Take a soap opera with lots of turmoil, drama and heartbreak and add that to Bruce Wayne’s parents.
Ie:
Martha had an affair with Thomas Wayne’s brother which resulted in pregnancy, later they fight over her cheating with Bruce being the first hand witness of it.
They later divorce and Martha suffers a miscarriage, which results in her becoming depressed and developed a drug addiction to cope.
While Thomas deals with his trauma by sleeping with whores, getting angrier at random people, and frankly having less control of his emotions which made him very unpopular with his subordinates. This resulted in the media slandering him as a whore who takes advantage of others, a monster that lives to destroy the working class. Eventually it became too much, so he begins to isolate himself from others.
After a year, the estranged couple later get remarried. Since they were the only ones that can understand each others pain.
Both agreed that life has been far too cruel for them and made a suicide pact where they’ll die together.
They carry through with the pact and die, leaving Bruce an orphan. Before doing so they instructing Alfred to take good care of their son.
How would Bruce Wayne still become Batman if this happened ?

I have a Tevo Tornado (Black and Edition) and would like to do some upgrades.
The first thing I've purchased is a BLTouch still waiting for it to arrive to install.
The second planned upgrade is the print head. I've looked at a few but would like to get some others' opinions.
The options I've looked at are:

• Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend
• E3D V6 All Metal Hotend
• BigTechTree All Metal Hotend

Also, is it better to stick with a Bowden extruder on this machine or upgrade to a direct drive?
The other thing I'm looking at doing is changing the firmware to klipper. From what I've read, this is a much more customisable firmware.

The "Close Quarters" playlist has revealed the inadequacy of smaller maps in this game. It includes Shipment, Dome, and Shoothouse which seem to be generally appreciated (some more than others). Beyond that it includes several maps which either don't deserve the moniker "Close Quarters" or otherwise are generally not felt to be high quality.
I played this playlist for about 1.5 hours this morning, and remarkably the overwhelming majority of matches were on Al Bagra Fortress or Farm 18. This has generally been my experience with the playlist. The other "small maps" seem to be featured as a tease.
I am not sure I understand the logic of having 75% of matches on 2 maps with the other 25% split between 3 maps. It seems as though IW/Activision are employing classic slot machine incentivizing strategy: just keep playing and there will be a payout. Either that, or it is intentionally punitive.
In any case, my argument is as follows: the small maps in this game need a renaissance. People obviously love smaller maps for the chaos and action. Why not develop great small maps?

CW: Racism
I saw another post on here the other day about Rictavio's 'racism' towards the Vistani, and it reminded me to type up my thoughts on it (and yes, the quotemarks around 'racism' are intentional - I'll get to that).
Firstly, a disclaimer to say that racism is an abhorrence in every way/shape/form. By discussing this topic, I'm not meaning to make light of the issue, so apologies if it comes across that way. It's easy for me to talk about racism in an imaginery game shared between friends, when real-life racism is so much more of a complex and awful issue. Also, I'm a white guy living in a first-world country (the UK; I'm actually Welsh, so I have received some extremely rare abuse because of that, but it's hardly comparable...), so I understand that I'm privileged.
A lot of folks are uncomfortable with the way that Rictavio and his tiger are portrayed in Curse of Strahd - that he's trained a tiger to hunt the Vistani, a race of people - and that's totally understandable. The simple solution is to change it or to take it out entirely. I'm not a fan of including racism/xenophobia in D&D and therefore CoS (e.g. I don't do the thing where some Barovians are xenophobic towards non-humans or the more unusual races). I did leave in the tiger thing though. Rictavio/Van Richten was the fated ally (or "Strahd's enemy") in my game, and so it presented an interesting and unusual dynamic between him and the PCs. The more it panned out, the more I realised something.
My take (in summary) is this: Rictavio isn't racist. Instead, he's so focused on his goal (defeat Strahd) that he's completely oblivious to the fact that what he's doing could even be perceived as such - until someone points it out to him. At best, he's 'accidentally/unintentionally racist'. Allow me to explain in more detail...

