FBX Overview — Excerpts:

Asia-US West Coast prices (FBX01 Weekly) dipped 1% to $1,028/FEU. This rate is 94% lower than the same time last year.
Asia-US East Coast prices (FBX03 Weekly) fell 3% to $2,198/FEU, and are 87% lower than rates for this week last year.
Asia-N. Europe prices (FBX11 Weekly) decreased 7% to $1,414/FEU, and are 89% lower than rates for this week last year.

US inflation continued to cool in February, though high-profile bank failures may threaten to shake consumer confidence as global trade hopes for a demand recovery later in the year.

In the meantime, ocean rates continued to fall last week with Asia - N. Europe prices sliding another 7% to $1,414/FEU, nearly 90% lower than a year ago and just 13% higher than in 2019. Carriers continued to remove capacity as demand declines, though some experts are projecting a rebound in demand on this lane in H2.

Transpacific rates also trended down, with prices to the West Coast just above the $1,000/FEU mark, 25% below the 2019 level – even as rates were sliding post-Lunar New Year in March of that year – and 22% lower than in March of 2020 when demand was plummeting.

West Coast volumes slid faster than US imports overall in February, and the labor tensions responsible for a good part of that disparity escalated this week. Asia - East Coast rates of $2,198/FEU are 14% lower than in 2019.

Still-falling spot prices are complicating transpacific long term ocean contract negotiations between large to mid-size shippers and ocean carriers, many of which would typically already be finalized by now ahead of the May start date.

Robert Khachatryan, CEO of Freight Right, a US-based forwarder whose services are available through the Freightos.com marketplace, reports that at the recent TPM conference “carrier representatives were hinting at about the $1,800-$2,000/FEU range for West Coast volumes and $3,000 - $3,200 to the East Coast.”

But with spot prices well below that level – and still falling – this target is likely unrealistic to many shippers. The largest importers – whose contracts generally determine the benchmark for other BCOs each year – haven't signed yet.

Khachatryan continued that “it is probably reasonable to expect that contract rates for mid-size forwarders and mid/large BCOs will end up being around $1,500-$1,600/FEU for the West Coast and $2,500-$2,700/FEU to the East Coast.”

Contracts signed above current spot-levels would probably reflect a few realities: Carrier costs have gone up with inflation, and current spot rates are below break-even for the box lines. As contracts run from May to May, contract rates of $1,500+ may also reflect both carrier and shipper optimism for an H2 rebound in volumes and higher rates into 2024.

On the flipside, these rates may also signal that – in the absence of a volume recovery and/or if too large a share of volumes opt for the spot market over contracts – carriers will remove enough capacity to push rates up to profitable levels anyway, a move taken in early 2020 but so far avoided in the last few months.
BCOs agreeing to these contract rates might also show that some importers are willing to pay something of a premium for better reliability. Meanwhile, shippers who manage to sign contracts nearer current market rates may be at risk of seeing those volumes get rolled for more lucrative spot containers if spot rates indeed climb high enough.

runelite keeps switching between two profiles, one of which i deleted weeks ago but it still keeps using it. so when i open RL it just randomly picks one of the two profiles... anyone have an idea how i can fix this? its annoying because loot tracker, pbs, kc, etc keeps getting saved between the two profiles. so if im on one profile and do !pb it shows the pb i got on that profile only and not my best pb. like i said i only have one profile in use so idk why it keeps switching back and forth each time i open RL

