This one is hard for me. On one hand Marinette is the only one who could see the real Adrian put of his friends and she would go to great lengths to make him happy. For example in Bubbler Adrian was obviously happy with his scarf and he thought it was from his dad but Marinette didn't take the opportunity to tell him so he'd start to fall in love with her, she only ever cares about his happiness and not just because she was expecting a relationship from him. Like even when he likes Kagami or was with Kagami she still was his friend and just wanted him to be happy.
Om the other hand Plagg and Adrian have such a unique and fun friendship. Plagg is really the only one who can cheer him up sometimes. He also really stepped up in season 4 with being responsible cause all he did in the first few seasons was good around, eat cheese, and puts their identities I'm danger some times. I'm season 4 though you got am episode like Kero Neko were Plagg spent all day making sure Adrian stops being extremely depressed instead of just leaving it to Marinette.
I love them both honestly but it might be Marinette for me I still love Plagg though these are 2 W characters. Who do you think is a better BFF to Adrian?