A means to an end

As we know (although I didn't want to mention it too early on in the post, in case a CoS player saw it by accident), Rictavio is actually the disguise used by Dr. Rudolph Van Richten, the legendary monster hunter.
I can't remember where I read this (in fact I thought it was so ingrained into VR's personality that I genuinely thought it was one of his written ideals/bonds/flaws), but a good way to think of VR is that everything he does is a means to an end.
He is so focused on his goal to take down Strahd that he will do it any way he can. And he's doing so in a methodical way, not necessarily a logical one. Almost like he's thinking: "What can I do to take down Strahd? One way to make him weaker is to take out some of his allies. Some of the Vistani are his allies..." and his idea has spiralled from there.

Too focused on monsters...

Van Richten has spent his life fighting monsters, starting with the vampire who turned his son. He's presumably defeated many more. He's written books on monsters. Since the start of his decades-long quest to defeat evil, he has been immersed and engrossed in the study of monsters - of evil.
Despite his quest for good, he's been doing it for a long time. A looong time. That has to take a toll on someone. When you spend a long time learning about and fighting monsters, you're always thinking about monsters - and, unfortunately, you might start to think things/people that aren't monsters are monsters. Or at least put them in the same basket.
If we carry on pulling the "Strahd's allies" thread I started to pull on above, we know that he knows vampires inside and out, as well as monsters capable of necromancy (Strahd is both). So he knows full well that Strahd has allies that include but are not limited to: bats, rats, wolves, vampire spawn, zombies, skeletons, wights... He also knows that some of the Vistani are his allies. Can you spot the odd one out? Amongst that list of mindless/controlled beasts and undead, one of them is a group of people.
I like the idea that VR has become so jaded with researching and fighting monsters that he's unfortunately looking at the Vistani in the same way.
Deep down though, VR is good - he's just lost his way with this one.

How it played out in my campaign

Rictavio/VR was my players' fated ally, so - despite his 'curse' - he travelled with the PCs as they traversed Barovia and its perils.
Ezmerelda appeared not long after they discovered Rictavio's true identity, and also joined the group. He was surprised and also worried to see her, knowing full well that his tiger could attack her (in fact, at one point, he commissioned Blinsky to create a vampire doll instead - using some of Doru's clothing - and swapped the Vistani doll out for the vampire one, so that it would develop a sense for the undead instead). He kept the tiger in its wagon at all times as a result. The only exception was Strahd's dinner invitation at Castle Ravenloft: Ez abstained (she'd already annoyed the count by trying and failing to slay him, as per the "Ezmerelda's Retreat" event), so they travelled without her - and when they encountered a corpse flower on the Svalich Road after leaving, he let the tiger out for that fight.
I dropped another clue beyond the above: the tiger was mostly docile in the wagon on their travels, but when Arrigal got close to the wagon one time, the tiger lurched and roared from inside.
Then, when I rolled the 'Vistani bandits' random encounter on the road one time, the tiger got free and attacked. Understandably, my players were mortified - they knew immediately what was going on, without me having to spell it out further. One of them suggested that they turn him into the Vistani, and that they put him on trial - an expected but awesome curveball in our campaign, resulting in one of its most memorable moments.
Naturally, Ez was also shocked and repulsed. VR panicked, trying his best to explain his intentions: he's not racist, it was just a plan to try and take out some of Strahd's minions, explaining his theory that the Vistani based outside Vallaki all work for Strahd. This is where Ez corrects him:
Ez: "Jeez, VR! What the hell?! There's children in that camp! Didn't you know that?! Your tiger could've hurt or even killed them!"
VR: "I... I'm sorry. I didn't know. I just assumed it was... oh, by all the good gods, what was I thinking?!"
This pivoted the perspective of VR: he's not a horrible old racist (or at least not intentionally), he's someone who's only just realised how stupid, ridiculous and dangerous his tiger-training plan was - and Ez gave him one helluva wake-up call over it.
I also like the idea that despite being this smart monster hunter, he's not perfect. Not every plan he has will be perfectly executed. And boy - he has got this one very, very wrong.

