I’m not sure about this relationship enough. I love her, and I enjoy our time together, but moving out with her feels like we are either getting married or breaking up, and even though she always talked about getting married at 25-26, now she says otherwise and I think it’s just so we stay together even if it’s not what she really wants..
  

I cant imagine us separating or my life without her right now, and I also know that there are a bunch of reasons in favor of moving in with her (privacy, our own place to do whatever we want, etc) but it feels like having a gun pointed at my head - “make a decision”.
I know it’s maybe egotistical of me, that I only stay with her because it’s easy and comfortable for me at the moment, but it’s easier said than done to just break up while everything is supposedly fine, and I don’t wanna break up yet (yet as in - we maybe can last forever even if I have my doubts, not as in I’m someday for sure breaking up with her.. still figuring it out)
I need more time to assess whether or not I want to be with her for life or not, and I know it might not be that big of a deal but like, moving in together and only moving out if we break up, is that not a big saying?
This is hard to explain.. I hope anyone could give me some advice and how you see this situation, not a common one I guess? Idk. Thanks :)

Should chess adopt the rule from go where you can’t have the same position twice , therefor forcing a different move and abandoning the 3 fold repetition draw trigger ? would it help decrease the amount of draws at top level chess ?

Not looking for anything that's sweet like those Coffee Mates or International Delight creamers. I hate that stuff.
I like a splash of cream in my coffee. The problem is I drink multiple cups a day so that "splash" has some influence on my total calorie count at the end of the day.
Skim and 1% are depressing because it's honestly on par with watering down my coffee. It doesn't balance out the flavor the way I like and it just makes things watery.
I'm trying to find a product which can provide the same sort of balance to coffee without the caloric weight. Any ideas?

Hi! Sorry for the noob questions. I used to use Sony Vegas Pro long time ago and i'm missing several important features in Resolve. I hope you can help me find a workaround. The first problem is whenever one clip overlaps another on the same track, the first one cuts the other one. So for example if both clips are 2 minutes long and i drag the second clip halfway onto the first clip and then drag it back to it's original position, the first clip will be cut to 1 minute. Is there a way to turn it off? The second question is about setting a loop. Back in Sony Vegas i could easily just drag a region with my mouse and if "loop" feature is toggled on (q key) then whenever the playhead reaches the end of the region it just jumps back to the beginning. All i had to press is one key (q) to turn it on and off and setting loop boundaries was just a matter of one mouse drag. Is it possible to do it as easy in Resolve?

Hi,
37, male, white, 80kg, 5'10". Mental diagnoses of dysthimia, social phobia and/or avpd, GAD, substance use disorder and recurring episodes of major depression. I've been hospitalized 6 months ago for suicidal ideations. Medical diagnoses of multiple sclerosis, sleep apnea and hypertension (just diagnosed, not treated yet). Medications : Kesimpta (MS), vitamin D (2000iu daily), quetiapine (25-75mg at nighttime when needed). Currently withdrawing from duloxetine (stopped 2 weeks ago, tried 3 months ago but I ended up in a kind of hypomanic state so we went back to a higher dosage and proceded to reduce slower than before, still feel kind of wired). Also withdrawing from weed (stopped 8 days ago, big symptoms are insomnia, anxiety, irritability, crying spells, anger). No other legal or illegal substances, managed to stop drinking 5 years ago.
Long story short, last time my psychiatrist met me, he told me that medications weren't an option anymore. I've been on over 30 psychiatric meds over the last 10 years (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers, psychostimulants for fatigue, benzos and some that I wouldn't know how to classify) with mixed (mainly bad) results. He told me that the next option was ECT with hospitalization of an unknown length and the decision is now in my hands. I decided to stop smoking weed before going with this option to have an idea of what my psychiatric symptoms are while being 100% sober. I started smoking weed 5 years ago so I know that it's not the only cause of my problems, I haven't been mentally healthy for over 20 years. As an information, I was consuming daily from maybe 4pm to 10pm mainly in form of joints for a total usage of between 0,5g and 2,5g of cannabis per day (THC 25-30%). I was using it to calm me and to help me sleep (I wasn't using quetiapine and weed at the same time).

Questions:
- My psychiatrist told me to wait at least 6 months before drawing conclusions regarding my mental health without weed. According to him, that's how long it will take for my neurotransmitters to get back to normal levels. I can't seem to be able to verify that information by myself though so I'd like another opinion. All I can find is that it should take around 4 weeks for my cannabinoid receptors to get back to normal. Ideally I want to be able to make a decision ASAP as I'm currently unable to work. Is this a valid timeframe?
- Is ECT safe for someone with MS? Are there any things that I should know? I haven't been able to speak to my neurologist and won't see her for another 8 months. Google seems to think so...
- My psychiatrist told me that ECT would help break my strong defense mechanisms (I'm a really anxious person). I don't really like this explanation, for me it doesn't sound scientific. Is there any evidence to that?
- Is ECT a treatment that every psychiatrist, even new ones, have the knowledge and capacity to perform/supervise?