1. Polyrom - Rumbling Bass / Techno Syndrome 💎 [Drum & Bass Arena]

Every now and then, a completely new name comes along, with a sound that's so clean and precise that you can't help but immediately fall in love. Every single time I actually start researching these new names more deeply, however, I realise there's a reason for this insane quality: they have been around under a different name before! Some have a separate alias with a different subgenre sound running concurrently, some are also doing a lot of non-DnB stuff, and some simply wanted a brand new start after a lot of time in the scene. Polyrom seems to be falling into the latter category.
Russian producer Pavel Zhigarev, sometimes also called Paul Andrew, has been in the biz for quite some time now. While he began his musical journey playing guitar in rock bands, he and his brother also played around with a whole lot of Pop and Electronic music records during their formative years, mashing up their favourites from each side of the spectrum until they had accumulated enough of them to compile their very first "Geneticmix". So when Pavel then wanted to start releasing his own music, a couple years after first getting into DnB back in 2006 (!), he thought back fondly to these humble beginning and decided to call his artist alias Genetic Bros! With a mysterious masked stage presence, he was tearing up quite a few dancefloors soon after the launch of the project, but what really kicked things off was none other than Futurebound signing him to dancefloor behemoth Viper Recordings. During the early 2010s, he went from appearing on Viper's Summer Slammers compilation to releasing on Formation and Hospital Records, followed by a whole solo EP on Viper.
This lead to all kinds of successes, like multiple uploads to UKF and airplay on BBC 1xtra’s Crissy Criss show, but that still wasn't even all he did during these few years. Together with Steve KG, he had a little side project called Kinetics, whose music even landed on UKF's Bass Culture compilation, but an arguably even bigger thing was his label, Artist Recordings, later also known as Artist Music UK. Considering how common it is for new labels nowadays to at least start out with this kind of concept, Artist Recordings' approach of releasing all of their music for free was actually quite ahead of the times. In their sadly way too short time as a label, they managed to put out some of the earliest releases from then-newcomers Maduk, Grafix and Rameses B!
Starting in 2013/2014 and basically only ending in 2020, it started to become a little quieter around Pavel though. He was still working on music and media in general all this time, just in less public-facing ways. Not only was he the senior composer and sound producer for Pesni, the biggest Russian music talent show on air (and not a misspelling of something else, get your mind out of the gutter!), in 2018 he even founded his very own "Music & SFX Laboratory" called NOIZLAB! Chances are that you have actually seen his artwork and animation in action, with clients like NHL, Porsche, Audi, Tommy Hilfer, Samsung and HTC only scratching the surface of who he worked with since.
While this is obviously all working out amazingly for him, he never quite lost that urge to produce drum and bass, which is why he eventually returned to the scene in 2020 as Polyrom, with the extremely fonky, incredibly fresh banger Movement on RAM Records' annual compilation. For two and a half years since then, there was not much more to say about the project yet, but luckily, that changed today! After connecting and getting along well with UKF's Sampo and Drum & Bass Arena's A&R person in the backstage area at a show in London, he decided to send over some bangers of his and, as you can probably guess yourself, they signed two of them right away. Now finally released on said arena for the gladiators of the drums and the basses, which I don't think I even have to introduce here, Polyrom returns with Rumbling Bass / Techno Syndrome!
As you'd expect from such a straight-forward title, Rumbling Bass opens with a colourful assortment of (poly-)rumbling, well, basses, minimalistic drums and all sorts of atmospheric little sounds, all leading up to the iconic rumbling bass vocal sample. Once the voice announces what we're listening to, everything falls into place. The groovy bass is cranked up to such phat levels that I'm afraid my downstairs neighbours' silverware is going to fall off the table, the drums are pushed to maximum funkiness and will get every head to bopping status in no time, each of the heavily reverberated atmospheric sounds and synth stabs are expertly woven into the bass' ever-looping melody, creating a whole symphony of excellent deep and darkness. If you just look at each of the sounds making up the tune on their own, you'd see that while super cleanly produced, a lot of them mostly don't change much throughout the track, but, first of all, there's so many of them that you lose track of each individual piece, and, second of all, they are all arranged in such a tightly structured and musically satisfying way that they become more than the sum of its parts. Just a great tune all-around!
Our opener still had a tiny bit of that Movement-fonk to it, and followup Techno Syndrome's intro might have you believe there's some Disco vibes incoming, but soon enough, it makes it very clear that there's a new sheriff in town and his name is Filth, first name Absolute. With a da-da-da-dada-damn catchy chopped up vocal sample keeping us company, we are launched into the world of incredibly filthy deep and darkness, where the sub-heavy wobbly basses fly way under the radar, freely (poly-)roaming all over the place. While our vocal sample proves to be a worthy companion at first, it slowly but surely retreats back to safety, until eventually, the basses don't hold back one bit anymore and menacingly growl you into submission.
While a bit unexpected after his first Polyrom single, this new double-tracker of his is so well produced, so tightly executed, has such satisfying progressions and is just so damn all-around filthy that I don't even care that it's a different style. As far as I'm concerned, as long as the quality stays like this, Pavel can do whatever the hell he wants, I'm gonna be there to listen.