Why I like this version

• I'm new to D&D and DMing as of 5E, but I understand that some fans of older editions of Ravenloft were upset with this depiction of Van Richten (cue the 'Look How They Massacred My Boy' meme from The Godfather). This version suggests he's not as messed-up as could be interpreted.
• If your players discover the journal entry (about how he used zombies to massacre a Vistani tribe, in response to them kidnapping his son to give to a vampire) before the truth comes out about his tiger, then... wow. He can do all he can to try and explain his position, but it's not gonna look good. More fuel on the fire.
• If the players ally themselves with VR (whether he's the fated ally, or just a minor ally who helps from within his Tower), then the players will have to decide what they're going to do about it. Despite turning VR into the Vistani (see above) and taking part in the Vistani trial, they held off on passing the evidence (the Vistani doll), which I found very interesting. Thanks to that, he was found not guilty due to insufficient evidence. Did they think VR was too valuable to lose, despite this glaring flaw? It added an interesting dynamic to the campaign. I even got Madam Eva to privately offer to redo her reading (to get a 'replacement' ally for them) and yet they still declined.

Anyway... Like I said in my intro/disclaimer, this is a complicated topic, which I hope I've done justice (I probably haven't), so here's hoping I don't get downvoted to oblivion, eh? 😅
Thanks for reading. I'd be curious to know the thoughts of others. Do you agree or disagree? Does my theory have merit, or is it as silly as VR's plan to train the tiger in the first place? You tell me.

I currently workout at home. I'm just starting phase 3 of Anabolic and trying to figure out which program to do next. I have a squat rack, adjustable bench, barbell with plenty of plates, and dumbbells. I know some of the programs require cable machines etc, so I'm not sure which program I should move onto. I'm sure I'm not the 1st person to have this question so what have others done? If the other programs require gym access should I just run Anabolic again?

I'm looking for advice. I have this idea for an animated story about a group of Secret police called Aegis who hunt imaginary monsters who have gone mad and are now raging beasts called Echoes with divine objects(haven't thought of a name for these). My story revolves around a young boy who is drawn into this world and has to pursue and capture an Echo which seeks to eliminate Aegis agents out of a desire for survival.
How can I improve my world building? Is the magic system I have developed too complicated? Would you say it is hard or soft magic? Have you noticed any contradictions in the world building so far?
Regarding world building -
Certain people are born with Morphis or depending on the circumstance it can be activated if dormant in the family tree.
Level 0 - the weakest level, people with this level of Morphis can sense Echoes but cannot see them (This fades with age until eventually ordinary people can barely register them unless they are particularly imaginative.
Level 1 - Most Aegis Field Agents are on this level - they can only access one mythological object and access its power. Drawbacks - Tiredness and training need to wield the object.
Level 2 - Stronger Aegis agents can access two mythological objects. Tiredness and hunger.
Level 3 - The strongest and rarest Aegis agents can access three mythological objects with little strain to their bodies but the main drawback is intense aging.
Morphis is fueled by imagination - the more imaginative you are the more powerful you are.
Morphis can be split into offensive and defensive specialisms.

There’s been a monster following me for the past few days, it’s always where I can’t see it , perching above my head or just out of sight. I’ve had a few panic attacks from it and it’s genuinely terrifying even though I know there’s nothing there, my brain for some reason decides there’s a life or death situation. I’ve had a few instances of this in the past, is this related to Bipolar1? or could it be caused by OCD.

