I’ve been meeting a few guys here and there, and as a very keen and enthusiastic bottom I’ve been having a lot of fun, until now.

The more I cough, the more pain I start to feel in my asshole. I have a bath and feel around there to try and figure out what’s wrong and it feels like I have a haemorrhoid. The combination of rough sex and intense coughing has obviously done my asshole no favours. I’ve had one or two before and usually just a bit of cream or ointment fixes it up and I’m back to normal. However, ointments don’t seem to be working now. And the haemorrhoid is so painful that I can’t poop without crying. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t pooped. I usually go 2-3 times a day, and now I’ve missed at least 8 poops.
I took a laxative and that did nothing. I’m now in a hot bath wondering if I’ll ever poo again because it is pure agony. I’ve seen a doctor and she just told me to keep eating and not hold my poo in (as if I’m purposefully doing it). I’m scared I’m going die in a poo explosion or that it’ll come back up out my mouth like I’ve heard in horror stories.
My next step is to go get a stool softener and pray it works but I’m not feeling hopeful. I’ve also now been sick for 5 days and have not stopped coughing, every one causing pain and probably making my haemorrhoid worse.
TLDR: Got (almost) fisted, had a bad coughing fit, gave myself piles and haven’t been able to poop for 4 days.

5. Finish with a few minutes of relaxation in savasana or corpse pose. This pose helps to calm the mind and release any tension in the body.

Remember to breathe deeply and listen to your body. If you experience any pain or discomfort, back off from the pose and try a modified version. It's important to start with a gentle warm-up before moving on to more advanced yoga poses to prevent injury and ensure a safe and effective practice.

Hi everyone! I am planning(and saving up) to buy motor-cycle in 3-4 months.
This would my first motor-bike and I would be grateful if I could get some help/clarity on this.

Go to the control panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings and configure the TLOU application file - there, set the Max Frame Rate to your monitor’s refresh rate. I have also found that forcing V-Sync on from here instead of using the the inbuilt option somewhat reduces stutter once the game finishes compiling shaders. (Perform this step for every NVIDIA GPU regardless of VRAM)
If your GPU is on the beefier side (3070 Ti), you can crank the graphics preset to Ultra, though to save VRAM I would reduce the following settings: all texture settings to High except anisotropic filtering and texture streaming, depth of field/motion blur to off (I would turn these off anyway at 60FPS), bloom resolution to half-res, and volumetric quality to medium. This keeps you under 8GB at least as shown in the settings menu. Doing so should prevent memory bandwidth induced stutters, though in practice it may go over 8GB.
If you aren’t hitting 60FPS with those settings (if you have a 3070 or lower) combine the above settings with the High graphics preset options for lighting/shadows and/or turn real-time reflections off. The real VRAM hogs for settings are the environment texture quality (as well as the character and object textures to some extent) and the volumetric quality. Turning those down seemed to reduce VRAM to acceptable levels.
At 1920x1080 I would really use DLSS as a last resort for 60FPS but the option is there if you have a lower end GPU. Use dlssswapper to switch to DLSS 2.5.1 (as demonstrated in /thelastofus) for cleaner results and stick to DLSS Quality or Balanced. One thing to note while changing DLSS settings or changing graphics settings in the game’s current state is that it’s advisable to do it in the main menu instead of in-game and to restart the game after applying changes.
Changing settings in-game will lead to glitches such as Joel’s beard and hair appearing blocky or the game crashing. The game is rather unstable so you may encounter crashes either way.
All this should pretty much guarantee you [email protected] with decent enough visuals if you have a decent enough GPU. The texture quality reduction is a lot more noticeable at Medium than it is at High, but there are indeed other settings such as volumetric quality that you can dial down in order to conserve VRAM.