2. Binary - Lost [All172Things]

It will never cease to amaze me just how deep the well of Dutch talent really goes. Even after almost three years of doing this, with me trying (and often failing, but that's beside the point!) my best to keep my artist selection as diverse as possible, it feels like there are still whole subsections of Dutch DnB artistry that I haven't covered yet. So let's try to chip away at it a bit again, by talking about dynamic duo Binary!
Based in Nijmegen, Anwet Verdonk and Kasper Ponjee were not necessarily involved in the usual big scenes of Amsterdam or Rotterdam you might be thinking of when imagining the Dutch scene. To still be able to quench their thirst for DJing, Anwer decided to create the SoundBwoyMurdahSystem collective, with which he, as Mission Control, Kasper, as Kappie, and a couple more like-minded mates turned all sorts of local and online places upside-down. While Kasper started out with the slower tempos of Dubstep before eventually transitioning over to the holy lands of DnB, Anwer seemed to have been a zealot of the Neuro fastness since the very beginning, even putting out a couple of solo tunes.
Around 2016/2017, Anwer and Kasper decided to expand their musical relationship even further, now adding DnB production to the list. Since Mission Control & Kappie is a bit of a clunky name for this project, they instead got inspired by the duality of their collaborative kinship and rebranded as Binary! Starting out in 2017 with a mostly straight-forward Neuro sound, they quickly found homes for their tunes on underground platforms like RustOut, ION Music and Raving Panda, but soon enough, they became regulars on Bytecode's Kill Tomorrow and you started hearing their sonics on Korsakov, Red Light Records, Axon Records and, of course, 0101 Music. Not to mention them becoming label managers at WTF! Throughout this wild journey through the labels, however, their sound tactically shifted from "normal" neuro to the more atypical newschool techy kind, becoming more and more precise and just straight-up piercing. In other words, their sound became something that a certain meme cat would feature on his SoundCloud.
Real ones know who I'm talking about of course, but let's tell the whole story: A couple of years ago, Northern-Spanish DnB superfan and occasional DJ Axel Hadzi, aka Koshmaar, began uploading clips of his favourite techy and forward-thinking dubs on his SoundCloud page, All172Things. It wasn't just a dump of random ID clips though, it was a carefully organised catalogue of upcoming music by some of the scene's most interesting artists around, no matter how underground they might be. Not only did he help build the hype for some of these artists, he also eventually started compiling released works of his favourite newschool artists into his New Wave Project playlists, laying the first building block for a community born out of his sheer endless passion. Over time, the account became more and more popular, and around 2021 he decided to use his platform for even more good.
First, he introduced the All172Things mix series, where the likes of Niallo, Moytra, Ewan Bristow, Karraki, In The Lab and many more would end up showcasing their latest dubs. Next, with the help of man like Gaijin Graphics, he gave the channel a whole new look in 2022, just in time for the unveiling of another project of his: premieres! That's right, since a bit more than a year the channel has been uploading a ton of upcoming tunes from all sorts of sick labels, with the total count having already crossed the 220+ mark (!!) at the time of writing. Even that wasn't quite enough for him though, and so he set out to add yet another pillar to his DnB empire: A label! Even though this particular part of the project has only been around since the beginning of the year, with releases by Sign, Nebulate and now also Binary, the label has already been featured on VISION Radio and at this rate might actually become a worthy Best Newcomer Label award contender!
So, what did the Dutch duo bring to Lost, their All10101100Things debut? Plenty of heat, of course! After showing off their masterful ability to create uniquely haunting atmospheres in the intro, which also doubles as a great tease for what's to come later, they fire off this insane barrage of fine-tuned rapid-fire synths, accentuated with heavy-hitting newschool snares and straight-up menacing bass responses. Throughout this first drop, we're already getting plenty of fun little variations, from a redistribution of the call and response frequencies to a little 4x4 expedition, and the second half is no different, with an extended, even more pounding 4x4 section, for all you fast techno lovers out there.
Binary have always been putting out one great tune after the other, but this new one might be favourite yet. They struck the perfect balance between clean and incredibly hard-hitting, beautiful and menacing, and a couple other very positive adjectives.