In Scp Foundation, there are two primordial gods who are called Yaldabaoth and Mekhane. Yaldabaoth was God of flesh who created man and has been called "the great dragon" or the "mother dragon" multiple times in Scp lore and was known to devour gods(very fitting to the stuff in Imagine Breaker):
"I have seen the dragon in the Great Brass Cage," He said, "Its claws are sharp and its breeds are many. Its mouth consuming stars and its scales large as cities, It coils and bends with the cage rusting.
"I have heard chanting and seen his servants, Reborn from mere men to serpents and beasts. Sacrifices were made in exchange for power, But the great dragon never needs to feed.
"It fed on the bodies of gods not the flesh of men, And it fell into slumber for ages and ages. But its glory reduces not and his crown ever flaming, Only a fool would claim mastery to such a thing.
"Pity the Great Sorcerer King of Adytum, Who regards himself a god but an insect merely. Pity his Klavigar and proud Karcists, Who seek to rule the land but will all perish.
"Pity the followers of the great brass machine, Their master scattered still in pieces. Pity the mortals who know not about the dragons, Descendants of the same blood but will die in ashes."
My face went pale as the beasts roared, And I could hear the serpents shifting in darkness. The moon shed down a blood red light, As the mouthless prophet spoke once more.

Mekhane was the goddess of intelligence and machines who fought Yaldabaoth as he was a threat to existence itself for which she had shattered herself to seal away Yaldabaoth as she couldn't kill him due to both of them being on the same level as each other:
The Maker had to defend their creation. Life was new and had endless possibility, and had become his purpose and meaning. The Maker told the Beast that he was sorry, and the Maker of Machines made one last grand machine. A cage, forged out of his own existence, to house the God Eater and banish her away from life.
As the last grand machine was made, the Beast screamed and cursed, but the Maker could not feel that. He felt only himself shattering, descending to the sphere and manifesting into physical forms. A broken machine himself, he could no longer protect life, his most proud creation, a hybrid of him and the Beast.

Now since it has long been established that Imagine Breaker is a "seal" to whatever its housing, it can easily be said that Imagine Breaker is the "Great Brass Cage" housing Yaldabaoth who is either the Fish Eggs entity or Invisible Thing or the being beyond Imagine Breaker who gave birth to the dragons in Imagine Breaker. Thus the Church of the Broken God can introduced as either the Broken Church/Church of Maxwellism/Cogwork Orthodox Church as offshoot cabals of the original Church of the Broken God (similar to how Dawn Colored Sunlight and Exit of the Evening Dusk as offshoot cabals of the Golden Dawn) as a neutral faction who are just trying to stop the entities within Imagine Breaker from busting out instead of trying to destroy the world and whatnot like God's Right Seat