I've been building up an Enclave military camp/research station bit by bit. I've got a lot of the hard stuff done but the thing I'm having difficulty with is something that should be easy, laying out my barracks. I don't know why but I'm drawing a blank and can't find a layout that pleases me.
I wanted to fit some beds, footlockers, lockers, the metal cafeteria table, a cooking station, and a corner area for TV watching/relaxation. I've tired moving these things around but it doesn't feel right. If you're using the Wildwood Den prefab as a barracks or built a barracks some other way, can you post some pictures down below for me?

A bit of back story that might play a role?:
I got my axolotl from a home where they basically starved it and didn't take care of it, and it was very stressed. She was very "shy" and didn't move a lot (obviously lacking energy to do so) but it quickly became more alive when I took it into care and started to feed it regularly. She has one front leg which looks underdeveloped from the rest that looks totally normal. She's never really been a swimmer but I can see that she tries a lot from time to time. When I first got her she was in a smaller aquarium that fit her size at the time and she managed to get up into some of the plants with a mix of what looked like crawling/climbing and like minor swim actions. I am not completely sure of her age but I know younger axolotls tend to be more active and swim more. But I don't feel like she would be too old since she's trying? From what I got told the previous owner said she should be around 1,5-2 years old when I got her in April last year. She has grown her gells back and become a rightful little chunk now, and is fairly active almost every day. I make sure to check and change water so I am pretty sure it's not about water conditions. She also became even more active when I at the end of November last year managed to get another baby axolotl that is being kept in her old aquarium (because of the size diff I was told to keep them seperate until their heads match in size) - the two are set as close a possible so they have a chance to see each other which I am quite sure they're able to since they often hang around the glass that's against each other.
BUT YES what I want to ask since I am not sure what to do could she possibly be injured in some way that makes her unable to swim? could she be too fat even? any suggestions and/or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated since I just want her to have the best second chance at life.
*NOTE* She is able to swim up to the surface to get worms from time to time but it looks like it's a struggle and it will sometimes look more like she is trying to "take of" by pushing herself with her legs rather than swimming and wiggling with her tail like the other one I have - which is what makes me worry:i
*ANOTHER NOTE* I know the pics make it seem like her aquarium is very empty and boring but it's just a tiny section where the sunlight doesn't reach a lot so for the plants to last longer they're at the other end of it >.< also she is way easier to see here, which was pretty lucky haha

There was criticism of TikTok from Republicans and Democrats, and the level of distrust and scepticism from all sides was stark.

It was really quite something to see so many politicians - who agree on practically nothing - agreeing wholeheartedly that TikTok was a security threat.

TikTok complained afterwards that not enough time had been spent focusing on the platform's measures to keep data safe.

"Also not mentioned today by members of the committee: the livelihoods of the five million businesses on TikTok or the [US Constitution] First Amendment implications of banning a platform loved by 150 million Americans," a TikTok spokesperson said.

ByteDance engineers in China have access to some US data
Mr Chew kept talking about a "Project Texas", a proposal which will see it store all data in the US under the watch of American firm Oracle.
However, Project Texas is not fully operational. As of now, Mr Chew confirmed that engineers at ByteDance - TikTok's parent company - do have access to data.

"We rely on global interoperability, Chinese engineers have access to data," he said.
​
It was an admission that politicians kept coming back to. Their point was that if data can be accessed by engineers in China, it's hard to see how the Chinese government couldn't also access it.
​
On Friday, China's foreign ministry repeated its claim that it does not ask companies to provide data or intelligence located in other countries.
​
Chew has shares in ByteDance
Perhaps Mr Chew's least successful defence was his attempt to distance TikTok from ByteDance.
By any definition, the Chinese company owns TikTok. Mr Chew himself used to be ByteDance's chief financial officer.

When initially asked, Mr Chew didn't want to say whether he owned shares in ByteDance. Pressed by lawmakers, he eventually said he did, but tried to downplay the connection.
​
China's government says it would oppose any US plan to force ByteDance to sell TikTok - something authorities are reportedly considering.

Chew's children do not use TikTok
At one point in the hearing, Mr Chew was asked by congresswoman Nanette Barragán, a Democrat, whether or not his own children used TikTok.
He said they didn't because they live in Singapore. In that country the version of the app for children younger than 13 is not available.

Mr Chew did clarify that the children's version of the app is available in the US, and he would let his children use it if they were in America.

I’m not even sure I believe all of this, but choosing to be hopeful after yesterday.