Question regarding RL Tracker
I usually don't have issues with reading the tracker, but the threshold between the ranks has always kind of confused me.
Based on this picture, do I need one more win before I rank up or do I need 2 more? And how can you tell.
The part that's confusing me is that based on the graph, i would assume that i only need 1 win.
However, i'm on a 1 game losing streak, which leads me to believe i would need to win my next 2.
Not a huge concern either way. I'm just bored, at work, and curious.

I am training a PPO-based agent in a gym environment using Stable Baselines 3. I've noticed that I often ran out of memory during the training process, so I added a gc.collect() after every step(), and the model seemed to train. However, upon inspecting the sequential tracker dictionary for total updates, I noticed that it stayed constant, suggesting that it was probably getting rid of the learning results.

Is there a better way to perform memory optimization for RL?

Hello there,
since I did not get my Season rewards, I came across this post by googling.

I have in principle a similar problem as the creator of the post.
I have not received season 9 rewards and contacted the support, they said first I should wait a few days. Since I have not received the rewards even a few days later I contacted the support again and this time they said I have a matchmaking abuse ban and therefore do not receive rewards. Unfortunately, I can not understand this and what the reason was that has led to the ban, they do not want to tell me. For me, it was the first time that I have reached GC in Rumble. Perhaps there is a connection? But I can't imagine that, because I did this by my own(qued solo). Cause u asked for the creator of the post above for his RL Tracker, here is mine:

Anyone else notice that a lot of peoples RL tracker stats for season 9 are messed up?(I checked friends stats and only 1 is normal) Showing 0 games played in every gamemode and the "peak" mmrank for s9 is the same as directly after the soft reset.. Just kind of annoying and weird
I had hit champ 2 in 2v2 like twice I think but always lost it in that session. By the end of the season I felt I was doing a lot better in 2s and decided to get to champ 2 again but leave my account there so my peak rank for season 9 in 2s would be c2. It's kinda silly to care at all but I was happy with improving and just wanted my rl tracker to actually show c2 for s9. Well it doesn't and my history of reaching it on the graph page seems to be wiped with the soft reset for some reason :/

I decided to take another client since gamay ko na yung client ko now and maraming free time, no tracker and very much chill yung boss. I tried both local and international hiring agencies. I was interviewed last week by 3 hiring agencies (2 int and 1 local). Both international hiring agencies pays almost equal sa current client ko(yung isa may 13 mo and benefits pa) and while the local one is half lang nang current pay ko w/o government mandated fees and benefits since freelancer daw. The kicker was the interview. Very much well-respected ako sa 2 international hiring agencies, they were polite and by the book yung interview except sa part na tinanong ako in regards sa personal life(common Q's lang). But yung local agency/pinay na interviewer, she was late, didn't apologize for being late, sobrang attitude na akala mo siya yung magpapasahod sakin and the tone of her voice was so rude as to why I am looking for a foreign client daw why not look for work locally lang. Super condescending pa when she ask me about my work experiences. Sobrang disappointing lang na kapwa mo pa pinoy yung ganyang trato sa kapwa pinoy. To rude recruiters, tao lang po kayo, I really don't know ano yung makukuha nyong advantage being shtty or shtty na talaga kayo pati in rl. Free lang po maging mabati or kahit plastic lang in professional setting. Hired by the 2 international agencies and I ghosted the local one after that interview.