it was the middle of the night, i was about to fall asleep but some weird glowing meteorite woke me up next to my house
surprising that nobody else woke up, only me, so i went outside to look closer
that meteorite was made out of some bright rock, there was some crack in it which was the source of the glow, it felt hollow, so i ran to my basement to take some tools and break it open
it was actually some strange package, there were null ovoids, null atoms, iridium (prob an alternative to mithril), condensed quartz, some redstone and an ender dragon egg, also there were some instructions, those were written in the galactic language, but i actually could understand it, it said "delivery to: wither king" and there were some tutorials how to craft atomsplit katana and final destination armor, also there was the aspect of the void, it had an uninstalled etherwarp and a soulflow generator
i couldn't see anything that would drop this weird package, so i just took it and started playing with crafting the atomsplit katana and final destianation armor also installed that etherwarp, but then i started hearing some cracking, turns out that the dragon egg i found was about to hatch, and so it did 5 minutes later, the baby ender dragon started treating me like their faher, kept following me whatever i do, just to stay with me, so we hugged each other for a whilei started hearing weird noises outside, turns out that tall black men with an unusually long limbs started looking for the package i found, their speech was kinda deformed, but i could kinda understand, they mentioned something about coming back tomorrow with a bigger army, and they're going to kill anything in their way
so there was no time to waste, i have activated the soulflow engine and finished crafting the setup, also had get comfortable with this setup since it was kinda heavy, however once i have activated the soulflow mode, it has activated the overdrive mode, essentially making the world go slow mode for me
the next night came, i was finally prepared and suddenly... a giant spiky death star appeared in the sky, i couldn't get there normally, but i had the aotv with me, applied the etherwarp so i could get there with just a single ability
after some exploration, i saw their leader from the distance - voidgloom seraph, he was talking through some portal with the wither king
tried staying out of their field of view, i've heard that the package for the wither king was for his underworld army, and i could see through the portal that it was a literal prison
then i've realized what's going on - voidgloom was actually kidnapping dragons and applying some weird void tech to make them wither king's slaves, just to fight for him
then suddenly the baby ender dragon came to me - i don't know how since they don't know how to fly yet, but after that, i've been noticed by the voidlings, this was the time to check out the atomsplit katana and well... it was so powerful that voidlings went down in a single hit, and not just that... i was literally absorbing their power on kill
then the voidgloom seraph came in, before fighting, he ofc had to introduce themself just like an average villain would
"i am the leader of this end star, this package was for the wither king for his army and you took it, do you even know who am i? you're seeking trouble, you're going to regret it, don't even try to escape or i'll pull you back with my teleportation abilities"
and then the battle started, the armor i made was so well worth it, however the battle was really rough despite me having the "slow mode", but then i noticed a weird button on my katana, i pressed it and it started going nuts, but then after the first phase, he said
"seems like you're stronger than i've expected, but that's not gonna stop me from winning, you have no chance against wither king's left hand, you won't survive my almighty yang glyphs"
he started firing some lasers, getting hit by these felt like some flashbang, so i knew i had to dodge these, also he started throwing some weird machines, i suppose those were his glyphs, felt like those are about to explode or unleash some other kind of dark magic, so my aotv really came in handy to get on top of those and crush them with my atomsplit before anything happens, wasn't too bad but then...
"you're a really tough opponent, i haven't had this good of a fight in a long time, seems like you keep teleporting away from me with that aotv, cute spoon, but it won't help you escape from my base or from my little helpers"
and he started summoning some weird flying fish or whatever was that, they were charging some lasers, those were pretty weak, but the more of them seraph spawned, the more powerful those were had to multitask really hard now, still could kinda manage it, but it was really close, the final destination armor ability was really helpful, but then i got pinned against the wall by him, basically i was immobilized and there was a glyph that was about to explode
"that's enough, you won't break any more glyphs, let's see how they're going off, goodbye"
but then... my ender dragon broke it for me, saving my life, now voidgloom seraph was really confused and i used that opportunity to finish him off... and when i hit him for the last time... surprisingly it was a machine, not some other species, but then all endermen "woke up" and realized what's going on, they were thankful, since voidgloom actually used some weird technology to control them
looked downwards from the end star, voidlings were already about to kill humans in my neighborhood to find that package, but i've stopped them from doing so by bringing back their consciousness
when i was about to leave, then i saw an adult ender dragon, turned out it was the mom and the egg i found belonged to her, it was time to leave and say goodbye
i remember all of that to this day... also got some weird judgement core, is it useful?

I've been looking to buy some monster high dolls and honestly? I don't mind buying a doll with missing limbs as long as the price reflects that. I know that originally they're around £20 but when both hands, forearms, clothes, shoes and sometimes additional features like a tail is missing and you're still selling it at half price I personally don't think it's worth it. I understand why they do that, gotta get that bag, but it's tiring searching so frequently for dolls.

Here lately I don't enjoy ANY of the main stream coffees. I never had trouble not enjoying my coffee before but I have bought different machines. Different coffees. I'm tired of searching. When I go stay at nicer hotels I love the coffee they leave in the room. I love BP gas station coffee too. I never really been into gourmet coffees or anything. Just always bought cheap coffees, like McAfe, dunkin, folgers, starbucks, I just don't enjoy any of them any more. I have a k cups brewer, I have a regular coffee pot. My coffee always taste burnt. I hate that. I don't know enough about coffee to know if it's my brew process or if it's just cheap coffee. I never had this problem before though. I have always enjoyed my coffee, this makes me so sad. 😅😅😅 but I don't like burnt taste in my coffee. I don't like high acidic coffee, I don't like really strong black coffee. I tend to like mild flavor brews. I like a little bit of a funk on the after taste. I can't explain it any other way. Lol. Like I said I'm not a connoisseur. Hello, I have a question in regards to suing a hotel. Had stayed overnight in a room that had an ozone machine on the whole time. I saw the machine when we arrived but didn't think much of it, thought it was some type of industrial air humidifier or purifier. Left after freshening up and came back around 11 was very tired and fell asleep. Started feeling affects around 12 but thought I was getting sick and thought nothing much of it. Woke up feeling absolutely horrible. Shortnesss of breath, cough and chest pain. Started getting ready to leave and looked at machine and it said not for use around humans! Was so scared. The ozone machine had been on the whole night. Informed the front desk but their was no manager. They tried to blame me saying i should have told them about the machine. But we had driven a couple of hours to get there and was tired. I dont have a habit of looking to see if my hotel room is safe for humans!! I thought that was already established when I check in! Exrremely concerned for my health and want to know if need be suing is an option if need be. Have picutres machine.

Parrying? Forget about parrying in ds3. Not even iron round shield, buckler or caestus will help you. Just forget about it. Parrying in Bloodborne? You can do it whenever you feel like it. You wanna rip some guys guts out? Parry that damn zombie and do it. Easy to do, and you can do it whenever. You want to use ranged weapons in Ds3? Spells. You don't want spells and wanna use bows? They suck and require arrows. Bloodborne? Just get repeating pistol and BAM BAM BAM your away through enemies. The beginning of Ds3 is slow and it takes time to get the weapon you want? You literally get an option of one of 3 weapons of your choice in Bloodborne, + one of two guns.
Status effects? The only dangerous one in Ds3 is curse. The poison and toxic is completely negligible because of its pathetic damage. You also can't avoid it because it builds up in 5 seconds of standing in Farron Keep swamp and lasts for 10 hours? Bloodborne? It builds up real fast and it kills you real fast. You have to antidote if you want to live. Instead of having it just build up with no way of avoiding it, you actually can avoid it by dodging the enemy attacks that apply it. It actually engages in you in paying attention to poison instead of just having "poison" as some annoying bar in the middle of your screen.
Have to bonfire whenever you run out of Estus? Not anymore. Enemies literally drop vials. You can clear Central Yharnam 10 times over and still have vials and health. Ds3 has infinite number of upgradable statistics, which isn't a bad thing, but Bloodborne having way fewer does it make it like a breath of fresh air from 10 billion numbers loaded onto your screen whenever you check your Status. You don't want to be locked into one type of weapon? Bloodborne literally has two separate weapons in each single weapon.
The story? You don't know what the hell is going on in Ds3. Bloodborne? It's pretty easy to tell that there is thing called "the night" where civilians lock themselves in, monsters appear and hunters go and kill the monsters, so you aren't just running around killing everything that moves and instead knowing what you're doing and why everything is happening. Bloodborne's level up lady is better than ds3's because accent.
Okay ds3 did a better job at letting the player be free and fully customise their character to whatever they want and also better bosses. But apart from that...