Recently I've noticed that the total gained xp in the RL xp tracker is often not the sum of the individuals. Today I have gained a total of 389.8k xp over 6 skills (i have not reset any of them, this is exactly what i did today), and the total xp currently stands at 416.9k.
It's not a big impact or sth, but I just wonder why the total xp gained isn't just calculated as the sum of the individual skills, and when the error is introduced.

Consolidation of Belltopper will give Novo a strategic position in the prolific Bendigo Tectonic Zone of Australia’s Victorian Goldfields that has historically produced in excess of 60 million ounces of gold from alluvial and hard rock. Mineralisation throughout the Bendigo Tectonic Zone is not necessarily representative of mineralisation throughout Belltopper.
MALMSBURY PROJECT
Novo acquired an initial 50% interest in retention licence 6587 1 , which comprises the Malmsbury gold project (“ Malmsbury ”), from GBM in May 2021 2 and has since been incurring farm-in expenditure with the goal of earning an additional 10% interest in Malmsbury by May 2025.
Novo has agreed to pay A$1 million and issue 4,037,872 common shares and 2,018,936 transferable warrants (collectively, the “ GBM Securities ”) to GBM for its residual 50% interest in Malmsbury, with each warrant entitling GBM to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of C$0.60 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. All of the GBM Securities will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day following their date of issuance, along with an additional contractual hold period expiring 12 months from their date of issuance. Immediately subsequent to the issuance of the GBM Securities and securities to be issued to Kalamazoo (refer below), GBM will hold a 1.5% undiluted interest in Novo.
In addition, the previously agreed 2 2.5% maximum net smelter returns royalty has been retained by GBM. Malmsbury is potentially encumbered by certain pre-existing royalties for which GBM has indemnified Novo.
QUEENS PROJECT
Novo acquired an initial 50% interest in exploration licence 7112, which comprises the Queens gold project (“ Queens ”), from Kalamazoo in March 2021 3 and has since been incurring farm-in expenditure with the goal of earning an additional 20% interest in Queens by March 2026.
Novo has agreed to pay A$0.75 million and issue 2,088,554 common shares (the “ Kalamazoo Securities ”) to Kalamazoo for its 50% interest in Queens on an encumbrance-free basis. The royalty previously held by Kalamazoo 3 has been terminated in conjunction with this acquisition. All of the Kalamazoo Securities will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day following their date of issuance, along with an additional contractual hold period expiring 12 months from their date of issuance. Immediately subsequent to the issuance of the Kalamazoo Securities and the GBM Securities (refer above), Kalamazoo will hold a 1.0% undiluted interest in Novo (inclusive of Novo shares currently held by Kalamazoo).
EXPLORATION PLAN
The Company is now focussing on the prospectivity of the consolidated Belltopper area, integrating regional through target-scale data sets (including geophysics with mapping, structural studies, geochemistry and legacy mining data) into 3D target modelling 4
A second phase of drilling that aims to build on 2022 success and additionally test remaining and developing high-priority mapping and geophysical targets is planned in H2 2023. Systematic soil geochemistry, mapping and rock chip sampling programs are also expected to recommence in H2 2023 5

2023.03.08 12:42 Its_L3GI0N F2P Has Ruined This Game.