Unaffiliated retail investors poured billions into a single stock and maintained a fluid consensus throughout a host of misinformation campaigns. Within that collective adaptation to information sharing at an unprecedented and highly accurate clip there existed a variable not accounted for by the early algorithms proving once again the necessity of entropic increase in variables over time to eliminate the deadly certainty of prediction devices.
When the machine’s broke they just kept doubling down creating an unsustainable number of illegal shares, colloquially known as naked shorts, to such an unfathomable degree as to threaten the stability of the the entire system and ultimately the world economy. They did this because the algos never programmed to capitulate continuously chose to simply survive another day despite exacerbating the inevitable failure. It’s like they kept pouring kerosene on the wood pile so as to distract themselves from the matches that would soon be the only remaining option.
The machine was running on auto for so long that once it was compromised the frantic C Suite decision makers only remaining option was to create the biggest bag of excrement the market has ever seen and that’s the story of how the mall store that you find scattered in nostalgic memories of those innocent and magical wonder years exposed the entire fraudulent market, then used that knowledge to bring it to its knees..
And just as predicted here, with an extraordinary degree of accuracy, one of the largest and most structurally important banks in the world, having spent two years trying to unload just one of the untold bundles of GME shares collapsed under its weight. Despite the greatest minds working round the clock for a solution, despite access to unlimited resources and extraordinary influence over the legislature, they found no way to negotiate this uniquely human wall standing firm against unapologetic, self serving corruption. A wall propped up by the hundreds of thousands of household investors with an integrity so unyielding as to turn the institutions most functional strength in to its kryptonite by removing the weapon of psychological manipulation and replacing it with clear eyed, crowd sourced due diligence.
Retail won. Retail earned their moment in the sun, and they will do will to not suppress that feeling of pride. Feel it, marinate in it, enjoy it then move on from it. Pride can lead to hubris, hubris to carelessness, carelessness to mortal error. Tale as old as time just ask Ken Griffin.
If retail tries to refuse entrance of the legacy generations of the 20th century elite to whatever Web3, AI etc becomes, then not only have we just guaranteed future conflict but, more importantly, we’ve failed to find the balance that promotes the most effective use of collective progress by excluding valuable sources of information who can help exponentially increase the collective understanding of our former enemies mistakes so as to avoid repeating them.
The future will be shaped by how well these two former enemies can become peers. There are two options forward.
Option A: It is the victors (retail) who will have to do the bulk of the heavy lifting at first which will feel uncomfortably similar to the previous dynamic. Don’t be dismayed, this will simply demand an initial deep dive into the technology itself to help create a mutually beneficial environment. This dynamic will evolve to promote greater and more valuable self fulfilling experiences engineered using the wisdom of the group (same thing we do here). The individual shares his new experience with the group and more valuable information is added to the pool of knowledge and understanding. This is all just an incredibly rapid turnover of the same process that has always spurred advancements.
Option B is the option that’s almost always chosen when the underdog wins, an appeal to pride, an unquenchable desire for retribution born of fear and insecurity. We cannot prevent this dynamic, it will eventually play out in one form or another, but we will soon find a common enemy much greater than man, an enemy only matched by all men working together. E Pluribus Unum.
Should we choose option A and successfully tailor the technology to ensure its success, we will have finally grasped the utility of our exceptionalism. Instead of random genetic adaptations to the unpredictable environment, which is the process that has traditionally defined organic evolution, we will have effectively wielded the technology with such scale and precision so as to facilitate the best environment in which to adapt. Selecting the environment first is an absolute game changer.
This is the moment man begins to fast track his own ascension and it will be an era of exploration so fantastic as to render all the so called great expeditions before it a mere orchestral diminuendo before the exhilarating crescendo.
TLDR: We won but now, somewhat ironically, it’s our job to assimilate the crooks responsible for immense suffering in the name of apparent unmitigated greed into the Web3 they so vehemently tried to strangle in its infancy.
This is a technological shift that would strip them of their legacy advantages, exposing them as imposters in an era of transparency. They’ve masked themselves in propaganda and they over valued capital accumulation this realization will be just as much of an enlightened journey for our journey here.
Of Note: This post is not for everyone, it’s speculative, somewhat haphazard and the bigger picture analysis is ripe for criticism.
However, while there are foundational weaknesses in some the supporting details, I will strongly defend the general theme, the appeal to a focus on improving the environment to help improve the individual, as opposed to the demand that the individual adapt to the existing environment despite its glaring inefficiencies has always separated the humans from the animals. Hi all, Im currently using a set of crye style trousers with inset kneepads which are attached by verlco and have the annoying habit of coming unstuck if I bend down or kneel etc. So I was wondering if there would be any issue with just sowing then in? Would it prevent the trousers from being machine washed, effect comfort etc.

As the title suggests, I can't use discord while playing games. I tested it with monster hunter rise, Cyberpunk and Hades. Same thing happens, discord works and is in foreground. I start a game and switch to it, the sound from discord gets immediately interrupted and so is the Mic recording. When I switch back to discord it works again as intended. I also tested Spotify and again, as soon as I am starting games it cuts off the sound.
I couldn't find anything about it and since it's not a steam app the option menu is very limited, but has someone an idea what I can try to keep it running in the background? Thanks fam!