I’ve been so fucking annoyed recently. I have put thousands of hours into this game and grinded and clawed my way to C1 and finally got rewards this season. Last month I about gave up, in a bad week my duos partner and I lost over 150mmr at one point I dropped in to Plat3, all because we had to constantly play smurfs. We played smurfs more games than legit accounts. I have RL tracker and some of these accounts only had 30 wins and they are allowed to play in comp?! That’s fucking ridiculous, all these new accounts can be made with minimal annoyance and then some high c3 or GC is dragging their low rank friend up through the ranks? I’m getting into matches with people that have way more control and consistent mechanics and there is nothing I can do about it.
If you Smurf in comp you’re the fucking problem and should have all your accounts banned. I have one night to play a week and I get to spend it constantly getting shit on by Smurfs who could be and should be in casual. Psyonix or Epic need to fix this problem because F2P has absolutely ruined this game.

My goal for this season was to get back to C2 after taking a couple years off. Recently was able to make that happen and now I have a new goal, c3 next season!
I'd really like to find someone else who's looking to hit similar heights. I'm a bit older for a rl player so would prefer a teammate whos at least 21+ and doesn't get down if we go on a losing streak. I am not the most mechanical player but I try to play smart .
I mainly play on US-West servers, but I ping just fine to east as well. I'm fairly active and can play most evenings.

2023.03.02 18:48 zayd5 Tracker top players, who are they and how do they do it?

On Tracker network you can see the leaderboards for who has most wins, shots, MVPs etc. but my question is who are these people, and more importantly how did they get such crazy numbers. To get top thousand wins you need about 23k wins or roughly 50k games which is absolutely insane, I'm not trying to judge because I spend a lot of time doing random useless stuff but that is mind boggling. With other games on Tracker Network most of the top people are obviously fake or at least pretty sketch, like the top league of legends accounts that play ~20 hours a day multiple days in a row for the last month.
RL doesn't have bots (except that one time) like other games that can just sit there and spam matches non-stop, so is there really a couple thousand people playing 3k games per season for the last 5-7 years. Also a good number of these accounts are still plat or diamond with two thousand ranked games per season which confuses me even more because after 60k games wouldn't you get better without even focusing on improving? at least to champ level.
Again I'm not trying to put these people down if they are real I am just curious. There isn't really anything I could find online and almost none have any socials linked to Tracker. If there is a way to cheat or artificially boost stats I don't know of like tricking the API or something then that answers my question pretty quick, and that would be pretty lame.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
the crashes happen most often when I'm in game and sometimes the crashes make my whole computer stutter (2 frames per minute) without using any of my computer's resources.
I would like to know what those error mean and/or how to solve them. Epic support was unhelpful, maybe because they didn't understand or maybe their hands where tied. I think and hope they did their best.

Hello i I've been playing and winning tourneys but for some reason the mmr does not increase i also noticed that sometimes even if i lose the mmr does not go down, i checked via bakkesmod and rl stats tracker but it's always stuck at 438. This problem has been around since december.

2023.02.23 22:03 Willing-Focus-6431 Ranking system is broken.

Id be willing to bet every 1/3 players in ranked are playing, at the very minimum, 16 divisions beneath their respective rank, possibly 32.
I use RL Tracker and I like to track my teammates, and 9 of my last 11 teammates were GC 1 ranking down, so I lost every game. Nothing I could do, and not to be a bitch, but it takes time to earn MMR... especially in the Champ lobbies.
I just dont want to accept this is just 'Part Of The Game'. I grind countless boring hours trying to learn mechanics and game sense, and its really all for nothing. I either get carried by a smurf ranking back up, or I lose because a doosh wants to flex his front flip shot to silvers so hes own goaling and defending the enemy net... theres no in-between, and its incredibly rare Im in a well played game by both sides. Make no mistake, WAY more often than not, the lobbies are incredibly lopsided.
This *really* kills motivation, and morale, and its no wonder the game has been on a consistent decline in player base over the last year.
Somethings gotta give... this is becoming too much.

Some background for context. Hearthstone player from its release that transferred that addiction to Marvel Snap. Love the game, buy the season pass, play daily. I primarily play on Ipad but also play on PC a fair amount. Rarely play on my phone. I wanted to put together of a list of things that I hope Second Dinner will improve upon. I know a few (if not all) of these are in the works.
